Helin Pizzeria in Friesoythe

I ordered food through Lieferando and paid via PayPal. 48 minutes...after 90 minutes, the status on Lieferando changed from order received to order prepared. I called and complained. Suddenly, the status changed to delivered. I never received the food, but I did pay.

The food simply does not taste good, the gyros is cold and partly black, the potatoes are not cooked through (I tried 3 pieces so this is not an isolated case) and are bathed in an indefinable sauce

We ordered five different pizzas, all of which were delicious. The terrace and the view are unique 👍👍😊 See you next time.

This shop doesn't really deserve a star. We've been waiting for over two hours for our food, which was probably delivered cold. We're extremely disappointed because a shop like this wants to make money from customers, but is so unreliable. The allotted time was 30 to 50 minutes.

It just doesn't taste good. I ordered 3 different items because I was asked. They just can't do it.

The food arrived very quickly, earlier than the app said. Pizza was delicious! Unfortunately, the kebab didn't taste like a kebab, which was a disappointment :( But otherwise, it was great ☺️

I've ordered from there many times. I ordered two things; one was just thawed and no longer good. The other had something else in it. Didn't look good. Never again.

Ordered and had it delivered for the third time, didn't get what we ordered the third time, not even close, completely different food (must have been thrown away or something, no idea!). We took the food there today, and the guy behind the counter got rude because a WOMAN confronted him, saying we SHOULD never order from Helin again—we wouldn't have done that anyway! We got our money back, but he threw it across the counter! Not recommended, but the reviews speak for the company. Stay away!

Simply put, not even worth a star. My husband, János Berkulya, placed an order today, March 1, 2025, via Lieferando, which included, among other things, a family Hawaiian pizza. As far as I know, such a pizza is supposed to have ham and pineapple. Now I'm wondering: Since when is Lyoner ham??? You pay your money hoping to get a delicious pizza, and instead you get crap like this that tastes like nothing. Let the person who made it eat it. It's a disgrace. Alte Meeschen 70, Friesoythe

Food is ordered online, confirmed online for an hour, after 1 1/2 hours you ask “Yes, it’s on the way”. Another hour later, after another request, “Yes, I’ll be there immediately.” Please don't lie to the customers and speak plainly

Went there spontaneously today without any specific meal request. Plus, I didn't know what time it was. However, the pizzeria was still open. It looked as if the kitchen had already been tidied up and people were preparing for the end of the day. I didn't want to make any trouble and leave but the gentleman was very friendly and said it wouldn't be a problem to order something else. I ordered a gyro pizza and immediately asked if I could pay by card. This was denied but here too the gentleman came to me and said that I can pay for the pizza another time! Wow, such trust has become rare, respect. I gratefully accepted the offer. Since I hadn't eaten anything today, the gentleman was more keen on the pizza than usual. That was also very friendly and accommodating. I ate the pizza at home, it was really good and for only €8.80!!! Out of curiosity, I looked at the opening hours of the pizzeria at home. She should have been there long ago when I was there (10:38 p.m.). Despite the end of the workday and a cleaned kitchen, the oven was turned on again and a delicious pizza was conjured up. Great service. Thank you very much and I will definitely pay off my debts as quickly as possible and maybe order a pizza while I'm at it. The pizzeria is a bit out of the way and can't be discovered immediately, but the value for money is great. For me it's a Friesoyther insider tip.

Unfortunately I won't eat here again. I went there with my mmn, my husband had fries and I had pasta. The first time I had a hair in the pasta. The second time my husband in the fries. Have also mentioned this. The service was very friendly and apologized. Then next time I ordered pasta home. I started eating and what do I find in it? A lid from a tetra packaging. That gave me the rest and so I won't be ordering from here anymore. It was also very hectic in the store this time, a customer (known) was supposed to help out with a bandage on his finger. No hygiene observed.

