We were looking for a room to stay overnight for a wedding in Germersheim. Since the Hotel Kleine Festung was close to the festival location, we decided on it. The reservation was easy and the manager of the hotel was super friendly on the phone. Checking in earlier on the day of arrival was also possible without any problems. Our room was very spacious and lovingly furnished. The breakfast was prepared with so much love and nothing was missing. The service was always very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the Hotel Kleine Festung without reservations. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful beer garden, food was delicious and the staff was super friendly

When you order 20 tapas and have to beg and wait for each basket of bread, that's the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the place. Otherwise the tapas were good and tastefully served.

Very nice and accommodating landlord. The chef is also excellent. We had rump steak and can highly recommend both it and the restaurant. We'd be happy to come back.

Eating next to open storage space in the courtyard is not pleasant.

They have no respect for the customer, they don't smoke and wash their hands and make the sandwich for the customer

They are both absolutely thrilled, especially with the sauces and crème brûlée = very tasty! Have already told several people about it. But it is very difficult to get through on the phone. I would like to make a reservation for Sunday May 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. for my family of 6 adults and 6 kids (6-12 years). Is there an email address to reserve or a mobile number???

Food is okay, service is friendly. Menu is relatively large so that everyone can find something. Prices also quite good. Toilets are not always completely clean and the floor in the entire sanitary area is sticky g, probably bad or wrong cleaning products, so Dan's shoes stick when you go back to the restaurant. The ambience is not very modern but it is also a small shop.
