Very nice atmosphere, attentive and very nice and friendly owners. Unfortunately, the food is mostly frozen food... And that's way too expensive for the prices charged.

My wife and I spent a good week at the campsite and dined at Jeroen's four times. The food was delicious every time. The service was top-notch, and the ice creams were delicious, especially Jeroen's. We'd love to come back next year.

I've been here for a few days with my camper and my little dog at the adjacent campsite and, of course, took the opportunity to stop by. And, what can I say... friendly, courteous, quick, and warm service - great and varied dishes. . . . and for dessert, you can choose between seven or eight fantastic ice cream creations - named after the names of the staff or created by them. In addition to the great atmosphere and the food, I especially liked the professionalism of the staff and their courtesy and warmth towards me. I'd say - that's hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone who is still somewhat down-to-earth and doesn't expect a "gourmet temple" at a campsite - quick, friendly, and courteous service is definitely "on site" - and it's free with food and drinks. . . . Perhaps a tip for anyone cycling along the Lahn Cycle Path. Unfortunately, the "Café Wolfsmühle" restaurant is located on the other side of the cycle path. But luckily, for "crossing" the Lahn, there's the C. S. Schmidt Bridge – less than 300 meters from the restaurant. If you want to leave your bike on the other side, you can just walk 300 meters to the restaurant. If you want to take it with you, please read my review of the C. S. Schmidt Bridge (... at least I was able to cross it at over 60 and with a heavy e-scooter (> 25 kg) - the problem is the stairs on the north side of the Lahn - but for anyone who's still reasonably adventurous and fit, the stairs are really no problem, even with a bike).

Since we are staying at the campsite, we ate in the restaurant on the terrace. The service is very good and the atmosphere is really cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the food, of course some of the food is instant. But most of it was well prepared and it tasted good.

A recommended restaurant on the campsite, tasty and cozy outdoor covered dining, (good job Jeroen) a downside is that the Germans light a cigarette after almost every bite while other people still want to enjoy the food.

Delicious food served by friendly service on a beautiful sun terrace, delicious beer...what more do you need? Always very happy!

Extremely nice staff, but if you're hungry you shouldn't eat here. The manageable fryer schnitzel for €16.90 comes accompanied by a tablespoonful of (small side) salad on the plate next to the few fries.

Actually 5 stars for great hosts, good food and fair prices. Unfortunately only CASH PAYMENT. But definitely recommended.

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Unfortunately no fresh products, all convenience products like from the snack bar. Pizza small and hard. Too expensive for meals like this. Ice cream and drinks great....

We found the location through Google Maps. Actually wanted to eat somewhere else. But luckily we ended up here and luckily we made a reservation. The service and food was very good. We will be back definitely. ☺️☺️

Spent a wonderful week at the campsite and had a drink every evening with Jeroen and Chantal. A cheerful and hospitable couple who know how to run a good atmosphere and kitchen/bar.

We have been coming to the campsite for many years. The food at Geert was always very tasty. When we heard that the new owners were in the restaurant, we were really excited. What can I say: We're super happy, the food was great, no matter what kind of food, I tried pretty much everything. We're looking forward to our next visit.

We just wanted to have a beer in the campsite restaurant. We were then very positively surprised and spontaneously ordered something to eat... Because it looked so good at the neighbor's table 😋... What can I say Mega!!!! I'm just as impressed by the lovely people who work here!!!! This is worth 5 stars to me!!!! Thank you for your service😍

There are only superlatives to say. The food melted in the mouth. The service perfect. And humane prices.

Nice restaurant with a cozy terrace. The staff is very friendly and the food is tasty. We would have liked to sit a little longer with our friends, but the noise from the large regulars' table was extremely annoying. It also bothered our neighboring table. Hopefully we'll have better luck on our next visit.

War mit den Kindern und unseren Freunden nach dem Wandern ein Bier trinken..... 1Liter Pils für 8,50 € ist echt ok. Das Eis war sehr lecker und für 4,90€ erschwinglich ..... Der Niederländische Chef und sein Team waren nett und freundlich. Wartezeit kurz. Schöner Biergarten, direkt mit Spielplatz. Kann man weiter empfehlen.....!

Schön draußen sitzen und Bierchen trinken prima. Essen gibt es leider nur sehr conveniencemäßig.

Der Burger Spezial hat mich umgehauen, sehr gute zusammen Stellung. Das Schnitzel saftig, nicht totgeschlagen und nicht so dünn wie Papier. Alles in allem wir kommen wieder, Dankeschön.

Für einen Campingplatz ein super Restaurant das durch den Service und seinen Speisen von mir 5 Punkte verdient. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber der sich größte Mühe gibt um alle Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen.

A lovely choice of dishes and very well priced. Very enthusiastic hosts who show alot of passion in their work and it certainly shows that their hard work is paying off . We enjoyed the food and their hospitality. We wish Jeroen and Chantal success for the rest of the season .

Zeer gastvrije uitbaters altijd in voor een praatje, gezelligheid en huiselijke sfeer is hetgeen wat er heerst. 1ste paasdag deelgenomen aan een fantastisch verzorgde brunch, de zaak zat helemaal vol, aan eten geen gebrek voor ieder wat wils ook aan de kleintjes werd gedacht met een echte paas verrassing 👌🥖🥐🥯🍳🥞🥗🍰🧁🍩🍺🥳🍀🙏 Ook het diner is super verzorgt, en na het diner is er zeker nog ruimte voor gezelligheid met muziek, een spelletje biljart of een potje darts, een biertje en een wijntje 🍻🍷🍹 We komen zeker weer een keer terug 👍

Heel goed gegeten, leuke afwisselende kaart, echt voor ieder wat wils. Gezellige spontane bediening, klant staat echt op de eerste plaats. En wens dan ook de eigenaren alle succes in de toekomst.

De gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid, openheid, eerlijkheid, humor en dan ook nog echt lekker eten op mooi opgemaakte borden, maakten dat wij een extra dagje zijn gebleven om er op woensdag (op dinsdag zijn zij gesloten) nog een keer te gaan eten. Ik ga er niet voor verhuizen 😜, maar als wij in de buurt zijn komen we zeker weer. Kijk er al naar uit 😊

Sinds maart 22 een jong nederlands echtpaar die met passie dit restaurant runnen. Prima eten en snacks voor betaalbare prijzen. Vriendelijke bediening en gezellig terras. Wij zijn fans geworden!

Heerlijk gegeten in een ontspannen en informele sfeer voor een heel schappelijke prijs. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Bei ungezwungener familiärer Atmosphäre haben wir dort sehr lecker gegessen. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Essen war schmackhaft, Getränkeauswahl gut und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Klare Empfehlung, vor allem für Familien mit Kindern aber auch für alle anderen Generationen.
