Okay, I made up the ambience rating. I ordered from Lieferando. I thought “yeah okay 7€ burger..” But it was extremely good, fresh vegetables on it, the meat on point, that's how it has to be, I'm extremely satisfied!

Update in September 2024: I'm really disappointed that you have to close and I'm upset that the city isn't doing anything about this situation in the square in front of your restaurant. Now I no longer have anything in Paderborn city center where I can easily reach (since I'm not mobile) have a healthy snack, sit casually and comfortably during a break and be served by friendly people. A terrible loss, in my opinion. Now all that's left is Back Factory and Co. All the best to you! Always delicious, always friendly! I like going here, very pleasant and friendly staff and pleasant furnishings. The food also tastes super fresh! The only drawback is the prices; unfortunately, if you have to be careful about your money, you won't be able to go here as often. There should be more shops like this in Paderborn, something other than burgers and fries.

This has history. Suburban for around 60 years. Always been in the family business. Good service. Great German cuisine. But due to staffing concerns, it was decided to change the use. It will then become a retirement home. It's a shame but this is the way. As long as employees see work as a nuisance. 😊

Were very satisfied and liked the beer selection, especially when it came to cider. The store looks pretty good, the staff was friendly. Everything went well :)

I got a chicken kebab but wanted veal. Then he was kindly noticed and in response he was promptly shouted at by both men at the same time; The customer is not a king, if I don't say anything, there's chicken automatically, the whole of Paderborn does that with chicken, I guess I'm not from here and it's MY FAULT if I don't say straight away that I want veal, it's not their fault at all Guilt (wild gesticulations included...(..) When I suggested that you could also briefly ask the customer what he would like if he didn't say anything, it went into the next (in broken) German (yelling ) Unbelievable, a choleric shop owner, and if more customers are treated so badly, I hope that the *NOT-Kings* avoid the shop in the future. After all the shouting, I actually got the kebab I wanted a goodbye from him but it was no longer possible :-) underground service, NEVER AGAIN.

Went there today, the food was pretty mediocre. Unfortunately, the meal was marred by someone at the counter (obviously acquainted with the staff, not a customer) loudly expressing his right-wing extremist views. I would rather eat somewhere else in the future.

The food and the customer service cannot be described as catastrophic. The rice is completely sticky, the lamb chops are completely dry and very small. When paying, the cashier adds up the total, the individual prices differ from the board on display

Pizza came completely burnt from the bottom. It was then replaced without any problems, but the dough on the new one was not completely cooked through and the topping was poorly seasoned.
