Delicious food, friendly service, if you sit outside in the evening you have a relaxed atmosphere in the evening sun. The prices are also completely reasonable.

A mini schnitzel tasted good, but it was way too expensive for the portion size! The service was very nice. But the boss doesn't go at all. Unkindness personified. I was there the last time.

We were there to watch the European Championships. We were able to reserve a table outside at short notice. We sat outside and the service was very good. We ordered drinks and they came quickly. We also ordered food. This was very tasty and plentiful. We'd love to come back. Very nice cozy atmosphere.

Delicious food in a cultivated atmosphere. Very large outdoor area for cozy evenings when the weather is nice. Some of the staff were very unfriendly. Seats have been extremely reduced. Update...food completely overpriced.

Nice, cozy restaurant. The food was very tasty, the salad in particular was a highlight for me. The chicken was tender and juicy and the fries were crispy. I will gladly come again.

You pay and wait for change, then it is simply rounded up, so the “tip” is kept independently. The wording was, oh now I forgot the change. It was deliberate because he had asked another waitress and she apparently didn't have any change.

We waited at the counter for ten minutes, but they didn't notice us. The service worker probably found it more important to explain the cash register system to her colleague. When we asked, we were given a table. My food came relatively quickly, but my friend's salad didn't arrive until we were ready to pay the bill. Bad service, no appreciation at all for the guest. It was noticeable that the service staff were overwhelmed.

The review relates to an order for pickup, which was placed through the “ Lieferando ” platform. Price-performance: A disaster for the quality of the food. The food is only of the quality of an average snack bar, the prices are far higher. Food: The quality was largely at the level of an average fast food restaurant. Special criticism: The fried potatoes were dripping with fat, the fries were cold for everyone involved. The salad we ordered was also dripping with dressing. The meat on the burgers was dry. (Consumed 5 minutes after collection). Apparently poor coordination of preparation. Service: The food should be ready after 15 minutes (according to the app), an update from the restaurant only took place 10 minutes later, in which another half hour was estimated. This time was also extended by another 10 minutes. The service from the staff turned out to be chaotic. We were given two different meals without checking ourselves. None of this food was intended for us. While we were waiting we saw the same spectacle in another person. Due to the lack of competence, the staff also seemed to get into conflict with each other. A service fee should be charged for possible delivery. This should serve to improve quality. As a company, you should be in a position to not have to improve your service at the expense of your customers. The amount is admittedly small (€0.99), but for me it's about the principle. Ambiance: No differentiated assessment possible because there are too few impressions. Conclusion: This was the first and last order. (Own name changed for anonymity)

You sit comfortably in the Old Residence. It's particularly beautiful outside in summer. The service is friendly and quick.

I can't get this dish in the UK. So enjoyed it.

Das Essen gut bürglich. Die Schnitzel sind sehr gut, allerdings schwimmen diese in Butterschmalz, gemeinsam mit den Bratkartoffeln. Halt wie bei Muttern. Sehr schönes Ambiente und die Preise haben uns positiv überrascht. Wir kommen wieder

Ein Abendessen auf der kleinen Terrasse. Wir bestellten den Residenzsalat mit Hühnerbrust und ein Schnitzel mit Spiegelei und Bratkartoffeln. Beides sehr lecker. Appetitlich und eine schöne Portionsgröße. Die Bedienung flott und aufmerksam. Zwar ist die Speisekarte nicht sehr umfangreich, jedoch für jeden etwas dabei und es ist für mich ein Zeichen von Qualität. Gerne wieder. Daumen hoch👍

I dined at your restaurant this evening Tuesday 27 June 2023, with my stepdad and a friend, we order 2 Burgers and a Schnitzel with onions, the burgers were sort of ok, but the Schnitzel and here's my complaint, firstly, it was oily as I was cutting the Schnitzel oil was coming out, so basically my Schnitzel was put straight on my plate from the fryer, secondly, the meat was bland which means tasteless, thirdly, my french fries (pommes) had a brown hair attached to it 🤮🤢. One of the waitress, came to collect the plates and asked us if everything was good, my friend who speaks German explained to her that we weren't happy with the food quality and even showed her the french fries with the brown hair attached, she looked at it and took away our plates, she wasn't even apologetic, and none of your higher staff came out to apologize either. I feel disgusted about being served food like this and the mannerisms of your staff who are non apologetic is totally unacceptable.

Wir waren Pfingsten zum ersten mal da, sind öfters vorbei gefahren, war immer gut besucht, dachten muss gut sein. Haben uns leider getäuscht. Das Essen war nicht so toll. Hat keinen von uns, waren mit 8 Personen, besonders gut gefallen. Vielleicht hatte auch der Koch frei, keinen Ahnung, wir werden da nicht nochmal hin gehen.

Freundliches, vielbeschäftigtes Personal. Die alte Residenz liegt gut erreichbar (mit Auto oder auch Fahrrad) in Schloß Neuhaus.

Sehr lecker und gut gewürztes Essen ,tolles ambiente ,freundliche Bedienung .i war überwältigt ..

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Gemütliche Gaststätte mit klasse Essen. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Ist zwar direkt an der Straße, stört aber nicht sonderlich. Freundliche und flotte Bedienung. Kann ich empfehlen.

Das Ambiente ist nett, der Service auch. Das Essen hat mir leider so gar nicht geschmeckt. Ein Salat mit nem Löffelchen trockenen ungewürzten Bulgur und einer winzigen Spur Limettensaft statt Dressing ist keine gute Fitnessbowl. Lieber weglassen von der Karte, statt unbedingt was "modernes" anbieten zu wollen oder mal woanders schauen, wie man sowas lecker zusammenstellt. Es ist halt eher Kneipe als Restaurant.

Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen. Aber ihr habt einen neuen Fan. Es war wirklich schön. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl bei Euch. Ich komm definitiv wieder 😁🍺
