I had heard so much about Regional and was finally able to see for myself. At the beginning of December we were at the Regional with 5 people and had a completely successful evening with the 5-course menu. A real culinary delight and the service was also above average attentive! My highlights were the pointed cabbage, the pumpkin soup and the dessert. The journey from Hamburg was really worth it. A big thank you to the entire team, especially to Ina and Tim!
