Ribatejo has a very special charm; the atmosphere and the people are wonderful. I haven't been here in a long time. On my last visit, I tried non-alcoholic wine, which was delicious. I found the food rather unspectacular. The vegetable tapas were somewhat similar, and the tomato sauce was okay, but it appeared in many combinations. A few dishes stood out to me, like the salmon.

A fantastic place! The staff is very friendly and witty, the food is excellent, and the restaurant is decorated in a traditional local style. This is our second time here, and we drove the 50km especially.

The fried fish was very good. Service was okay. The beer was too warm for the price and had ice cubes.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. There was a clearly visible hair in my dish - something that absolutely should not occur in a catering establishment. I kindly pointed this out to the waitress, but the dish was still charged in full. Such behavior is unacceptable to me - neither from a hygiene nor from a service-oriented perspective. I would have expected at least a partial amount to be waived. This makes you feel like you are not being taken seriously as a guest. I will therefore not visit this restaurant again.
