They have no respect for the customer, they don't smoke and wash their hands and make the sandwich for the customer

ULLI ============================== We have eaten here several times, my husband has gourmet schnitzel or rump steak, I have fish with buttered vegetables or shrimp pans. They are both absolutely thrilled, especially with the sauces and crème brûlée = very tasty! Have already told several people about it. But it is very difficult to get through on the phone. I would like to make a reservation for Sunday May 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. for my family of 6 adults and 6 kids (6-12 years). Is there an email address to reserve or a mobile number???

I've eaten there several times now. Either on site (where you can sit outside) or I had it made to take away. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood and the food is delicious and the ingredients are fresh... Clear recommendation 👌🏼

Unique location, directly affected by cycling and hiking trails, surroundings - arms of the Old Rhine, Rhine, riparian forest, meadows -, wonderful, plus a pleasant atmosphere in, on and around the house, Service quite acceptable. Two gentlemen in the counter area (self-service) were super nice, empathetic and helpful, food serving (1 - 2 women) was probably a bit stressed during rush hour at lunchtime, so a bit harsh, the loudspeaker system was a bit unstable, sometimes works, sometimes not, friendly, because you know how to help yourself. Boss? comes jumping himself.... "Food No. 37 is ready". Had zander fillet with potato salad, cucumber salad, tartar sauce, €16.50. Was very satisfied in every respect. Neighbor had bratwurst, liver dumplings, sauerkraut. The latter a bit disappointing, pale and fresh from the can? Sauerkraut is best boiled three times and lightly browned. Just like with your grandmother. But still good overall. Bottom line: even from Karlsruhe it's worth the trip here for a little Sunday family trip.

Very good food, nice large outdoor area right on the Old Rhine. Ideal for excursions. The huge lawn also makes it ideal for children.
