Really the worst Burger King in the area. I don't feel like listing all the abysses here, everyone who has been here can imagine it.

Worst Burger King I've ever ordered from. I picked up food for myself and my wife today and when we unpacked it at home it was like a slap in the face. 1. No more carbon dioxide in the drinks 2. All dishes were cold to lukewarm. Even the burger buns tasted old 3. No mayonnaise, even though it was ordered separately. I could have burned the money. I won't get my food there anymore.

I would prefer to give zero stars. Such a juice shop is permanently closed. And then they won't take any more because they say we'll close in 15 minutes. Totally cheeky employees.

So where should I start? There were three of us because we definitely won't be visiting the Burger King in Friesoythe again. We noticed that it wasn't clean behind the counter. The food was prepared very quickly, but the cola on the menu didn't taste like anything and after the meal we all had three stomach ache and diarrhea which wasn't normal, the bk will never see us again!!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮 so there are no stars!!!

I don't go here anymore for non-carbonated cola and look at the picture of the cola cup, it tastes strange, the store isn't clean, etc...

Today we ate at Friesoythe Burger King at 7:40 p.m. We were there until 8:15 p.m. after that we got stomach cramps and diarrhea. The place wasn't clean either, it was dirty. People don't eat there if they want to live

The store is simply underground! You never know when it's open or when it's closed. The shop simply doesn't open for a whole week or simply closes at 9 p.m. even though it's 11 p.m. Just close the shop straight away and send the tour all the way out onto the ice! Never seen such a poorly organized store!

According to the website, open until 11 p.m. on Sundays, we were here at 10:16 p.m. and everything was locked and dark...

There was no coke on a Saturday lunchtime. Specially ordered burger at the terminal without bacon. Unfortunately this was not taken into account and the burger was topped with bacon. I also found it quite expensive. But the taste was good.

Bottomless impudence!!! We wanted to eat here after visiting the zoo, so we went to the ordering machines and started ordering. Little by little these machines went out... until we asked if it was known. Came the stupid answer yes it was us because we had been closed since 6 p.m. and it was 6:15 p.m. instead of closing the door or informing the new customers that the store was closed due to a lack of staff. There was probably a sign outside but then the shop closed. After us, people still came and went to this place. So bad!!!!!!!!! Zero stars

Service was good and employees were very friendly, food was ok unfortunately and only arrived luke warm. The ambience itself is BK standard, but what I have to say is very negative is the cleanliness in the restaurant and the toilets. This could be significantly better.

It's better to drive to the golden seagull, which also offers its services in Friesoythe. Burger King cannot continue/exist like this......

Very impolite. Burger lukewarm.. Coke without carbonation and ice. The comment from the saleswoman was that they couldn't help it because there was no carbon dioxide in it. I won't visit this store again because they say if I don't like it, I can leave. They don't do their job properly and the customer is allowed to leave if it doesn't suit him. I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Never again.

I really can't understand what everyone has. The shop is clean, everything runs smoothly, all the equipment works, the food comes quickly, hot and tasty. So we are always very satisfied!

I actually go to Burger Kings quite often, but I've never come across a place like this. The employee who took the order was more than unfriendly and completely uninterested. I had to wait over 10 minutes for my menu and the sour cream with my curly fries was missing. This was simply ignored when asked. My companion waited over 20 minutes for her food and after inquiring it was discovered that her order wasn't in the system at all, which only caused the employee to shrug her shoulders. An employee from Bremen who was there yesterday really tried very hard to help us. The same thing happened to a lady after us, because we wanted to make the journey home of over 200 kilometers and would rather stop off somewhere else if the money was to be paid back to us, which the really nice employee from Bremen only managed to do after a few attempts, which was definitely not her fault It was because of completely messed up chip cards, so we left and won't be entering the restaurant again

Just wanted to eat something quick🤣 there was nothing going on, but I still waited 30 minutes. When we asked in a friendly manner, we found out that the order was already listed as "completed" in the system. Unfortunately, it was the same for a few more people and the orders were rarely complete.

Finally very good staff again and now finally really good fresh food, I've never had anything like that at Burger King before, my compliments. The burger was really fresh, the fries were just right and the King Whiskey BBQ Beef was absolutely like a restaurant. My daughter loved the ice cream and the King Jr. Meal. So finally the Burger King has become good again here in Friesoythe, unfortunately that wasn't always the case. Half a year ago it was terrible at times. Thanks to the new team.

