Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend allerdings hätte man etwas aufmerksamer sein können. Das Essen / Gänge wurden etwas zu schnell nacheinander geliefert. Leider was das Essen geschmacklich nicht sonderlich gut. Der Burgerpatti war trocken und die Knödel zur Ente waren Tütenware. Leider war es dafür preislich zu hoch. Man musste auch die Beilagen (Pommes zum Burger) extra ordern, was zusätzlich die Rechnung in die Höhe getrieben hat. Alles in Allem so lala...

Der Koreanische Burger war echt lecker.Der Service nett,an manchen Stellen wäre aber noch Luft nach oben bei der Unsichtigkeit.

Modernes stylisches kleines Restaurant. Service war auf Zack. Es hat geschmeckt. Wer sich nicht auskennt, sucht im Dunkeln aber vergebens. Hinweis in der Beschreibung dass das Restaurant am Ufer liegt und nicht an der Straße wäre hilfreich.

We were invited to a company party and the food was good. Unfortunately the wait staff wasn't in a good mood that day, which spoiled the experience a bit. Additionally, I personally didn't think it was justified that there was only a digital menu. A few suggestions for improvement could significantly improve the overall impression.

Schönes kleines Restaurant am Wasser. Sehr schön. Speisekarte über QR Code. Funktioniert ohne Probleme wenn man es erstmal verstanden hat wie ;) Schöne ansprechende Bilder von jeder Speise. Gefiel uns gut. Trotz der etwas größeren Gruppe ging es mit der Bestellung schnell. Es hat uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Frage nach Allergene wurde nach Rücksprache mit dem Koch schnell beantwortet. Prima!

Wirklicher netter und zuvorkommender Service, das Essen war ok. Leider riecht es extrem nach Essen/Fett. Unsere Sachen mussten direkt in die Wäsche. Das Ambiente wirkt auf den Bildern online exklusiver, als es ist.

We are disappointed, disappointed in the service and the slick response of the employee!! We reserved a table about six weeks ago especially for a big birthday. When we were there, they just said we have a closed society today!! Questionable with a booking confirmation and written exchange in advance. Very disappointing!! So despite confirmation, always call beforehand!! Too bad

Unfortunately, expectations were not met. Fish + chips ended up being fried fish with poorly fried frozen fries and the burger without any side dishes was good but too expensive. Service nice and attentive.

We ordered burgers (chilli-lemon & veggie), which all tasted good, but nothing special. The food came quickly, but the service could be even friendlier and more welcoming.

Worst breakfast. Ordered French toast with avocado. It consisted of a slice of toast that had been fried in fat and was dripping with fat, it was inedible, and there was no egg at all. 2 avocado slices were next to it. After a complaint, an attempt was made to prepare it again, without success. Our waitress was a younger man, very unfriendly, not a smile on his face, little knowledge of German, could hardly give us any information. The chef didn't understand any German, nor did another lady working at the bar. So it was difficult to discuss our concerns. It was the second time we were there, back in the evening, it wasn't good either, now it was the last time there, tourist trap..

Nos dimos cuenta de este restaurante ocupado junto al canal con un montón de asientos fuera y alfombras para mantener a los clientes calientes. Estamos muy contentos de haber probado el restaurante. El pescado con patatas fritas y la hamburguesa de pescado que tuvimos fueron excelentes, al igual que las cervezas tradicionales. El personal era amable y los precios eran razonables. Muy recomendable.

