More of a delivery service in my opinion. But very comfortable here. When we were there there wasn't much going on. Portions very large, had to take the rest of my food with me.

I would have preferred to give zero stars. We made a reservation for seven people on a Saturday evening and the reservation was even confirmed by email. When we arrived in the evening, the restaurant was closed. That's a disgrace and doesn't work at all. The website even said the restaurant was open, but when we called it went straight to voicemail. Absolutely no recommendation!

We had Schnitzel with Champignonrahmsosse, which is supposed to be a rich cream sauce. Unfortunately the sauce was very thin and not creamy at all. Waitstaff never smiled, was rude and dismissive. Not a place I would recommend.

The store has nothing in common with JapanessKULTUR. Bad service, bad tasteless food and lukewarm. The miso soup was a laughing stock. Actually zero stars

I had a 3 course meal. I chose bruschetta as a starter, Jägerschnitzel with French fries as the main course and panna cotta as dessert. The bruschetta tasted bitter. The Jägerschnitzel consisted of molded meat and was served deep-fried. There was no mention of pressed meat in the menu. The breading was dry and crumbling, probably frozen food. The fries were a little spicy. The panna cotta tasted like it was bought, hard to tell if it was homemade. The restaurant is not recommended. In addition, the prices are slightly higher.

Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen hier. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frischen Obstsalat, knusprigem Bacon, vielen Säften. Das Abendessen war im Rahmen der Halbpension des Hotels. Keine Riesenportionen, für mich ausreichend. Ich habe Gemüse vermisst. Salatbar darf man nur in Anspruch nehmen, wenn man auf die Suppe verzichtet. Für 35 Euro schon happig. Der Service war gut und freundlich.

Large selection of cocktails, extensive menu. The service is friendly and prompt. We like to go here with our son as they also serve delicious non-alcoholic cocktails.

Unsere Getränke kamen erst auf Nachfrage nach 50 Minuten, angeblich weil genau bei uns das Papier im Bondrucker leer war und die Bestellung nicht gedruckt wurde. Die Vorspeise kam nochmal 40 Minuten später gleichzeitig mit dem Hauptgang und war geschmacklich ziemlich neutral und auf einer Schieferplatte, was das mischen von Bulgur und Gemüse ziemlich schwierig machte. Die Lüftung hat so gezogen, dass alle Gäste mit Schal da saßen und dann hat der Kellner noch die Rechnung auf den Tisch geklatscht weil er nur 10 cent Trinkgeld bekommen hat....und die auch nur, weil er nicht raus geben konnte.

Absolute top restaurant in Bad Nauheim! Outstanding ambience, excellent service and great food! Whether it's a company party, birthday or wedding, the entire team is there to help and advise, everything is festively decorated and the guests were completely thrilled. Absolutely recommended!

We were at a candelihgt dinner in the castle restaurant “Die Fasanerie” in Eichenzell. We were greeted very friendly and warmly by the manager and because we didn't like the table set for us near the door, another one was quickly set and even decorated in exactly the same way as the first. The food was very, very tasty, beautifully prepared and very sufficient. We had a three-course menu starting with an aperitif, starter, main course and dessert, all very well timed and served in a friendly manner. We didn't feel rushed, but we got the attention we needed. We cannot understand people who eat in such restaurants and then complain about long waiting times. These people would be better off at a snack bar. For both of us it was an unforgettable evening with an excellent meal in a beautiful atmosphere and very courteous service. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back.
