Worst Burger King I've ever been to! We only ordered 3 (!!!) burgers at the drive-thru and after waiting in the car for 25 minutes, we still hadn't received anything – the place was empty and we were the only car in the drive-thru! The result: I went inside, handed over the receipt, demanded my money back, and drove off hungry. Thanks for nothing!!! The best thing for this place would be to close it down!

Without explanation, warm drinks (like Coke Zero) were handed out. When asked about it, the answer was: they couldn't change that. The drinks were almost completely flat. The food, on the other hand, was almost cold after waiting 24 minutes in the drive-thru. No apology was offered. This branch is unlikely to survive much longer under these conditions.

I was there with my daughter last Sunday around 5:30 pm. The place was about 60% full. Then came the disaster: apart from one person, no one had anything to eat. We had to wait over 40 minutes. You could also feel and hear the frustration of the other guests. Finally, the food arrived... Unfortunately, my burger was cold. I ate it, but it was awful. It's a shame, the grand opening wasn't that long ago... It's no fun at all like this.

I ordered two bacon burgers and received two Big Kings. I argued with the server for half an hour. I had to show the receipt three times and only received one bacon burger as compensation. Then I ordered a vanilla milkshake and received a strawberry one. The result: the fries were cold, the customer was in a bad mood, and the server was uncooperative and rude. They'll never see me again 👋

We would like to take this opportunity to thank the friendly Burger King employee (the one with the full beard who makes the hamburgers). He is very customer-oriented and incredibly nice. He really makes you feel valued as a customer. Thank you for the great food and service.

Unfortunately, it was very poorly organized. We had to wait almost an hour for our food, which was then partly wrong and cold!

The food tastes great, especially the beef burgers! The place looks stylish and modern. The team is super friendly. I was here with my boyfriend recently, and because the ice cream machine wasn't working right away, they gave us two Oreo ice creams instead of one as an apology. Thanks again!

Unfortunately, they're completely overwhelmed here. We noticed before us that almost an entire menu was missing (3 burgers and a drink). Then the same thing happened to us. We had to wait forever for the food, and then it was wrong and incomplete—a complete no-go. They also canceled a child's tomato order (burger), and the child bit into it and got a tomato. They should be glad there's no allergy. I would have torn the place apart. This is life-threatening!!!! That shouldn't happen!!!!! Some of the food was unfortunately cold and soggy (onion rings). We had hoped for more after the reopening. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.

I ate there for lunch today. I ordered Garlic King Chicken (King of the Month). The burger had a sauce on it that tasted awful and smelled disgusting. I think the sauce or whatever was on it was bad and moldy. I asked the staff about it, and all they said was, "I'll pass it on." That's basically saying, "I don't care!" I still feel sick and don't think I'll go back.

Last night (September 30, 2025), I went to the drive-thru at the Burger King location in Friesoythe – unfortunately, it was a completely disappointing experience. I didn't receive a receipt and had to wait in my car for over 25 minutes while four employees stood behind the counter, seemingly showing little interest in serving the waiting cars. There were three vehicles in front of me, and a long line behind me. My bag remained visible on the counter the entire time – all I was missing was a burger and fries. After the long wait, I was asked to pull over and they would bring me my food. This happened, but the food was cold and incomplete. I had ordered two long chicken meals and two chili cheeseburgers – the fries were completely missing. I then went to the store to complain about the missing items. After discussion, I received two portions of fries – but only small ones, even though I had ordered and paid for two large ones. Overall: poor service, long wait, cold and incomplete food. Something like this should not happen – especially not at an established chain like Burger King

Music was way too loud, fries were too salty, and the nuggets weren't that good (recommended at MCS). The long chicken didn't taste good at all. The service gave me the wrong sauce three times. Bonus point: I got one too many 👍☹️

The food was reasonably tasty but a bit cold, which was very disappointing because I loved the Burger King in Friesoythe before they closed. But the worst part was that every single one of my friends I ate with had diarrhea, stomach cramps, and nausea. The service was unfortunately very lackluster and very, well... quiet. I also missed a burger, which isn't a big deal at all, but what I found annoying was that he just slapped the burger down on my tray as if he was going to break it. The interior was nice, as it used to be, and mostly kept clean. All in all, we were very disappointed.