We noticed this busy restaurant by the canal with lots of seating outside and rugs to keep customers warm. We are so glad we tried the restaurant. The fish and chips and the fish burger we had were excellent, as were the traditional beers. Staff were friendly and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Sehr schöne am Wasser gelegene Lokation, freundliche Bedienung, leckere Cocktails, gute Auswahl an Speisen. Sehr guter Zander und tolle Bowl, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Vorausschicken möchte ich, das der Besuch des Restaurants bereits im April 2018 erfolgte. Tripadvisor stellt diese Auswahl des Zeitraums nicht zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns im Außenbereich für einen schattigen Platz entschieden, was dazu führte, dass der Kellner etwas weniger Platz zum Vorbeigehen hatte. Leider wurde dies von ihm mit Unmut aufgenommen, was für uns den ansonsten angenehmen Restaurantbesuch getrübt hat. Es wäre schön, wenn solche Situationen professioneller und mit etwas mehr Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste gehandhabt würden. Wir schätzen es, wenn das Personal freundlich bleibt, auch in einer stressigen Saison.

Wir waren am Sonntag Abend um 20:15 Uhr dort. Online war’s zu lesen, dass das Restaurant bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Da alle bereits am aufräumen waren, haben wir vorsichtig nachgefragt und erhielten die Auskunft, dass eigentlich um 21:00 Uhr geschlossen wird. Wir blieben trotzdem, das Essen und der Service waren super! Und wir wurden auch nicht raus geworfen. 👍

Great store, service unfortunately subpar! We sat for 15 minutes, the waiter walked past us several times, took in 4 other tables that came after us and collected 5 tables. We then waved to indicate that we wanted to order, whereupon the waiter skillfully ignored us and went to another table. Afterwards the second waitress came to us and told us she couldn't take our order because it wasn't her area, which is what we left for. Too bad!

Food it’s ok, neither good or bad. Lemonade is extremelly sweet for my taste, lots of syrup. Personally I wouldn’t come back.

Das Essen war sehr lecker! Es handelt sich um ein recht kleines Restaurant direkt in der Hafen City am Hafen, daher unbedingt reservieren.

Das essen war sehr gut, jedoch war das Restaurant sehr voll - wir hatten reserviert und wurden erst nach mehrmaligem fragen an einen Tisch gebeten der offensichtlich frei war. Der Service am Tisch war jedoch sehr nett.

Great evening! The currywurst is very good, if you order sushi it is prepared "live" in the dining room. It was a spontaneous meal, but it was very worth it 👌

Very nice, small restaurant for afternoons and evenings. We were there three times within a week (always as a couple) and unfortunately we had completely different experiences. One evening, very good, friendly and courteous service, the food came quickly, hot and at the same time, a perfect evening. Despite a small misdelivery of coffee, the response was very confident. 2 days later we went there for cake in the afternoon. The cake was slightly warm and delicious, the service seemed slightly chaotic and overwhelmed. We didn't think anything of it because the weather was very good and many guests, like us, were only on the terrace briefly for coffee and cake. We went back in the evening because we were very impressed with the burger and sushi dog. The service in the evening was similar to that in the afternoon, only more negative. Unmotivated service who would rather chat with colleagues than take orders or clear empty plates. Our food came almost 10 minutes apart, no apology or anything.

Really delicious food, a little unusual ideas for burgers etc. than 8/15. We'll definitely come back when we're in Hamburg. In some cases a little more love could be put into the deco, but in itself it's all really nice.

Always a nice place in HH to enjoy a nice coffee and piece of cake by the water in Hafencity.

Unfortunately the price-performance ratio was disappointing. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and you had to make your own toast, which was not to be expected in this price range. Although the service was friendly, our orders were often delivered incorrectly or only partially. There was also no menu, which made choosing difficult. Overall, the stay was unfortunately not worth the price.

Food was good, a large portion. The ambience by the water is great, the furnishings are also quite nice, but there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. No tables were wiped down, there was dust and cobwebs in the cutlery tray and decorations. The waiting time was short, everyone was very friendly, except that I didn't find anyone thanking me for the tip.

The price is quite ambitious when a normal burger with fries costs over €20. A California sushi roll (8 pieces), for example, starts at €17.50. At least the burger was freshly prepared and tasted good. The service seemed friendly, but slightly stressed and forgot part of the order. Tables and chairs are extremely close together, which can be annoying for guests and service staff.

