I was happy to have found a restaurant that specializes in game, but what do they do with this fine meat - burgers and currywurst?!? This culinary heresy is really too much for me. I turned around again. Therefore I cannot rate the taste, but my expectations were deeply disappointed.

90 minutes of waiting time for food from Köz with Restablo is simply far too long

Very tasty food, service extremely sales/sales-oriented, invoicing a bit complicated, but overall highly recommended

Great if you want to eat quickly in the Schanze and want something other than kebab. Good and cheap!

We had reserved a table to have breakfast. We arrived on time, it wasn't particularly crowded. We waited 30 minutes for someone to serve us or at least hand us a menu, unfortunately to no avail. After we left the restaurant, I pointed out again that the table would be free again because no one was serving us. The only response was a very disparaging “everything’s okay” with a roll of the eyes. It's a shame, we were looking forward to a great breakfast.

We were guests at the hotel and wanted to take this opportunity to try out the Grill restaurant again. The last time we were there was about 2 years ago. In summary, the conclusion is rather disappointing, which is due to various circumstances: There are only two services, either at 6pm or 8.30pm. This gives the guest very little flexibility in terms of time. Due to our arrival in the evening we had to decide on 8.30 p.m. We still asked, but the table wasn't available beforehand. The late seating meant that we received our main course at around 10:15 p.m. Definitely too late for us and we couldn't really enjoy the sole anymore. Ordering the champagne took quite a long time because half the bottle was apparently not available. They then charged for 4 glasses instead, which ended up being more expensive than the bottle we wanted. It's a detail, but still a bit jarring (considering the overall experience). Side note: To our astonishment, we saw someone trying to bring the half bottle we wanted and then disappearing halfway there. When ordering the appetizer, I asked how big the lobster roll was. We then received scallop gratin instead. When I pointed out that we had ordered the lobster rolls, the answer was that we said scallops. Something you shouldn't answer in service (even if the guest is actually wrong, which was definitely not the case with us) . 1/2 lobster, which we also ordered as a starter, is clearly overpriced. Shrimp cocktail and lobster bisque were very good. The sole for the main course was excellent. One of the inserts wasn't right, but we decided not to replace it. Unsightly: unfortunately there was still a hair in the sole plate. Atmosphere: We generally like the restaurant and the Martini Bar very much. The furnishings look tasteful and have style. The martinis were very good. Unsightly: there was apparently a wedding that evening. We heard loud music and shouting behind us (the room was separated by a door), music from the DJ was coming from the front. That reduced the ambience significantly. And at more than 500 euros for dinner for two, you can expect certain things to be impeccable. Although the food was excellent, we probably won't be returning for dinner.

The burger and the wedges (Hoss Burger menu) were okay, but the craftsmanship and taste were rather average. I also had the feeling that the burger sauce was an American dressing. A briochebun could make more of it, but you don't feel any passion for burgers here. This is also shown by the overcrowded map in my opinion. It's better to do four burgers right with passion than forty burgers halfway. The female waiter was very friendly and approachable, very pleasant. The male waiter was friendly but rather reserved. The ambience is okay and tries to portray an American diner. The furnishings and decorations fit in quite well. A table was clearly wobbling and the upholstery of the chairs was already clearly damaged on the back. It was clean, but not pure and a little rowdy. While I was waiting for my food, boxes were being unloaded in front of the cold storage door and the smell of cigarettes wafted past me from somewhere, and my sweater still smells of it. The window couldn't be opened, but they were kind enough to open the door, as I was sitting alone in the dining room. Conclusion: Everything is okay, nice people, but not a highlight that you absolutely have to go to.
