Very tasty food, nice courteous staff.

Since we are staying at the campsite, we ate in the restaurant on the terrace. The service is very good and the atmosphere is really cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the food, of course some of the food is instant. But most of it was well prepared and it tasted good.

Old-established family business, German home cooking at fair prices :)

The chicken has been a sensation for many years. We always enjoy coming to the “Erker”.

Delicious food, great service and cozy atmosphere. You have to pay close attention because you can easily walk past it and don't be misled by the first appearance of the building. Very tasty food is offered here for a very reasonable price. 100% recommended.

Very nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated for Christmas time. Something completely different a restaurant on the river. Very nice staff and very tasty schnitzels. We'll be back.

Total disaster! I had booked a Classic single room. When I checked in I asked for two additional pillows - I was very rudely assigned a different room. This was in the middle of nowhere - dark corridors - lots of steps - can only be found with a compass. The shower could not be used, turning around and soaping up was not possible in this narrow corner cabin. In addition, the water did not drain It smelled very unpleasant. The terry towels are similar to sandpaper. Then there was a loud engine noise - not from outside. I then called reception to ask what that noise was - I was told: if I don't like it, I should leave. Single room Classic price 78€ without breakfast - due to a lack of staff there was no breakfast offer - nothing was changed about the rice. Card payment not possible. Reception only manned for a few hours a day Never again -

Bad service Have ordered to pick up. Were there on time and had to wait about an hour. Definitely NOT recommended!!

I ordered for delivery. The courier called me and said he was there. I said he should ring my doorbell and I'll open the door. He asked where he should ring the bell. Because he didn't understand German. I looked out the window. No driver there. I called him. He said he would be there. I said no and gave him my name and address again. Another call. I should open the gate. This has never been the case for us. I sent the faxes and canceled the meal. After another half hour he came out of a side street. So he was completely wrong. Then eat. The fries were mushy. So I will never order from there again.

Nice person behind the counter. Me and my son enjoyed it. The burgers are freshly prepared. Would love to come back
