Kump 365 - great location in Paderborn! The range of food and drinks is very large! The coffee is of good quality. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is nice and modern! The renovation was very good for the Kump.

New old Bierkokal at the beginning of the Westernstrasse promenade. Always a good end or meeting point for Libori and the Christmas market. Good service, nice operation

A year later I gave the Kump 365 a second chance and I'm thrilled, the service was top and the food was top notch. I was visiting Kump 365 again today with friends and we were served very well today, the drinks order was taken promptly and brought to the table very quickly, the food order was taken promptly and the food was very tasty. This text was once: Unfortunately only 2 stars because the property is simply beautiful, the service is a catastrophe, unfortunately we had to wait about 30 minutes on the first floor on Saturday before we were even allowed to order, even when we asked, it wasn't possible to order directly at the counter, after about another 30 minutes we got our drinks, in the second round the same game then different price lists are available. And the condition also didn't know what applies now. The burger on the menu must be very old or since when do you write “Classic” with 3 “s”?

The dishes are delicious and the view is definitely worth it.

Visit to the Kump Rooftop Bar (not a hotel) and ordered 2 of the same beers. “Paderborn pilgrims tapped”. The filling quantity is “slightly” different (see photo). When I asked, I was told that the beer came from a bottle (even though the menu says “tapped”) and that there was sometimes more foam, sometimes less. Yes, no - it's clear 😉 This wasn't the first time that we had extremely strange experiences with the service. By the way, you won't be able to find sun protection. At 30 degrees and bright sunshine, you slowly steam in your own juice on the 6th floor. Conclusion - cool location, but nothing more…

Sorry, wasn't finished yet... Anyone who appreciates a great ambience, capable staff and good food should not miss Kump 365. For Paderborn the high-light! Even friends from Munich are thrilled.

We had breakfast here for the first time. A completely normal, straightforward breakfast was offered with scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, salmon, fresh fruit salad - very calm, but reasonably priced: €16.50 including 1 hot drink. It was still tasty and the very nice service and the beautiful ambience should definitely be mentioned. We sat comfortably on the 1st floor and are really looking forward to the roof terrace in summer! 8 weeks later I was here again - this time in the evening, eating. The dishes were all delicious! Maybe a little overpriced for the size of the portions. For example, some baguette would have gone well with the Caesar salad.

As a vegetarian, I was given meat! There was a buffet at a wedding And there was a paste and I asked the condition if this paste was vegetarian. I was told yes, but there was meat in it. You can well imagine that I was very angry. Because I can't tolerate animal protein. Of course I enjoyed it after the first bit. And when I asked about the condition, I was told that it probably wasn't that bad. But it was!

Super friendly service. The food was very good both visually and in terms of taste. Prices are reasonable and there is nothing to complain about. The roof terrace is always worth a visit.

Very nice and helpful staff. This morning I caught a pigeon with its feet tied. The Kump staff helped me quickly and easily with a pair of scissors to unlace it, so that the pigeon can now look for food again without pain. Thanks!

The roof terrace has flair and invites you to linger. The outdoor area on the ground floor, on the other hand, often appears neglected in terms of service. Overall, an appealing atmosphere.

The location is centrally located, if the noise level (intersection, emergency vehicles) is not disturbing, the ambience after the renovation is great (when the weather is nice, there are enough outdoor seating options, gallery and roof top bar). Friendly staff, delicious food and reasonable prices!

A bar like this was missing in PB... The view on the terrace is gigantic🤩. Unfortunately, the service has a lot of room for improvement. The staff is extremely overloaded due to understaffing and a lack of drinks. !!!!!!! We only used the restaurant with drinks, not the hotel and the kitchen!!!!!! Nevertheless, thank you very much for the lovely evening!😁

The restaurant was half full and there were 6 service employees. Nevertheless, it took almost 20 minutes until the order could be placed. A bit slow, I think.

Cooler Standort und Lokalisation

The renovation was really successful, very tasteful and inviting. The personal connection to Paderborn with beautiful old pictures around the Western Gate was also simply very successful. We have been there several times now, sometimes for dinner, sometimes for a cocktail and also as guests at a wedding. The service was always friendly and there exactly when you needed it... without being intrusive. The menu offers something for everyone and is varied depending on the season. Overall, a real enrichment for Paderborn! Happy to come back!

Nice cafe with a panoramic view from the terrace. When the weather is good, the outdoor area is highly recommended. The coffee tastes great too!

There's nothing to complain about, the beer came in record time, friendly staff... the only thing the Kump has lost is its charm.

Wir haben im Dezember 2023 mit knapp 80 Leuten unsere Weihnachtsfeier im Kump365 gefeiert. Das Ambiente war festlich, der Service sehr aufmerksam und das Buffet lecker. Es war ein wunderschöner Abend.