So I can totally understand all the bad reviews due to the temporary closure due to the heating system. Today, on opening day, as a lover of the franchise, I of course had to go straight there. I was greeted warmly and it was easy to order at the terminal. My food was freshly prepared. No burgers on the shelf beforehand. The places were ALL clean. There are no negative points when it comes to food either. On the contrary! The salad is crispy and the burgers are nice and warm. What has never happened to me before was in a Burger King (I'm from Bavaria and only moved up here, so I know a lot of different branches) and on the way to the place I was approached by staff walking past and said "enjoy your appetite". Conclusion: You can tell the branch has something to do well and is trying very hard. Furthermore, the opening times have been adjusted and it is now possible to eat here longer in the evening. All in all, a totally pleasant visit. We'll be back and hope the standard can be maintained because it was TOP for a franchise.

Ich weiß nicht wie sowas funktioniert. Der Laden ist eiskalt, der Burger war Eiskalt, die Pommes waren Eiskalt und auf der Toilette riecht das so als würde ein Fisch verwesen. Wie schafft man sowas

Seit über einem Jahr das erste Mal bei Burger King und dann ... Die Toilette war unsauber und roch nach Urin, keine Seife, nur ein schon mit Wasser gefüllter Spender. Essen war wie bei Burger King zu erwarten. Besser nicht hinterfragen was wirklich genutzt wurde. Der Laden war gut besucht, daher bin ich zuversichtlich, dass alles frisch war.

Ist zwar der am dichtesten von der Entfernung her, aber wenn man Burgerking möchte, sollte man lieber nach Oldenburg oder Cloppenburg fahren. 45 Wartezeit, schon zwei mal. Bestellung nicht korrekt und teils unfreundliche Bedienung. Zumindest war es recht sauber dort.

Das ist ein Witz, was die auf den Burgern haben. Mal BK-Bild zum Original. Meine Kids waren von ihren Cheese und Double Cheese auch entsetzt. Das funktioniert so nicht.

Musik laut , das Restaurant zugig und kalt , das Essen schmeckt etwas aufgewärmt , vermisse die Chicken wings und Fanta. Werde nicht mehr kommen , denn für das Geld kann ich besser essen gehen .

Das Essen war perfekt und sehr schnell fertig. Mein einziger Kritikpunkt ist der Mitarbeiter "Huebner". Sehr unfreundlich und aufdringlich. Ansonsten alles top.

Hat seit der Neueröffnung vor einigen Jahren rapide abgenommen. Bestellen fast nur noch an einem Terminal möglich. Die einst so tollen Coca Cola Selbstzapfautomaten sind seit Corona stillgelegt. Die Tische werden selten abgewischt. Die Toiletten sind ebenfalls meistens voller Toilettenpapier und Handseife ist auch eigentlich immer leer. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Das Essen ist bislang immer warm und korrekt gewesen (wenn es mal eine Drive Bestellung war, hat nie was gefehlt).

Eigentlich ganz ok - nur leider wird hier bei einer Bestellung immer gerne was vergessen - beim letzten mal war keinerlei Sauce/Ketchup/Mayo dabei und das bei 4 king Boxen

Fahre dort gern mit der Familie hin. Essen ist immer die selbe Qualität mag auch nicht gesund sein aber es wird ja niemand gezwungen dort hinzugehen. 😄 Mein Junior freut sich immer. 💪 Alles in allem immer gut. 👍

War nicht drinnen, aber das Essen ist typisch BK. Alles super.

Die Burger waren schon mal besser. Patties lauwarm, Bun und Bacon kalt. Und dann so viel Geld. Sauberkeit lässt auch nach. Tische und Böden dreckig. Habe am Tresen nach Servietten gefragt, um den Tisch zu reinigen. Hätte erwartet, das sich jemand bequemt, mit zu gehen, um eben mit einem feutchen Tuch drüber zu wischen. Aber das war wohl nichts. Muss ich erst mal nicht wieder haben

Freundliches Zuvorkommendes Personal. Schnelle Bedienung, guter Service. Schade das Mündliches Bestellen nicht mehr möglich ist
