Elsener Bürgerhaus in Paderborn

Nach einem langen Tag am Mittwoch Abend mal wieder zu Gast gewesen. Thai Curry und Pasta im Biergarten genossen. Beides ziemlich lecker und in passenden Portionen. Service zuvorkommend, nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen immer wieder.

Tolles Essen. Sehr nettes Personal und schöner Biergarten

Wir haben's auf Gut-Glück versucht und wurden mit freundlichem Service, einem umfangreichen Speise- u. Getränkeangebot sowie vorzüglicher Qualität des Essens belohnt. Zur beginnenden Spargelsaison gab es eine feine Auswahl von Spargel-Kombi-Möglichkeiten. Das Bürgerhaus können wir empfehlen!!

Das Ambiente verspricht das was das Essen nicht halten kann. Es fängt damit an, dass es nicht alle Schnitzel gibt die auf der Online Karte stehen und hört da auf, dass man nicht durch gebratenes Schnitzel bekommt. Wenn man angerufen hat dann ist keine ran gegangen. Das Essen hat nicht mal Einen Stern verdient.

Gutes Essen, guter Servive Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde unkompliziert eingegangen.

Essen war gut. Service freundlich. Aber einfach zuwenig Personal. Sehr lange Wartezeiten.

Die Bestuhlung kann man noch einmal überdenken. Es ist wie im Kino. Kurz vor Beginn des Programms kommt jemand und setzt sich so hin das man garantiert nicht mehr den Komfort hat das Programm richtig verfolgen zu können. Das Spenden gesammelt werden ist ja okay aber es schon so explizit zu erwarten wo ja ersichtlich ist wer davon profitiert ist meiner Ansicht nach nicht erforderlich. Die Toilette könnte etwas besser für Leute die nicht aus Elsen kommen beschildert sein. Parkplätze sind auch mit Glück zu bekommen.

Waren dort zur Theateraufführung, nicht zum Essen. Der Abend war sehr gelungen.

Toller Ort, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und ein Außenbereich. Das Essen ist sehr gut und der Service ist ausgezeichnet und sehr einladend. Außerdem wird Englisch gesprochen.

I recently ate there; I've been there often in the past and expected the same good quality. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The schnitzel was burnt on one side, some of the meat was very tough, and the fried potatoes were very dark, some were black and mushy. Unfortunately, it's no longer worth the price.

Delicious food in a sophisticated atmosphere

It was a lovely outdoor seating area and the service was very friendly. There were no long waits. Some of the food was lukewarm at best, and the schnitzel dishes were served like you'd get from a chip shop. The baked potato came with no salad dressing. Some of the tapas platter wasn't homemade... The restaurant is on the higher end, so only 2 stars for the quality and presentation of the food. A shame!

We were warmly greeted upon entry and the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff throughout our stay was truly remarkable. We were served quickly. The food was very good (bourgeois burger, goat cheese, falafel bowl). The ambience is modern, everything makes a high-quality impression. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back here more often.

Quaint on the outside, very modern on the inside. Simply great, whether you want to eat or enjoy the SCP games. Best location in Elsen!

I enjoyed the stay. The selection of drinks and food offers something for every taste.

- Food: (buffet) croquettes, spaetzle were already relatively cold, for me spaetzle weren't really spaetzle and without salt or felt like it had no taste... no sensible sauce except for the meat and, especially for small children, no sauce without alcohol. There is certainly something good for people who like to eat meat, but for people who are vegetarian, for example, there is almost no choice. For children, as I said, only spaetzle, croquettes, rice... - Service: The conditions were all very friendly, but they are understaffed which means it takes a long time to get things going. Everyone could come in at 12 p.m., drinks were brought at 12:30/40, plates for the soup 5/10 minutes later and then another 10 minutes until all the tables had the soup on the table. Afterwards there is a buffet. In my opinion, waiting almost an hour for the buffet is too long... - Ambience: Tables, rooms etc. very nicely designed. Only if you sit at the back do you have to walk very far to get to the buffet. For me personally, the whole thing was nothing, I didn't really find anything tasty for me because I hardly eat or like meat.