Ich kenn als Paderborner das Haus und bin nach 20 Jahren wieder öfters in der alten Heimat. Ein Mega Haus mit genialen Standort. Ich arbeite beruflich viel in Hotels und übernachte auf Tourneen und für mich ist der Kump365 auf den Weg in die Championsleague. Ich bin begeistert und es wird mein zweites Zuhause wenn ich hier bin. Danke an das ganze Team Gruß Chris Rombi der Veranstaltungstechniker

Während eines Stadtbummels in Paderborn dort zweimal eingekehrt: mittags zum Kaffee und später zum Abendessen. Die Qualität der Gerichte war einwandfreiund die Räumlichkeiten waren ansprechend. Empfehlenswert!

Wir waren auf der Großen Silvester Party im Kump! Eigentlich wollten wir bereits um 22 Uhr erscheinen, haben aber dann zu unserer Verwunderung auf Instagram Mittags vor der Party ( 10 Stunden vor beginn !! )gelesen das die oberen beiden Etagen wegen einer geschlossenen Gesellschaft nicht geöffnet sind. Kurzentschlossen sind wir anderswo eingekehrt. Haben dann aber den Fehler begangen gegen ca. 2 Uhr das Lokal zu wechsel. Im Kump angekommen dann das Entsetzen! Auf Grund des mangelnden Platzes und der Unterbesetzung und Überforderung des Personals ( gegen 2 Uhr 3-4 Mitbarteiter ) glich das Lokal einem Saustall! Alle zur Verfügung stehenden Tische standen voll mit leeren Gläsern und Flaschen. Getränke gab es nur nach erheblichen Wartezeiten, wenn überhaupt! Hier muss ich anmerken das die Schuld nicht beim Personal sonder bei Management zu suche ist! Dies war nun die zweite Veranstaltung in der kurzfristig die oberen Etagen nicht zugänglich waren. Ich / wir lernen dazu und werden größere Veranstaltungen im Kump zukünftig meiden!

Zimmer kann ich nicht bewerten. Aber Speisen und Service ist gut. Essen könnte etwas schneller gehen.

Gerichte, Getränke und Personal wirklich toll. Toilette sauber und gepflegt. Lage nah zum Bahnhof, direkt an Innenstadt Räumlichkeiten gemütlich, die Aussenterasse im Sommer bestimmt ein Hit

Zentral am Eingang zur Fußgängerzone. Super Zimmer sehr licht! Durch die sehr gut schallisolierten Fenster in Verbindung mit einer sehr schnell regierenden Klimaanlage super angenehm. Bodentiefe Fenster ermöglichen schönen Blick auf Sonnenuntergang! Rooftop Bar klasse auch mit individuellen Cocktails. Berauschender Blick über Paderborn! Frühstück und Service Klasse! Gerne immer wieder!

Im Sommer 2023 kurz nach der Eröffnung habe ich eine nicht so schöne, aber ehrliche Bewertung geschrieben. Daraufhin hat sich der Kump365 mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt um mein angesprochenes Problem zu klären und sich der Kritik zu stellen. Außerdem habe ich einen großzügigen Verzehrgutschein erhalten. Beides ist gerade in der heutigen Zeit nicht selbstverständlich. Mittlerweile war ich einige Male wieder zu Gast im Kump365 und möchte meine Meinung ins positive ändern. Wir haben keinerlei Probleme mehr mit dem Service gehabt und auch die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, so dass jeder etwas passendes finden kann. Ausserdem ist der Ausblick von der Rooftopbar jedes Mal wieder ein Erlebnis.

Nette Location, modern eingerichtet. Das Essen leider nur mittelmäßig - Burger ohne Soße sehr trocken & das Fleisch recht zäh. Immerhin gabs einen Gruß aus der Küche - für den Preis sollte die Qualität aber viel besser sein.

Tolle Location - nach dem Umbau ist vor dem Genuss - hat Wohlfühlcharakter - passt super, sowohl im unteren Restaurant-Bereich als auch in der Roof-Top-Bar, die ihrem Namen alle Ehre macht - Essen gut, Service super freundlich und schnell - jederzeit zu empfehlen

Das Essen wurde niemals von einem gelernten Koch zubereitet. Kein gelernter Koch würde sowas Essen nennen. Sorry aber es war wirklich eine Katastrophe. Cheeseburger. Jägerschnitzel Holzfällerschnitzel Paprikaschnitzel alle waren absolut unzufrieden.

Firmenfeier vor Ort in den obersten Etagen, Essen war okay, Service sehr aufmerksam und schnell.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Gastronomie und ausgesprochen nettem Personal.

Wir haben hier am Wochenende anlässlich einer Hochzeit übernachtet. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Auch das Personal zum Frühstück sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Vielen Dank. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Am 18.9. waren wir bei euch zum Weihnachtsessen.Die nette Bedienung empfahl uns das argentinische Rinderfilet mit Beilagen, und was soll ich sagen das war Welt klasse .Meine Kolleginnen und ich waren sowas von begeistert ( alle Fleischerei Fachverkäuferin ) Einfach ein Traum .Der Abend war von Anfang bis zum Ende ein gelungener Abend.Wir kommen auf jedenfall gerne wieder.:-)
