Coolest German fast food (imbis) place I have been in in a while. Great service, attitude, food smelled great while being cooked and tasted delicious. I will pick this place anytime before I pick a chain fast food restaurant. Had a double burger with fries and a pils. Will definitely return again.

Unfortunately, the fries had probably already been warmed up for the third time. Unfortunately that doesn't work at all. At €4 you can expect fresh fries. The chicken was just fine.

The on-site staff is incredibly nice and attentive. The ladies are always in a good mood and cope with extremely high volumes with flying colors. The food tastes even better with the service and is otherwise very tasty. I am very happy that this branch of the cafeteria exists!

We had a table in the wine cellar, which created a great atmosphere. The burgers are very imaginative and totally delicious. The beef skewer is also highly recommended. Be sure to make a reservation; getting a table spontaneously is difficult.

Our stay was an all-round perfect experience - from the breathtaking view and the stylish furnishings to the service that left nothing to be desired. An absolute highlight was the gourmet restaurant Gotthardt’s by Yannick Noack, whose extraordinary creations made the evening a true culinary experience. The hotel bar in the Fährhaus Koblenz impresses with its stylish ambience and tempts with delicious cocktails. In addition, the savings area on the fourth floor impresses with its small, sophisticated atmosphere, a great pool and a great sauna with a panoramic window and a breathtaking view. The breakfast buffet with its diverse selection of fresh and high-quality delicacies also guaranteed us a perfect start to the day. We will definitely come back and recommend the Fährhaus Koblenz!

Wonderful restaurant, excellent and varied cuisine, courteous team. And all of this in the heart of the city of Trier. Absolutely recommended.

We are currently on holiday in Prüm and had dinner in the restaurant “zur alten Abtei” for the second time today. It certainly won't be the last time either. So far we have had the salad with turkey breast strips, the cordon bleu (daily menu) and the beef ragout with pasta (daily menu) and all of the dishes were absolutely fantastic. The prices are more than fair, especially for the changing dishes from the daily menu. But there are two things that need to be highlighted here: - The ambience is simply great and you can tell how much attention is paid to details. Based on an old brewery, the concept is carried out consistently, including: There is a seating area inside a large beer barrel. - The service is really very friendly and attentive. What was particularly noticeable here was the child and family friendliness. There is a separate menu for children, but any other dish on the menu can also be ordered as a children's portion. As a farewell there is a pack of gummy bears. Here you feel comfortable as a family, but unfortunately that is not something that can be taken for granted these days. Without any ifs and buts, 5 stars and definitely a recommendation for anyone looking for a restaurant with good home-style cuisine!

Very tasty food, great selection and there is also a good and inexpensive offer at lunchtime! You sit a bit close together and therefore have little privacy when it's full, but the restaurant is very lovingly furnished and cozy. The toilets are located behind the restaurant in a backyard and are very small. Unfortunately the soap was empty

We were here for the first time. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is rather rustic. The portions are large, but I found the taste of the food to be average. My schnitzel wasn't entirely convincing, so I only ate half of it. Unfortunately, the starter salad was very oily, which is why some of it went back. It's fine for an occasional meal, but it's not a place I would return to regularly. The price-performance ratio is average, and one small negative point: no EC card payment possible.

Wir hatten im Nebenraum mit Kamin Platz bekommen. Sehr nett dort drin, allerdings hatten wir den Tisch genau gegenüber der Eingangstür. Da zog es jedes mal kalt rein, wenn jemand Essen brachte, zum gucken Gäste kamen, oder eine Gruppe die sich nicht entschließen konnte, ob rein oder raus, hat das vorsichtshalber mal die Tür gleich offen gelassen.... Das Essen war wunderbar, die Weinauswahl war für ein Weinhaus ein wenig eingeschränkt. Da geht mehr. Qualität der Weine und Speisen sehr gut. Alles sauber, Bedienungen sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Preis - Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.