All in all great, the price-performance ratio was right, the service was polite and attentive and the food was delicious. The portions were sufficient and freshly prepared.

were quite disappointed, the food was good so far, but the prices were quite high, especially the drinks prices. Unfortunately, the working atmosphere there seems to be quite bad because we noticed several times that the waiters were complaining to each other, and one waitress didn't even speak German. I asked if I could get a new fork and the answer was "don't understand". Furthermore, a beer I ordered was forgotten, and when I reminded the waiter, he forgot it again.... Last but not least, the tip is only payable as a percentage of the amount paid, what's the point? I chose 0 percent because of the service.

I had the salmon burger and it was amazing. The boys had a cheeseburger and said it was the best burger they have ever had. Situated right by the water, great service and amazing food.

We spontaneously had dinner here with friends on a Monday evening in wonderful weather. A table for 4 people with a dog was quickly found and the service staff is also very attentive and quick. Upon request, a water bowl was immediately brought for the dog. We had three different bowls and the fish & chips. Everything was super fresh and delicious. The ambience and location by the water is of course outstanding when the weather is nice. We'll be happy to come back the next time we visit our friends in Hamburg.

Recommended small restaurant right on the Elbe, delicious food. I had sushi bowl with salmon, which was very tasty and filling. My daughter had the cheeseburger with fries and loved it too. Prices okay, friendly service. We'll go there again next time we visit Hamburg.

This is the third time we have been there. We went to Kaisers for the first time in September last year. We enjoyed it so much that we had dinner there twice on our girls' trip this year. The food is simply great and comes really quickly. The bowls were super tasty and the salmon fillet with sweet potato fries. Simply delicious. We'll be back, definitely again.

Tolle Lage! Sympathisches Personal! Essen ok. Der Burger war jetzt nicht die haute cuisine, aber durchaus ok. Der Fisch ist eher zu empfehlen.

Listed in Google maps as having standard German pub fare. Definitely not that. Not sure if it's a sushi spot, German fusion, or what. But definitely not the place if you're looking for anything German besides a currywurst. It was a good wurst, but definitely not as advertised.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Frisch zubereitet. Essen wurde schnell serviert. Als das Lokal voll wurde, war die Bedienung sehr im Stress und wir wurden lange Zeit übersehen um bezahlen zu können. Zum Bezahlen wurde lediglich das EC Kartenlesegerät hingeknallt. Ordentliche Abrechnung wurde nicht vorher ausgedruckt. Trotzdem bezahlt, da vorher Preis schon überschlagen werden konnte.

The food was delicious, we had a bowl with red fish, deep-fried shrimp, fish&chips. The bill is €74 for three. The design of the restaurant is ordinary. A big plus is the location right on the cozy embankment. Minus - the photo of the food does not correspond to reality, there are 6 shrimp per portion in the photo, but in reality 5 ???

Accueil plutôt agréable même si aucune table n’était réservée et que l’on nous a placé sur une grande table de façon provisoire avant de nous retrouver au bord du canal. Les plats sont plutôt bons même si cela sortir du congélateur. La bière est excellente et le service efficace et correct sans plus.

A first-stop when visiting Hamburg. The menu is exceptionally varied and caters to all tastes and food preferences. Staff are very friendly, attentative and conversant on menu recommendations. English/German menu available. Quieter during the week, but expect to be very busy during the weekend or good-weather holiday periods. Booking recommended!

Impossible and rude waitress, so that we left this restaurant after 2 minutes despite having a reservation. It's truly unimaginable how a restaurant owner would tolerate and hire rude service staff. Arrived at the table, the table wasn't tidied up, not even hello, good day or something similar, we even wished her a nice day 😂. Then the question came: what to drink!, really. We asked for a menu of food or drinks, she answered with arrogance: we don't have it 😱 we had enough. That's why I can't judge the food here. It's a shame for the beautiful location.
