👍A great, down-to-earth restaurant with a friendly team and good value for money 👍 My first visit to Jedermann’s was excellent: A friendly welcome, a friendly team, and fast service! Part of the menu can be viewed on Jedermann’s website and is subtitled "Regional & Fresh" – excellent 👍 Additional dishes can be selected from the menu available in the restaurant. Not a huge selection, but that's a good thing with fresh and regional dishes. There's also a daily specials menu and a lunch menu. 👍 The dishes arrived relatively quickly, were attractively presented, and tasted great. Parking is available right next to the restaurant. It's also not far from the VRM Marienborn public transport stop 🚌🚃 (bus/tram). The restrooms are located in the basement and are not wheelchair accessible, which is something to keep in mind if you have a disability and are planning a visit. There were three of us there and we had a table outside in the shade. The courtyard was really quiet. The service was prompt, but not intrusive. Keep it up! We had the set menu, and it was great that we could swap out individual dishes without any problems. We really enjoyed the dishes, and the wine recommendations were perfect! We'd love to come back!

We went there for the first time and ordered two baguettes and fries, and were unfortunately very disappointed. The bread was just cheap, dry wheat bread. Aside from the fact that my husband found a hair in his baguette, there was simply no taste of quality. The fries were also just awful. I wouldn't recommend it.

A great hotel in a great location, with quite good rooms and great staff… and one very big drawback. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's easily fixable, but I'd really prefer to give it fewer. Upon entering the lobby, there's a strong smell of smoke. We initially thought a smoker had just walked by. We then met friends for an aperitif in the bistro, which is also located in the lobby. The faint, yet still disturbingly pervasive, smell of smoke lingered… until we saw it when we left the hotel in the evening. There's a smoking lounge immediately to the right of the reception desk. In this case, the door was open. It makes absolutely no difference whether the door is open or closed. A smoking lounge has no place in an international, upscale mid-range hotel. If anything, it absolutely must be ensured that smoke does not enter the public areas. This needs to be addressed urgently!

Wiederlich trocken verbrannt nicht gut leider . Uns wurde da Restaurant als toll verkauft was sich als Reinfall zeigte. Haben Ein firmenessen gebucht das sich als ob Vorspeise Hauptgang und Dessert als schischi verkauft wurde …. Geschmacklich unterirdisch war.