Today I was there and got a meal consisting of an extra-long chicken breast, fries, Fanta, and 6 chicken nuggets. I waited 10 minutes for my order, even though there were only 4 people in the store. The lettuce on my burger was already brown on the sides, and there was just a huge, thick lettuce leaf on top. The burger was also dry... If you can't meet the standard, please close the store...

What an outrageous impudence this haunted house of a slush shop is. Everyone knows that the spicy nuggets are just re-breaded nuggets. But the fact that my beloved chili cheese nuggets are also labeled as regular nuggets is a disgrace in itself. The ordering system is also torture in itself. For one thing, you can't access all the control panels because one of them won't boot without pressing F10 on the keyboard. And the other one asks me for an extra Coke, charges for it, but of course, it's not included in the order. My desperation suggests that this slush shop quality is Friesoythe itself. So, like a good customer, I ate everything, even the almost frozen burger, as cold as a spit was. Dear Burger King, but you have a slush shop. 😁 First, a lung roll, cheers.

First of all, they didn't ask me what drink I wanted with my meal; I was simply given a Coke. All the sauces were missing; when I asked them about it, the employee simply slapped the sauce on the counter with an angry look. When I wanted to put my tablet in the cart, there was absolutely no room on the cart; it was almost like playing Tetris, so we had to put our tablets on the table next to it. None of the employees felt responsible for taking out the trash. The tables were also all dirty and uncleaned, and there was trash lying all over the floor outside. It wasn't a mess yesterday either; they could have easily assigned someone to take care of things.

Burger King in Friesoythe reopened on September 2nd, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The burgers were soggy, and one was even forgotten. We also ordered a large milkshake but only received a small one – despite the price of €3.95. When we asked for a replacement, we had difficulty communicating, and we weren't given a new one. The onion rings were also cold and soggy, and the food overall wasn't good. Things used to be much better with the old staff – you could hear people, and the food was delicious. Considering that they can close as early as 8:00 PM and don't open until 12:00 PM, we wouldn't recommend a visit.

Yesterday, I ordered takeout for the whole family, which took forever because two of the four ordering kiosks were out of service. Then, at home, I was extremely disappointed: three of the five sides worth €12 were missing, the cheeseburgers were drenched in sauce, the Long Chicken Supreme was missing ingredients, the first plant-based Long Chicken had been on the grill for far too long, and the second one had a patty that wasn't plant-based, but made from chicken. Never again!

I was really happy they were reopening, and then after less than a week of operation, nothing was working anymore. Orders were billed incorrectly, then half the amount was missing, and instead there was something in the bag that I didn't order. The anticipation was gone; they should have just stayed closed if they couldn't process orders properly. I'd prefer to give them zero stars.

The Coke lid isn't pressed on properly... Conclusion: The Coke lid flew off, and I'm covered in Coke. Furthermore, the employees don't even bother wearing work clothes, preferring to wear their own clothes, which is pretty unhygienic. Update after two years and the great reopening. Minimal portions and extreme gastrointestinal discomfort after consumption. They should have stayed closed.

I was at the new/reopening of Burger King on September 1st. First impression: clean and nicely decorated with crowns. What immediately caught my eye was the broken SOT, which wasn't even restarted at closing time during our stay from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A manager and the district manager (the really high-ranking one) often walked around the front doing things or not doing things. I also noticed that the job posting from the job center and classifieds were of little use. Employees from other branches, i.e., transfer employees, were completely unfamiliar with the branch, and you could tell by how quickly they arrived. I ordered a crispy chicken and an Xtralong chili cheese meal and waited a full 20 minutes for it, while friends of mine got their orders BEFORE me, even though they had ordered AFTER me. Ordering wasn't difficult; you just have to make sure that the first orders to come in are processed. Comes first, served first. Especially since a friend's order wasn't processed correctly. The hamburger and cheeseburger were supposed to be without pickles. Of course, they had pickles on them. Xtralong chili cheese without jalapeños had three crumbs on it. It was clearly visible that it was originally prepared normally, then someone realized, "Shit, it has to go without," and then, as is typical, they started picking the jalapeños off by hand instead of simply making a new one. The sauces and dips haven't expired yet, but no new ones have been ordered; they're still the same dips as before the closure due to "technical problems" 👀 (Best before: 10/25/25 and 11/11/25). Additionally, care should be taken to ensure that no one at the counter has their smartphone in their hand, nor that the employee stands with their back to the customer with said phone in their hand. Finally, personal drinks should not be carried around at the counter either. Drinking bottles and cups belong in the break room and have no place in the front work area. Perfect stop for a quick and delicious burger! This Burger King restaurant exceeded my expectations. The burgers were hot, juicy and freshly made, the fries were crispy and perfectly salted. The friendly staff, who work quickly and efficiently, even when there is a lot of traffic, is particularly commendable. The premises were clean and the atmosphere was pleasant, even though it was busy. I was particularly impressed by the large selection, where everyone can find something to suit them - from classics to vegan options. Definitely one of the best Burger King locations I've visited. Clear recommendation

