Food was good but the owner was totally unfriendly.

The furnishings are based on trends from over 10 years ago. Since trends quickly go out of fashion, the furnishings are a matter of taste. It was always neat and clean!

Ordered food here, unfortunately the Schwarma plate wasn't as expected and the rotisserie special was unfortunately also without onions, otherwise the schnitzel was good and so were the pizzas 1 + point after I gave a bad review on Lieferando for the food, I was contacted via WhatsApp and asked what the problem was. I assume to prevent problems (I think that's good👍) (Unfortunately you cannot delete/change reviews at Lieferando)

Doner kebab was always good but the service was disrespectful

We had dinner with 6 colleagues and spontaneously indulged in some cocktails during happy hour. The food was delicious and plentiful. The cocktails are also delicious. The prices are fair and the service was excellent! We'd love to come back if we're in the area again :-)

Since we're all human, things don't always go smoothly and there can sometimes be longer waiting times. In addition, if you visit an upscale restaurant you also have to be prepared for a price increase. We visited First Floor for the first time last night and I have to say we were very satisfied with our dishes, which were very original and of high quality. I would like to add to the service that everyone was very attentive and friendly. Our waitress was also able to improvise with my drink requests. The conclusion I can give is to the team including the kitchen give 5*****. We will definitely come back.
