Superb, very friendly service and a Winser house just as it should be – very cozy and beautiful.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Lahnstein. There's a wide selection of dishes. Our meal was delicious. It's best to reserve a table by phone, as the restaurant is always very busy.

My wife and I had a spontaneous dinner at the Winzerhaus today. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we got a table right away! However, I have to say we arrived quite late! By that time, the crowds had probably already passed! So, making a reservation is definitely recommended!!! The service was beyond excellent! Very fast, very friendly, and truly accommodating! That's what hospitality should be like! The food was incredibly delicious! We both opted for a schnitzel! It was so tender, you almost didn't need any cutlery! Really, really good! We would have loved to eat there again the next day. Unfortunately, the Winzerhaus is completely booked for this one! Which just goes to show that it's really good! So, if you're looking for a great, rustic atmosphere, great food, and fantastic service, walk in! You've come to the right place!

We were drawn to the Winzerhaus, partly because of its good reviews. It's a good 20-minute walk from the RV park, and it's well worth it. We had, among other dishes, "Heaven and Earth" with fried potatoes. I've never had such good black pudding combined with fried potatoes. All the other dishes were also delicious and very good value for money. Highly recommended!

We were there for dinner and opted for the rump steak, and I can only agree with what my predecessors said: excellent, and with the homemade herb butter, it was a dream. The chocolate tart with a liquid center, ice cream, and whipped cream was also outstanding. The service was quick and friendly, and the old dining room had a lovely ambiance. I personally don't like the newer part quite as much, but that's a matter of taste. Overall, I definitely recommend it.

We ate here because of the B-MY Koblenz voucher booklet. The winery has a lovely, quaint character, and we really liked its rustic charm. We sat inside, but the beer garden is also very cozy and lovely. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The food (we had the house specialty, rump steak) was delicious; the meat was cooked to perfection, and the fried potatoes were also a real treat. The restrooms were clean and rounded off the overall experience; you can really feel at home here and enjoy a lovely evening! We will definitely be back! In short, these weren't fake reviews: *1a service* *1a food* *Very harmonious ambiance* It was difficult to get a table on a Wednesday evening...mostly frequented by locals, which in itself speaks volumes about the restaurant. We had a delicious meal and a fine, freshly tapped wheat beer (Lahnsteiner Brewery). You could get any pork schnitzel in the turkey version without any problems. The salad with the juicy roast beef tips was really good. The meat was wonderfully seasoned...😋👍.......great, keep it up!

Authentic German food and very affordable, nice and friendly service

It's helpful to book in advance. You have to wait a long time for your food, about 60 minutes. Otherwise, the price and quality are excellent. An old-fashioned inn/restaurant in the best sense of the word.

We ate here today after a hike through the Ruppertsklamm and Lahnstein valleys – fantastic! Even though we didn't reserve, we spontaneously got a table in the rustic beer/wine garden. Here, you can sit comfortably under the vines and relax. The meal took a while – but the wait was more than worth it! The starter – wine cheese – was fantastic, the main courses – Vesperpfännchen (pancakes with cheese) and Himmel & Erd (yes – that's what it says on the menu here ;-)) – AMAZING!... Yesterday we went to dinner at the Winzerhaus and were sent away despite a reservation even though there was a free table. The table was unoccupied until 7:30 p.m. At 6:15 p.m. we are assigned a table. We had to wait until 7:45 p.m. for our food, even though we had already said when we ordered at 6:30 p.m. that we had to go to the theater. The organization was simply a disaster, so we wolfed down our food in 10 minutes and then set off. Therefore, we cannot agree with the good reviews of the past.

We spontaneously got a seat without a reservation on a Friday evening, but we were lucky that someone was just leaving; I would recommend a reservation. The food was down-to-earth and delicious, and the portions were large enough to fill you up, and inexpensive. The service was friendly, prompt, and unobtrusive. It's a typical "village restaurant," but in a good way; we felt very comfortable! The value for money is excellent!

We were there on a Sunday evening without a reservation, the friendly waitress told us that a table would only be available from 8 p.m., but asked us if we would mind sitting at a table with a lady, we accepted her offer. I can only say we had a very nice evening and the food was very, very good. Thank you again, we'll be back. :)

You get the ambience that the name promises. The owner is a fantastic chef; I always eat too much because it tastes so good. The service is friendly and attentive, and it has a family feeling with its regulars' table and many regular guests. In any case, I always feel very comfortable there. The price-performance ratio is almost “too good”. I would be willing to pay a lot more for the quality. Overall, I think that's fair, otherwise the long-established and established restaurateurs will eventually be lost, which is extremely unfortunate.

The food was okay. We imagined more for a winemaker's house. Little selection of wines. The food was probably convenience.

Some very tasty food. Unfortunately, a steak (English) was simply unsuccessful. The meat was good, but the preparation was poor. The sirloin and schnitzel were good. The prices are very affordable for the region. The service was kind of slow. The wine was good, but the beer was kind of weird. Although we can now say whether Lansteiner beer is always like that.😉

One of the few authentic and down-to-earth restaurants with German cuisine in the region. Asparagus in May. Game specialties in autumn. Regional and extensive wine list. Pleasant, shady courtyard under vines in summer. Waiting times are an indication of the fresh cuisine. Reservation recommended. The Winzerhaus is also recommended as a caterer.

I'm always happy when we go to the Winzerhaus for dinner. The rump steak is by far the best around (and I've tried a few!). The service is friendly and attentive.

Yesterday we waited 90 minutes for the food - it was annoying, the waitress acted as if that was acceptable

Winzerhaus was able to accommodate me on a busy Friday night. They have an extensive menu with options for vegetarian & vegan dishes. I had the salmon. It was beautifully cooked and absolutely delicious. My waitress was friendly and attentive.

Unfortunately there was only a shortened lunch menu. Since you are used to something different from the evening menu, this was a disappointment. The food remaining on the plates was neatly packaged at the end and could be taken away.

An old restaurant, lovingly furnished with lots of wood in a country house style, the service was lovely, courteous and everything ordered was there straight away, the food was very good, and definitely make a reservation...

Wir waren schon mehrfach im Winzerhaus essen. Das Essen ist super lecker und von der Größe sehr gut. Der Service ist ebenfalls top und sehr authentisch. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne ins Winzerhaus.

Hervorragend, klasse Spitzemäßiges Essen, ein großes Lob für den Chef (koch)Team und alles perfekt weiter so nur mit hervoragender Qualität -!!Glückwunsch

Wer noch das gut altbürgerliche liebt, der ist im Winzerhaus gut aufgehoben. Hier werden die Speisen noch von Hand gemacht. Keine Systemgastronomie. Personal ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Leider werden solche Restaurants immer seltener.

Das Winzerhaus ist urig und gemütlich und die Wirtin sehr lieb. Die Essensportionen sind sehr groß und doe Auswahl an Schnitzel ist klasse. Ich war im der Pfifferling Saison dort und das Essen überzeugte. Der Weißwein war sehr hochwertig, regional und preislich im Rahmen. Insgesamt ist eine Reservierung lohnenswert, vor allem wenn man Draußen essen möchte (Innenhof Gastronomie).