Full marks, the food is great, if you like garlic you should definitely try the garlic sauce! Highly recommended and we always enjoy ordering there

Ordered via Lieferando. Came an hour late The noodles were completely overcooked and the kebab gratinated tasted somehow rotten or like vinegar... There was definitely something wrong there I think the meat was no longer good.

Essen um 17:30 Uhr bestellt für 4 Erwachsene Am Telefon auf Nachfrage die Info bekommen das Lieferung 1 Std dauert. Um 18:50 uhr angerufen und nachgefragt wann das Essen geliefert wird. Lt. Mitarbeiter wären wir die nächsten. Um 19:30 Uhr war das Essen endlich da... Fürs Essen würden wir 4 Sterne geben da alles noch warm war und gut geschmeckt hat. Nachtrag: Erneut um 18:15 Uhr Sonntag essen bestellt zum liefern. Am Telefon die Rückmeldung das das Essen in 30-45 Min da wäre. Um 19:30 Uhr angerufen und nachgefragt wann das essen kommen sollte. Da die Info das das essen als nächstes dran wäre. Essen war um 20:15 Uhr da.... Also Zeitmanagement nicht vorhanden und reine Katastrophe.

Pizza ist wirklich gut und das Angebot an Montagen unschlagbar (6€ für eine Pizza). Heute ist Montag UND Feiertag - nirgendwo auf der Karte steht, dass das Angebot dann nicht gültig ist. Auch am Telefon wurde nichts erwähnt obwohl ich gefragt hatte. Dafür gibt's leider Abzug.

Schmeckt sehr gut, kriegen immer etwas kleines z.b Salat oder pizzabrot und mit einer Lieferzeit von 1 Stunde nach bösel geht das noch top in Ordnung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bestellen immer wieder dort.

Gestern Lasagne und Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat bestellt. Abgesehen davon das es sehr schnell geliefert wurde, waren wir mit dem Essen nicht so zufrieden. Die Lasagne war irgendwie nicht wirklich Lasagne und schmeckte nach nichts ausser Sahne. Der Salat hatte kaum bis gar kein Dressing. Die Portionen waren auch eher was für ne zierliche Frau. Für das Geld was es gekostet hat, sehr enttäuschend.

Früher, als der Laden noch nicht so bekannt war, war der Laden deutlich besser. Wir haben dort regelmäßig bestellt und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Aber mittlerweile hat sich die Menge und die Qualität einzelner Produkte verschlechtert. Ein Beispiel: Vor einem Jahr noch waren die Salate so groß, das wir pappsatt waren und manchmal noch was für den nächsten Tag hatten. Heute haben wir bestellt und haben nach dem Essen immernoch Hunger - gefühlt ist der Salat um 40-50% geschrumpft.

Essen schmeckt super aber die Zeiten sind unterirdisch! 30 Minuten soll es angeblich dauern und 55 Minuten hat es gedauert. Obwohl ich es abgeholt habe. Ist schon das zweite Mal passiert. 5 Sterne gibt's wenn es sich ändert.

Essen schmeckt gut, aber... Ich musste 17,50€ bezahlen habe ihm ein 20€ Schein gegeben. Er hat gesagt "das passt schon" ist umgedreht und weggefahren. Also habe ich kein Rückgeld bekommen. Frechheit!

Beste Pizzeria in Friesoythe 👍. Das Essen über den Lieferservice kommt immer heiß an, als ob es gerade frisch aus der Küche kommt. Bis jetzt alle Gerichte die Ich gegessen habe, haben einzigartig und sehr lecker geschmeckt, vor allem schmeckt es sehr frisch und anders als man es kennt. Daran merkt man wie viel Mühe die Pizzeria sich beim Essen gibt. Der Lieferservice ist auch sehr schnell, Ich war beim ersten Mal bestellen positiv erschrocken wie schnell es ging 😂. Ich kann es jedem empfehlen dort Essen zu gehen oder zu bestellen.
