My friend and I won't soon forget this evening. We were able to experience a complex and exciting taste experience that testifies to great talent and deep passion. The ingredients, combined with sensitivity, surprise with every bite as a new facet unfolds. I admit, I got emotional by the time I got to dessert. A big compliment also goes to the attentive service, which created a pleasant and warm atmosphere. We felt very welcome. The ambience, in the green, also made its contribution to the framework of this extraordinary experience. You made us very happy tonight.

If you want to gain new culinary impressions and try out new flavor combinations, this is the right place for you. The prices are of course higher than at the pizzeria around the corner, but absolutely justified.

**A culinary experience in a class of its own** I had the pleasure of visiting the restaurant at the Atrium Hotel in Mainz last night and I have to say it was an absolute highlight. Both the food and the staff far exceeded my expectations. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted by a friendly host who immediately made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was cozy and stylish at the same time, with tasteful furnishings that struck a perfect balance between elegance and coziness. The menu offered an impressive selection of dishes, all made with fresh, quality ingredients. Both the asparagus in the starter and the asparagus cream soup were a dream. The main course served included a fillet of Mai Bock, which was served exactly medium-rare. The meat was buttery tender and was accompanied by a delicate sauce that complemented the flavors beautifully. The side dishes were also excellently prepared. The dessert was the crowning finale: A cream cheese tree trunk with herbal bark (a feast for the eyes and so perfectly implemented) with rhubarb raspberry ice cream. Every bite was a pure joy and a sweet ending to a perfect meal. What is particularly noteworthy, however, is the excellent service. The staff were always attentive without being intrusive and demonstrated a remarkable knowledge of the food. Ms. Hurstjes, as well as Mr. Schmidt and especially Mr. Flühr were extremely friendly and professional, they gave us excellent advice and made sure that we felt completely at home. The "Atrium" is more than just a restaurant - it is a place where you can indulge in culinary delights and where hospitality is very important. I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit. An absolute must for anyone who appreciates good food and excellent service!

The living room evening was class in itself.

We were given a 3-course menu as a gift. The ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant. The layout was such that, despite the size of the restaurant, it felt cozy and more like a living room. The food was excellent. The dishes were well thought out and had a surprising combination of ingredients. As a starter there was a small onion cake with marinated beetroot, mustard greens and chive mayonnaise; as the main course, entrecôte with potato and carrot puree and Mainzer Allerlei (carrots, salsify, savoy cabbage, mushrooms); As a dessert, quark balls in woodruff sugar and raspberry confit.

We once again celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Adagio. So that we could enjoy the wines, we stayed again in the excellent hotel. As always we were very happy with the quality and service.

We enjoyed a Time for Two Candlelight Dinner today. Not exactly cheap but very good quality and great advice on wine with your meal. Very nice young staff. We would love to come back there.

You can sit outside very nicely, the service is very nice, the food looks nice, but it doesn't fill you up 130 g steak for €25 without other side dishes, small salad for €10. Do you actually notice anything else? Beforehand there was delicious bread with a terrible parsley spread. 4 people with a drink 205€ and everyone was still hungry afterwards. 😪🤮

From the ambience to the food and drinks to the service, everything was great. As a guest, you could tell that the team worked with fun, competence and joy. Keep it up!

The rating is not for the food, as I have not had a chance to try it yet. Have been here since 7 pm, it's 8:34 pm now and have only seen amuse bouche so far (was good, mind you).

Haben unseren 1. Hochtzeitstag hier gefeiert mit Candle-Light-Überraschungs-Dinner. Gemütlichen ruhigen Tisch gehabt. Sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Bedienung. Die verschiedenen Gänge wurden toll vorgestellt und haben hervorragend geschmeckt. Dazu eine Weinbegleitung, die super auf das Menü abgestimmt war. Richtig gut. Klar, auch kein Schnäppchen, aber Qualität, top Service und Verwöhnen darf auch etwas kosten.

Das Essen ist nahezu perfekt. Leidenschaftlich, lecker und kreativ! Leider war das Restaurant bei unserem Besuch gegen 18 h noch nicht gefüllt, sodass wir etwas alleine saßen..

Tolles Restaurant! Wenn es mal etwas Besonderes sein soll. Tolles Essen und sehr freundlicher und professioneller Service!
