Friendly, food was great! Price was even greater

September 23, a cheeseburger menu (fries), ordered Jumbo dönner and had it delivered to the camper place in Germersheim, it turns out that there were no fries with my cheeseburger menu, I called but was hung up by a lady...what do you mean, customer friendly 🙁

The store is clean, the prices are moderate overall, but it is not always comprehensible when comparing individual products. The Yufka is very big and good. The salad wasn't that tasty, but I fixed it by seasoning it and adding cheese that I got from my neighbor. There are no toilets, which should be a given if you have somewhere to sit down to eat.

Were there today and ate 2 kebab plates. Very good in terms of price and taste (the portion was generous). the service was very nice and friendly. We won't be there for the last time.

I wanted a kebab to take away. He had two skewers and without asking, he wanted to start and lit the grill (chicken) to warm it up I asked him what kind of meat he had. He said veal and chicken. I told him that I would like veal. No problem, he said. When I started eating at home, I noticed that he had taken chicken. He wanted to save money and didn't respond to the customer's wishes. If I were nearby, I would have brought it back and asked for my €5! But because it wouldn't have been profitable, I accepted it. I will never visit this kebab shop again and will not recommend it to anyone!!! That wasn't a smart businessman!

Never again! We got completely the wrong food and it was almost impossible to make contact because there was hardly any knowledge of German. Pepperoni disgusting and extremely spicy.

Order arrived 2 hours late, looked unappetizing and the delivery person was very disrespectful. No recommendation!!!

Food arrived after 2 hours even though 30-40 minutes was stated. There was little to no toppings on the pizza.

The kebab was too dry. The pizza wasn't that great either.

Order came an hour later than stated (20-45 minutes stated, arrived after 1 hour 30) and only after a telephone complaint. Burger and fries inedible, soggy and tastes like microwave. Brown lettuce, tomato mushy. Buns soggy. My child said “yeah kaka” when he ate it. Pizza is reasonably edible, but no special request was made. But not a recommendation Once and never again

I ordered jufka without sauce, just spicy. Roll out the dough and place it on a hot plate for about 30 seconds on both sides. Conclusion Jufka tasted doughy, wrong sauce. Once never again.

Ambience usual, overall ok and clean. Food only gets two stars because only half of the order could be eaten. We ordered the original Jumbo Jufka kebab veal, a Dürum crepe, one baklava and two Dürüm crepes with Nutella AND strawberries. The first things were ok for the price and delivered correctly. Service 0 stars because: However, the strawberries were missing from the last two crepes and the Nutella was also very poor and unloving and smeared in the "rag". Of course there is a price difference whether the crepe is with strawberries or without, so I called the restaurant. The lady on the phone didn't understand me at all and kept saying I had my order and just hung up, which understandably made me a little angry. I tried calling again and asked for someone who could understand me. Instead, people shout into the phone in a foreign language and then hang up. Since this disrespect had reached a limit, I drove to the restaurant with the wrong delivery and wanted to speak to the boss. When he showed up, he first told me I should use a different tone. Since I realized that I finally had someone in front of me who understood me, I immediately tried to calmly explain what had happened. Instead of listening to me, I'm interrupted and if I don't change my tone I should say ******* (I don't know if I'm allowed to write that word), but in any case I should disappear from the store without food or my money back When I finally got around to explaining everything, the boss went towards the cash register and I just sat down on a chair and wanted to wait until I got my money. (I didn't say another word at this point!) As soon as I sat down, I was attacked again by the boss, he then came forward and if I hadn't said I was calling the police now for my own protection, he would have violently thrown me out of the store accuses me of not having respect and decency. He then slammed the money on the floor and again used very rude words to get me out of his shop. A customer who has a complaint because what was paid for was not delivered definitely does NOT have to be treated like that. I was informed that I am now banned from ordering there, but that doesn't bother me at all because I don't want to deal with people like that who want to dictate to others how they should behave and what they should say. We have freedom of opinion and speech and you are a service provider!!! If you make a mistake, you have to take responsibility for it and don't have people trying to fob you off on the phone... think about it. Attention Warning: According to their own statement, this store not only has video surveillance but also audio recording. Which he openly admitted to me on the phone. Sound recordings are under no circumstances allowed, especially not in a store like this!!! The owner told me this with the threat that he would report me if I didn't give him back his money immediately. I'm happy to wait for the report, everything written here has to be proven by a witness and only contains facts. I don't want to damage my reputation or anything else, but such behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially as a service provider. It's a shame that this industry is suffering so much as a result...

Impressively fast delivery time (30min including 18min journey!) despite Sunday rush hour. Doner pizza arrived very hot and tasty. Yufka had very good meat, super tasty!

Food would be ordered. It arrived quickly and was still nice and warm. The meat is nice and juicy and not overly seasoned, which I personally really like. Doner bread also good 👍🏻

We ordered food through Lieferando and got a glass of Nutella as a thank you. The food was super tasty and very good. The salad was also really tasty so I can only write positive things and I decided to order there more often. Very good and super fast delivery

I ordered via Lieferando. It was very tasty and arrived quickly! The food arrived hot, the drinks cold. Large chicken patties on the chicken burgers, could easily be sold as chicken schnitzel with lemon :P Yufka was also very tasty, really likes the garlic sauce. This was my first time ordering there and I will be ordering more often :))

Unfortunately, even 1 star is too much for the meat. Everyone who ordered got diarrhea. Absolutely not recommended!

At lieferando the minimum order value increased from 15 euros to 25 euros, just withdrawn, I can eat that much garnet. I'll never order there again. And when I'm in Germersheim I don't go there anymore either. Greetings from Kuhardt....

I tried the kebab for the first time today and I have to say it is very tasty! Freshly baked bread, meat and ingredients are of better quality! I can only recommend it 👍

The Jufka was delicious. Fries were way too soft and the salad had no dressing. The driver was friendly, but we got the wrong food at first. But it was quickly corrected

We didn't eat there so I can't rate the atmosphere But we ordered and it was very, very tasty 😋 we had Yufka and pizza and were really excited. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. The dough was soft and the meat was fat-free and not burnt and hard. So we can't complain, great food wasn't the last time we ordered there and we can only recommend it.

Geschmacklich 5 Sterne, Preis/Leistung nicht in Ordnung. Ein Jumbo Yufka (in jedem anderen Dönerladen ist es ein normaler Döner) für 12,50€ und man wird nicht satt davon. Lieferung kam wie angegeben. Wir werden nicht noch einmal bestellen. Sorry

Bin letztens in der Gegend gewesen und habe mir in diesem Laden Döner bestellt. Die Preise waren sehr günstig im Vergleich zu anderen Städten (da wo ich eig her bin). Der Döner war sehr lecker und ganz schnell zubereitet. WEITER SO !

Hier gibt es guten Döner mit frischem Salat und Brot zu einem niedrigen Preis und mit freundlicher Bedienung. Sticht unter den vielen Germersheimer Dönerläden positiv heraus.