We were there with the family on Christmas Day and there was a buffet. Here are our brief impressions: Negative: -Almost all sauces contained alcohol and so did meat and fish dishes -Unfortunately there were only dry side dishes for children -There were hardly any vegetarian dishes, as the beans unfortunately also had ham on them -The food wasn't kept warm properly and the plates were also cold Positive: -The service was very friendly -Generally the food was very tasty -good selection of salads and antipasti Conclusion: We ate à la carte here in the summer and were very satisfied. We were rather disappointed with a buffet that is actually only suitable for meat and fish lovers with alcohol sauces.

Good and high quality as is the price

Modern and delicious cuisine is offered here. Regardless of whether it's classic, vegetarian or light, you can enjoy everything without restriction. The service is attentive and quick. Definitely worth a visit!

We ate very well here and were served very friendly and courteous. There wasn't a long wait, even though the restaurant was very busy. It is particularly worth mentioning that we were able to watch sky in the front part, with no sound out of consideration. If I had to complain about something it would be the cola which wasn't cold. Beer, water was cold. We ate a delicious tomato soup, tapa plate, men's cream and ice cream. All very tasty.

Steak was large and top. Highly recommended.

A great restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Unusual drinks are lovingly decorated and the food is top notch. Everything is freshly prepared with seasonal products and very appetizingly presented. The restaurant is highly recommended and offers everything you need to spend a few nice hours. Great price-performance ratio. We always enjoy coming back.

Was a guest there again a few days ago and had nothing to complain about. Although the restaurant was very busy, the service and the food were quick and tasty. Is probably a popular meeting place in Elsen. Oh yes, the facility is also very nice. I can't say anything negative and I'll be happy to come back. In the summer they also have a beautiful beer garden in the yard in front!

The company party with 380 participants was a great success. The grill buffet was delicious, the service was great and the music with Betty A. was great.

Food cold! Schnitzel burnt on one side! Fried potatoes too greasy! Don't come anymore!

This time we were unfortunately a bit disappointed. We were served quickly at first, but then we were completely forgotten in the outside lighting. We had to go in several times and ask for service. The only consolation was the good food.

After a wonderful bike ride, we wanted to end the day with a “light” 🍻 and something tasty. That's how we ended up in the community center 🚴 🚴🚴🚴. When the weather was wonderful, the beer garden was ideal. It's right on the street, but we ignored that after a short time. The absolutely nice and courteous staff is simply great. Everyone enjoyed the food. I particularly liked the tapas platter. The falafel on top "a dream" 😋 We would love to come back.

Very nice atmosphere and nice service. The food came quickly after ordering. We had 3 different schnitzels. All schnitzels were very tasty and the portions were good. Price/performance ratio very good! We will be back!

Absolutely disappointing. No response to reservation request. Waited five minutes on site until someone had time for me. Nobody felt responsible either. Finally, I am told in no uncertain terms that we can't worry about something like that now. Luckily I didn't leave a cent there and we booked a table straight away at another location where we felt welcome.

Super friendly staff. The food came quickly, the portions were generous and it tasted delicious. The bra has been completely renovated, so it has lost its rustic old charm, but the new one is also really beautiful. Always happy.

Very friendly service, our dog was immediately given a bowl of water, which we thought was very thoughtful, thanks for that. The food was good and plentiful.

The renovation has made it really inviting. Prices have unfortunately increased according to the modern style. There could be cocktails, nachos/chips on offer. Unfortunately I'm missing this on the map. The waitresses are nice.

We went to the community center for the Christmas buffet. It was outstanding!!! Starting with the very friendly and accommodating staff - fresh and always friendly - through the incredible variety of the separate antipasti buffet with plenty of shrimp, vegetables, fish, etc. to the warm buffet with goose, game, roulades, fish... At the end, various dessert options were not allowed missing...Thank you to everyone who made such a lovely Christmas dinner possible for us. We'd love to come back next year!!! Thank you!!! Einfache, schnelle deutsche Küche bei einem heutzutage seltenen Ambiente. Schöne Kneipe mit Sälen, Fußball schauen, gemütlichen Ecken, großen Tischen, tollem Biergarten und super Service

Wir kamen mit 4 Damen. Von auswärts.Waren noch nie im Bürgerhaus und hatten auch nicht reserviert. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Hatten verschiedene Speisen alles super lecker. Falls ich noch mal nach Paderborn komme würde ich wieder hingegen. Toller Biergarten. Leider gestern zu kalt dafür. Weiter so.

