We have known Rudolfs for a very long time, but we haven't been there for 1.5 years. Now we wanted a corner table when we ordered 1 week in advance. We were told on the phone that there was no guarantee. When we arrived, we received a table of 8 that had been put together. We were then kindly told that there were two other tables available - they had been pre-booked. So then there is a guarantee of the choice of table. Well - we have to say that the lack of empathy and poorly trained staff around the boss couldn't provide anything to ensure that we had a nice evening there. A good restaurateur in 2024 should be much more than that. You have empathy and an attentive eye, or you don't. The half duck I ordered turned out to be two wings on the plate. Next time we'll go back to Bistro Elbe 27 opposite.

The cuisine at the Mövenpick Restaurant is truly excellent. The menu is small and clear with some regional and international dishes. Despite the fine cuisine, the portions are very large and prepared with fresh ingredients. The service was attentive and very well trained. There could be some renovation work done in the guest room. But that's not so bad. The breakfast is also extremely rich, tasty and unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio. Any time!

We were invited to a company party and the food was good. Unfortunately the wait staff wasn't in a good mood that day, which spoiled the experience a bit. Additionally, I personally didn't think it was justified that there was only a digital menu. A few suggestions for improvement could significantly improve the overall impression.

Super cool location on the Elbe beach! A visit is worthwhile at any time of the year.

To be honest, I don't think the restaurant is as good as it is described. In our case the sushi wasn't really edible and to be honest we think it's a bit pathetic that in such an expensive restaurant you have to use chopsticks that are mass produced in wood that also splinter, BUT the tartare, the asparagus soup and that Dessert is really commendable 3 stars

Went to the Clouds open-air bar. The ambience is nice, but the view is not as good as in comparable locations. The biggest negative was definitely the cocktails. Priced at a high price, none of the cocktails managed to impress in terms of taste and fell significantly behind those of other local bars with higher prices.

We spent New Year's Eve 2024 here and really enjoyed it. The festival menu was plentiful and the quality of the food was very high. Despite the large number of guests, the service was quick and you never had to wait long. There was also a stand where the waffles were freshly prepared. Our waiter NOAH was always in a good mood and it was simply a positive service experience. At midnight there was sparkling wine or orange juice and a Berlin selection for everyone. We'd love to come back!

Great ambience. Super nice service. We arrived late, the kitchen was already closed, but a selection of cheese was still possible. Cool mix of restaurant and market hall. Will come back.
