Everything was actually great. But the service was so bad you'd die of thirst.

We were there for the first time today and will definitely be back. We were greeted and served very friendly and the schnitzels were very, very tasty😍👍🏼

The food was good! Perhaps you could expand the vegetarian menu to include a few more dishes. The acoustics are a bit difficult when there are a lot of people, but I still recommend it!

We celebrated our wedding on August 16, 2025, at the Germersheim town hall. The food was prepared by Mr. Gegg's team from the town restaurant. The food was delicious; our guests were all thrilled. The team was very friendly and accommodating. We were absolutely thrilled with the entire day and received only positive feedback from all of our guests. We've had the pleasure of attending a celebration hosted by Mr. Gegg several times. We've always been positively impressed by the food and the ambiance. He's also very friendly and accommodated us in every way. He played a huge role in making this special day go so smoothly. Many thanks again to the entire team; I would do it again in a heartbeat. I called to order, and his wife answered the phone and took the order. After picking it up and going to eat, I found a long hair belonging to his wife in the salad. I called and explained the problem. All I got was, "My wife wasn't even there; she wasn't on the phone..." Lying is unacceptable. And hygiene isn't exactly a priority for them, and then to claim she wasn't there... She had taken my order, and by now I know his wife. In the end, they gave me a new doner plate, but it still didn't taste good.
