A tragedy, no homemade cakes on New Year's Eve, no food, nothing an impudence. And anyone who thinks eating Jägerschnitzel tastes like canned Champions has no taste. You won't see us anymore. At Schnitzel Day you can't expect fresh products for the price

Very nice atmosphere, beautifully decorated for Christmas time. Something completely different a restaurant on the river. Very nice staff and very tasty schnitzels. We'll be back.

Thanks for nothing and a failed New Year's Eve. Not recommended if you're looking forward to a nice, relaxing evening and have to leave on New Year's Eve without food, despite making a reservation early, because you simply pass on the pre-reserved table to people who show up without a reservation. Again, thanks for nothing, we won't be seen again. And, unfortunately, you have to give an undeserved star. Because you can't evaluate what I didn't have or experience.

There is a new owner. Absolutely recommended, the food was delicious. There is a nice atmosphere. Everything fits.

A group of us ate here for the first time yesterday. Unfortunately it was a disappointment across the board. The reserved table was not ready and guests had to be moved. The food came so staggered that half of us were already finished and others still had to wait. The quality of the food was interesting but only average with high prices. Spirits are shown on the menu at 4 cl, but are served in 2 cl glasses at the regular price. This is customer fraud. Card payment was also not possible, but this was not stated. Unfortunately not recommended. I hope the operator improves this.

Thank you for yesterday's fantastic evening. Family Christmas dinner. Fish, beef, schnitzel, goose, penne - SUPER delicious. Service - friendly and accommodating Ambiance - Beautiful Chef - great guy All in all a 100% perfect evening And can only be recommended. 1000 thanks to you..!!!

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at the "Bootshaus Lahnromantik". Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre to bad and too expensive, so we don't plan on coming back.

We cannot share the good reviews in any way. The service is not courteous, you wait over 1 hour and 45 minutes for the food and then it was still inedible. Not worth the money! There is definitely no such thing as a “reunion at the Lahnromantik boathouse” for us.

We were really looking forward to a lovely evening at the Bootshaus Lahnromantik. Unfortunately, we were disappointed on several levels: Although the ambience on the boat was okay, the food tasted little to no good. The service also left a lot to be desired. We had to wait a long time for our food. Unfortunately not recommended.

With the new takeover in November, the restaurant has undergone a total change. Culinary dishes, a great ambience and perfect service make this unique place a sought-after meeting point in Lahnstein. It is recommended and also worth a visit!

The boathouse is super cool with a nice staff and delicious food. Since it is on the water, the ambience/location is even nicer

...great ambience...sitting outside on the deck until late in the evening sun...with a view of Niederlahnstein...wonderful...well... but: the food today was completely overpriced (baked potato with sauce, 3 mushrooms and tiny pieces of meat: 17.50 EUR!!!).. after an hour we were finally able to place our food order... our memory was filled with a rude one "I can't do everything at the same time" commented....underground....no, not like that...:-((((

No recommendation, snippy staff and a long waiting time for the service to respond. Excessive prices for mediocre food and small portions.

Very disappointing! When ordering the dishes, a whole page was not available because it was the winter menu and was forgotten to remove... Ordered still water but got sparkling water because no still water was available... The red wine was sour and not drinkable.. . The baked potato that was then ordered was ultimately a source potato with unappetizing dips. The waitress completely ignored the complaint about the bad wine. It was worth a try but definitely not recommended!!

It's a nice restaurant, great ambience, a feel-good place. Service friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, the food still has a lot of room for improvement. Focus more on fresh food and ingredients and things will work out.

Mooring here for a few minutes until the lock opens costs €5 in April 2024. The contact person was the landlady of the restaurant, which is why it was posted here. It doesn't work at all. Avoid at all costs. Otherwise there is no possibility of mooring underwater. Then we just bobbed around until the end of the lock lunch break.

Nice clean restaurant. Nice service - everything was good!! But the fact that I first have to pay €5 when I come by boat (to a boathouse!!) for having a drink with several people......no go!!

