Got takeaway food. We were surprised not only by the fact that the meat wasn't crispy, but totally oversalted and that the wontons were flabby. There were no vegetables with the dish either. I then called them again to give the company the opportunity to explain itself. But unfortunately that was dismissed with arrogance, that's just how the food is. I pointed out that I would probably write a review given this behavior, but the gentleman on the other end of the line didn't mind doesn't matter. A pity.

Food was cold. This was the worst restaurant I've been to so far. Buffet is very small. Sushi bar only had a few makis and a few surimi. That was the first and last time I ate there. Never again.

We went to Lucky Star for the first time today. Thumbs up, I haven't eaten a meal like this, especially as a buffet, in a very long time. 💯💯💯 The location is 100% chic, clean and very tidy. Not pleasant staff... the buffet is empty, but for 2 adults and two children 3 and 11 years old the cost was 82 euros. We won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone. This evening was lost and we wanted to enjoy......

The heating was broken, the attempt to heat with gas stoves was very poor, my wife and daughter were very cold. Food was only lukewarm, lighting in the toilet area served as a tealight. No apology or discount etc for the inconvenience, instead there were poor excuses. We won't be coming back. Addendum: today on February 25th, 2024 we wanted to give Lucky Star another chance because everyone can have a bad day. Conclusion, there were still gas heaters in the rooms, it still wasn't really warm. Eat courage, happiness, luke warm. After being told when paying that things couldn't work out that way with low food temperatures, we just made excuses, no insight and when we said that we wouldn't be coming back after such an action, there was only one answer: yes, then that's it, bye. In short, 0 stars would be too much. Not recommended at all. 👎👎👎👎👎

We gave the shed another chance today and, as expected, it was no different than the last time. Cold food, partly dried out, meat totally lumpy and way too well cooked (you can break the window panes). The desserts could only make it worse. My husband got something from the chocolate fountain. You could see the amount of fat that was added to the chocolate to keep it soft, floating next to the chocolate on the plate. Disgusting and that's what it tasted like. The vanilla sauce from the Jell-O was also more of a solid pudding instead of sauce. It's also cheeky (it's written on a note at the buffet) that if you don't have any drinks, you still have to pay €2 per person. Are you crazy???? We kindly pointed these things out when paying, but the staff didn't care. "Well then you won't come back" was the statement. Oh and not forgetting the smell from the toilets. We will never come back and I hope that you finally wake up for the future guests. Because for 21€ per person (I've never paid that much anywhere else) you also have to deliver it. The problem with the heating also still exists. There are heating stoves everywhere and it's uncomfortably cold in the restaurant. Goodbye. I would prefer to give minus stars.

I can only agree with one of the previous speakers. 85€ for 2 adults and 2 children (5 & 9) is crazy. I'll leave it if the food is really good. But unfortunately there was hardly any refills at the buffet, a lot of the food was cold and a lot of it was extremely salty. The selection was much better there and the hygiene concept should also be worked on. (Dried edges on ketchup and mayo bottles, all sauces dried, because the sauces are arranged one behind the other, some soy sauce in peanut or sweet and sour sauce, etc.) Only the staff seemed quite friendly that evening. It's a shame that the quality and selection from back then couldn't be maintained. Something else that might be worth mentioning is that you shouldn't necessarily store the glass bottles for the catalytic ovens in the restaurant. Unfortunately it was the last time we were there, which is a shame. Maybe a few points will be taken to heart so that you can try again at some point. But not yet.

I was in this restaurant with a larger group so that we could “enjoy” the typical round table in an Asian restaurant. This table was in a separate room, which unfortunately seemed very cold and uncomfortable to me. We had opted for the Asian buffet, so we were able to storm the buffet armed with plates and a number clip. I have to say that the buffet was very varied and we could choose between the typical Chinese dishes and a large wok buffet. Unfortunately I decided on the WOK and unfortunately my selection didn't taste good. For the second course I played it safe and chose sweet/sour beef. A classic that I really enjoyed. The service was okay so far. I won't make the journey again because it doesn't correspond to my idea of ​​a good meal in a Chinese restaurant.

Wir mögen es gerne dort! In der Woche gibt es etwas weniger Auswahl. Cocktails schmecken ABER das Glas ist so VOLL mit Eiswürfel das da nicht viel vom Cocktail ist! Bitte um Veränderung!!! Sonst alles gut!

Wir haben letztens bei Lucky Star das Buffet-Angebot getestet, erstmal finde ich es gut dass man zwischen Buffet mit oder ohne Getränke entscheiden kann, das Essen war auch insgesamt lecker und die Auswahl war groß. Allerdings fühlte ich mich nicht so wirklich wohl im Restaurant, die Servicekräfte beobachten einen gefühlt die ganze Zeit irgendwie und am Buffet kam es meiner Freundin so vor als würde man genau drauf achten wieviel man sich nimmt. Das Personal wirkte auch nicht überaus freundlich auf mich. Das klingt viel negativer als es ist, an sich kann man da gut essen aber das Ambiente und die Stimmung haben mir nicht so zugesagt, kann aber auch dran liegen dass wir in der Woche da waren, wo zugegeben sehr wenig los war.

Mann kann zwischen Büfett mit Getränken oder Büfett ohne Getränke oder von der Karte bestellen . Gibt es alkoholische und nicht Alkoholische Cocktails . Bedingung ist gut. Es ist sauber . Ambiente ist sehr schön mit leiser Musik im Hintergrund . Sushi ist leider zu wenig. Die Auswahl ist gut . Gibt immer Suppe und Reis . Nachspeisen sind ok . Mir wäre lieber wenn es auch Chinesische Nachspeisen gäbe .

Genoeg keuze,sommige dingen nog bevroren,bij toetjes. Kwa prijs wel wat duurder. Volwassen en kind 47 euro.

Bedienung nett aber wollte kein Geld verdienen hätte gern noch was getrunken aber es kam keiner. Das Buffet wurde nicht (6 kleine Stücke Rind für die Teppanyakiplatte und etwas Känguru sonst nur Fisch)oder sehr schleppend nachgelegt. Bis auf acht Kostbarkeiten und Honighähnchen war alles sehr fad, langweilig und ohne Pep! Schade,kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen!🤷

Lecker Essen und freundliches Personal. Alles in einem sehr gut, sauber, schnell. Schöner Spielbereich für Kinder. Ein winzige Kleinigkeit wäre bitte zu beachten, der Waffelteig sollte besser zugedeckt werden, dann bildet sich keine Trugkruste oben, was normal ist, aber nicht appetitlich. Alles in einem sehr empfehlenswert. Danke gerne wieder.

Wir sind gerne hier. Man kann in Ruhe sitzen und essen. Das Buffet ist reichlich und Getränke lassen auch keinen Wunsch offen. Das Servicepersonal ist immer freundlich. Die Kinder freuen sich am meisten über den Schokobrunnen und das frische Obst dazu.