It's a real shame, and unfortunately, I can't understand why this store has closed again. First, it was probably the heating. Then it reopened, albeit with significantly reduced opening hours; on Fridays, for example, it was completely closed. Personally, I get the feeling that things aren't going to get any better. It's a real shame, especially since the One Piece special just started, and as a Friesoyther, you unfortunately won't be able to enjoy it, at least not if you only have this branch within reach.

Just drove to Friesoythe to find out that BK is closed again due to alleged technical problems. This store is an absolute blast!!! Last time warm non-carbonated cola but at least there was cola. This is not a given at BK in Friesoythe. Food is usually lukewarm and something is always missing. I'm surprised that BK doesn't do anything against this branch

Worst Burger King I've ever ordered from. I picked up food for myself and my wife today and when we unpacked it at home it was like a slap in the face. 1. No more carbon dioxide in the drinks 2. All dishes were cold to lukewarm. Even the burger buns tasted old 3. No mayonnaise, even though it was ordered separately. I could have burned the money. I won't get my food there anymore.

The store is simply underground! You never know when it's open or when it's closed. The shop simply doesn't open for a whole week or simply closes at 9 p.m. even though it's 11 p.m. Just close the shop straight away and send the tour all the way out onto the ice! Never seen such a poorly organized store!

There was no coke on a Saturday lunchtime. Specially ordered burger at the terminal without bacon. Unfortunately this was not taken into account and the burger was topped with bacon. I also found it quite expensive. But the taste was good.

Bottomless impudence!!! We wanted to eat here after visiting the zoo, so we went to the ordering machines and started ordering. Little by little these machines went out... until we asked if it was known. Came the stupid answer yes it was us because we had been closed since 6 p.m. and it was 6:15 p.m. instead of closing the door or informing the new customers that the store was closed due to a lack of staff. Visit on June 9, 24 We wanted to visit the restaurant again after it reopened to see if there had been any improvements. General impression: Rather unkempt, unclean. After a complaint, 2 new burgers which were also cold. This of course makes it less tasty. Staff: All very young, also friendly. After eating I spoke to the shift manager again and expressed my displeasure. Was also kindly acknowledged. Conclusion: There's a lot going on here. Perhaps there is a lack of experienced management staff to get this branch on track. I can't really say anything good about previous visits either. It's better to drive to the golden seagull, which also offers its services in Friesoythe. Burger King cannot continue/exist like this......

Very impolite. Burger lukewarm.. Coke without carbonation and ice. The comment from the saleswoman was that they couldn't help it because there was no carbon dioxide in it. I really can't understand what everyone has. The shop is clean, everything runs smoothly, all the equipment works, the food comes quickly, hot and tasty. So we are always very satisfied!

I actually go to Burger Kings quite often, but I've never come across a place like this. The employee who took the order was more than unfriendly and completely uninterested. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my menu and the sour cream with my curly fries was missing. This was simply ignored when asked. My companion waited over 20 minutes for her food and after inquiring it was discovered that her order wasn't in the system at all, which only caused the employee to shrug her shoulders. An employee from Bremen who was there yesterday really tried very hard to help us. The same thing happened to a lady after us, because we wanted to make the journey home of over 200 kilometers and would rather stop off somewhere else if the money was to be paid back to us, which the really nice employee from Bremen only managed to do after a few attempts, which was definitely not her fault It was because of completely messed up chip cards, so we left and won't be entering the restaurant again

Actually, pretty average store. But Thies is simply an absolute man of honor. Therefore 5 stars