Framed by a road bridge with traffic, a railway bridge with very loud trains day and night and, when the weather is good, local guests with appropriate noise on the terrace, the place is actually only suitable for a one-time overnight stay. Guest space is located directly on the narrow outside walkway of the building. Local guests access the toilet directly. Shower dirty, shower time approx. 3 minutes for 1€!, mooring fee overpriced for the service provided. My review refers to the dock system from a sports boat perspective! I can't say much about the place; we didn't visit it. But we had direct insight into the rooms and behind the counter; but it was mutual! You have to be able to do it.

Such an artistic on-board hotel! It’s a pity that the way to the boat was blocked by floods!

Das Essen war lecker, allerdings nicht alles verfügbar... Die Motivation der einen Kellnerin ließ zu wünschen übrig.... Extrawünsche gab es nicht.... Im Vergleich zu unseren letzten Besuchen, schwer nachgelassen...

Was für ein lauschiges Plätzchen auf dem Wasser zwischen lauter Booten. Das hat uns gestern richtig gut gefallen. Da ich nicht so viel Hunger hatte, wurde die Portion halbiert. Unser Sohn wollte abends noch Brownies essen, auch das kein Problem. Der Kellner war super freundlich. Ein dickes Lob an die Küche, das Essen war fantastisch. Wir können das Bootshaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen 👍🏻

Sehr leckereres Essen. Wir waren heute zu sechst und hatte Burger, Flammkuchen und Rumpsteak. Alles war auf den Punkt und sehr gut gebraten und abgeschmeckt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Tolle Location, direkt auf der Lahn. Essen, Bedienung und Ambiente top!👍 Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind hier, es hat lecker geschmeckt, die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und es ist wirklich sehr chillig dort. Sanitäre Einrichtungen sehr sauber, Preise absolut im Rahmen, die perfekte Location, um abends gut zu essen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Tipp: Pulled Pork Fries! Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

Kurz vor Küchenschluss durften wir uns noch was zu Essen bestellen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich. Hunde sind dort erlaubt und die Bedienungen denken auch an den Hund und bringen frisches Wasser. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Restaurant.

Wir waren heute morgen zum Frühstücken auf dem Bootshaus in Lahnstein. Auf den Bildern sieht man einmal das kleine Frühstück und Bootshaus Frühstück. Ich fand das Frühstück lecker und finde super das es am Tisch serviert wird. 👍Meiner Meinung nach absolut zu empfehlen. 👍

Getreu dem Motto gut Ding will Weile haben kann ich nur sagen dass es sich mehr als gelohnt hat hier essen zu gehen. Ich hatte den BBQ-Burger mit Pommes für 15,-€ - die Qualität ist einfach nur super womit der Preis für mich als günstig im Bezug auf die Leistung zu bezeichnen ist. Die Kellner sind sehr höflich und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Ich werde hier sehr gern wieder essen und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Alles top ! Nur schade das man Öffnungszeiten hat! Und um 20.00 kein Essen mehr bekommt. War ein Tag später noch mal dort. Dann kamen 5 Gäste um 21.00 Uhr. Der Wirt sagte die Küche ist jetzt schon geschlossen. So was finde ich einfach sehr traurig 😢

Leider etwas verborgen, aber sehr schönes Ambiente, sehr freundliche Bedienung und gutes Essen zu einem zeitgemäß angemessenen Preis. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und gut gegessen.

Netter Service, gutes Essen, Preise waren auch völlig in Ordnung.. werden im Sommer sicher mal wieder hingehen, Tische draußen sind schön angelegt, nicht zu dicht gedrängt, eher leicht private Atmosphäre, alles in Allem sehr zufrieden.

Sind im Nachmittag durch Zufall auf das Bootshaus gestoßen und für ein spätes Mittagessen eingekehrt. Es gibt eine kleinere Karte, die Burger und Pommes waren sehr lecker. Der Service war schnell, wirkte aber noch neu in dem Job. An sich fehlte es uns etwas an Gemütlichkeit, zB waren einige Tische nicht abgewischt. Dennoch würden wir wiederkommen und das Bootshaus auch weiterempfehlen.

Super nettes Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Hier fühlt man sich richtig wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super nette Bedienung. Küche ausgesprochen lecker und zu empfehlen. Koch nimmt bei Allergikern besonders pflichtbewusste Rücksicht. In unserem Fall würde das Handwerkszeug vorher gesäubert. Hier ein herzliches Dankeschön. So zuvorkommend war noch niemand.