Nachdem der letzte Inhaber der absolute Flop war, endlich wieder unter der Hand von Michael Bröckling!!! Service ist mega sympathisch und on time… Essen hatte ich to go bestellt… hat nicht mal ein Weinglas lang gedauert, und ich war durstig! Der Super Koch Marco, bekannt auch aus dem Kump365 hat mir das Essen sogar raus in den Biergarten gebracht! Alles frisch, Roastbeef rosa… alles so wie es sein sollte. Das Bürgerhaus war voll ausgebucht und das Ambiente wirklich toll! Weiter so 💪🏽🥂 und danke der besten Service Kraft Anja 😘

Das Essen war kalt und die Bedienung pampig. Troz Reservierung mussten wir über eine Stunde warten.

Essen vom Geschmack und Service waren in Ordnung. Leider fehlten uns auf der Karte Vorspeisen (außer Salat) und Nachtisch. Wir haben kurz nach der Öffnung sechs Schnitzel bestellt und schon waren die Wedges für den ganzen Abend aus, leider schlecht vorbereitet für einen Sonntagabend.

Manche Gerichte sind gut, manche Mittel. Atmosphäre gut, ruhig, Preis nicht teuer. Personal ist nett.

Schönes uriges Wirtshaus mit leckerem Essen und gutem Service. Gerne wieder!

Essen und Getränke waren okay, und der Service freundlich und flott.

Auf dem mediterranen AntiPastaTeller befanden sich hübsch zusammengerollt 3 Scheiben Bierschinken. Der Teller entsprach in keiner Weise der Beschreibung und hatte nicht die Qualität von früher. Bedienung sehr freundlich, aber nur 2 Kellnerinnen im Lokal, Saal und an der Theke. Völlig überlastet. Hier wird an der falschen Stelle gespart. Chef nicht vor Ort - dann sieht man nicht, wie die Mitarbeiterinnen sich abrackern. Sobald nicht wieder. ------ Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum... Ein Tag später wurde Insolvenz angemeldet. Kennt der Chef sich ja bestens mit aus... -‐-----

Es ist sehr schön ruhig und gemütlich dort. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Echt super.

Service top, Essen sehr gut, allerdings ein Essen verhauen. Dennoch nach Hinweis das Gericht storniert! Schon der Bedienung wegen höchste Bewertung. Lohnt sich sehr zu kommen.

Homepage nicht aktuell und gaukelt somit falsche Tatsachen vor. Küche hat leider stark nachgelassen und befindet sich nun auf Pommesbuden- Niveau. Karte nur noch mit geringer und wenig ansprechender Auswahl. Trockene, dünne Schnitzelchen die nicht frisch gebraten wurden. Sauce sehr spärlich. Dafür völlig überzogene Preise. Geräuschkulisse sehr laut, Ambiente sonst in Ordnung. Bedienung funktioniert ganz gut. Somit viel Luft nach oben.

Gute bürgerliche Küche, nette Bedienung gerne wieder.

Nettes Lokal mit angeschlossenem Saal

Essen hat geschmeckt. Aber wenn ich ein Schnitzel mit Pilze bestelle möchte ich auch eine gewisse Menge an Pilzen haben. Ich hatte ca 8 halbe auf dem Teller. Die Speisekarte ist etwas dürftig sehr wenig Gerichte darauf. Die Geräuschkolisse zu hoch.

Gut bürgerlich, wie es sich für ein Bürgerhaus gehört. Ich kann nicht meckern. Das Ambiente ist auch passend....bürgerlich halt. Alles gut.

Was folgt ist nicht bezahlt und fremd beeinflusst! Ich war heute durch Zufall ( Durchreise ) im Elsener Brau & Bürgerhaus Paderborn. Was ich zum Essen bekam war hervorragend!! Man muß aufpassen das man die riesigen Portionen schafft und dazu noch sehr preiswert.! Das Personal war ebenfalls super ,sehr aufmerksame junge Mädels und nicht zu letzt auch sehr freundlich . Vielen Dank Allen
