The service was exceptionally friendly – ​​I received a warm welcome and was attentively looked after with a smile throughout my visit. The food was absolutely delicious: fresh, aromatic, and authentically Greek. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. I was particularly impressed by the authentic yet creative cooking. The portions were perfectly sized and definitely satisfying. It's a place where you simply feel comfortable and want to return. During the Christmas season, there's even a wonderfully cozy mulled wine stand in front of the restaurant.

The salad bar was stocked exclusively with salads from jars, such as coleslaw and carrots, no freshly sliced ​​cucumbers or tomatoes! And very unimaginative! No feta, etc. The food overall was not very good. You can add salt and pepper, but when there's no seasoning at all, it's difficult! The meat quality was okay! Some of it was cooked too long, tough! Or the texture was odd! Sorry! The food has been better, and given the prices, I expect something better!

We went there this evening for our wedding anniversary after the restaurant was recommended to us by various people. Generally speaking, the food shows that the chef really knows his craft; there was nothing wrong with that. The appetizer platter was varied and sufficient for two people. The meat on the robber's plate was perfectly grilled and deliciously seasoned, and the pork fillet with mushrooms was also grilled to perfection, which absolutely justifies the prices. So, if you only considered the food and the associated value for money, it would be a solid 5 points plus a star. Now comes the "but," however. The service seemed a bit stressed and hectic this evening. We had a bit of a feeling that we were being rushed through as quickly as possible to make room for more guests. Normally, you're also asked if you'd like dessert and/or coffee, espresso, etc., but nothing. The menu also states that ouzo/Marsala is served before and between courses, as in most Mediterranean restaurants. However, we were only asked if we wanted more when we asked for the bill, whereas the tables around us had already been served two or three times, even though they were occupied after us. What surprised us was that the bill listed two ouzo and two Marsala. It was on the house, but that's still surprising. We also didn't really like the ambiance; it was very loud and, as mentioned above, very hectic, possibly due to the Sunday evening rush. All in all, still a solid 3 points, but whether we would come back again...probably not.

As we stood outside looking for an alternative, an employee came out and told us that a sudden cancellation had come in and he would have to reschedule quickly to get us a table. The short wait was truly worth it. Great atmosphere, and the service is super professional and coordinated. Everything runs like clockwork and is handled calmly and friendly. The food portions are very generous, so it's best to hold back a bit at the salad bar (even if it's difficult). We'll be happy to come back on our next vacation. Thank you for the lovely evening.

We spontaneously stopped in for dinner today on the way to our holiday apartment in Papenburg. Unfortunately, we didn't make a reservation, and it was full, which speaks volumes about the restaurant. We were about to leave when a very nice gentleman came up behind us. He apologized that the place was full and said that two people had canceled. Good for us, it was fantastic. The service is fantastic and it's really fun to watch it run like a well-oiled machine. Stressful, yes, but without the guests noticing. The food is great and it couldn't be better. The two of us were there spontaneously on Saturday evening around 7 p.m. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, they tried very hard to give us a free table. Even though it was full and fully booked, we were very kindly offered a table for an hour, which worked out great as both drinks and food came very quickly. Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable and it didn't come across as if they wanted to get rid of us quickly. Conclusion: Great and very friendly service, incredibly tasty food and really great ambience. We'd love to come back.

When we arrived there weren't enough seats, we were blamed and asked to let us know next time if there were more people coming. But there were just as many of us as we said, the number hasn't changed. The tables were also squeezed so close to the wall that the whole row had to stand up if someone wanted to leave because there was no room at all. Then the drink order was taken. When we asked about the drinks menu, we were laughed at, I don't know why, it's actually a completely normal question. The starter was good. Then everyone had their main course, one was missing. No feedback on this. After a long wait, the question arose as to what was still missing, then again nothing for a long time. When the last meal finally came, the portion was quite small. When I asked if that was correct, the answer was "yes, but you can still order something if you don't get enough." Yes, every guest can think that far for themselves, so you don't need an answer like that. And the ouzo advertised on the menu before the meal didn't come either. Will the staff be overwhelmed if more than 3 people come? Possible. In addition, the younger waitress was generally very cheeky and bitchy. When we finally asked about ouzo again, she looked at us very perplexed, as if it were something completely unusual. However, at other tables there was one before and after the meal without any request/demand. You can definitely tell which guests are preferred. In any case, all in all not a good visit, not nice dealing with guests. We won't come back.

The service was excellent and particularly child-friendly; our little one felt very comfortable. The parking situation was also great, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.
