Unreliable, ignorant, indecent We purchased a voucher for 100 euros as a wedding gift in November 2023. The recipient family has since made several attempts to redeem this voucher. Two existing reservations were canceled at short notice and without explanation. In addition, reservation requests went completely unanswered or it was not open at all for long periods of time. We have now contacted the restaurant and asked for a refund of the voucher because the promised service could not or would not be provided. There was no comment or accommodation whatsoever. In our opinion, we can only advise against reserving a table or purchasing a voucher in this restaurant. The management of this restaurant appears to us: - Unreliable: Reservations are regularly canceled at short notice and without explanation. - Ignorant: The management apparently doesn't care at all whether you have organized childcare for your children so that they can eat at the reserved table. - Indecent: After all these mistakes, there is still no understanding that you no longer want to dine there and the voucher will not be refunded. It's best to make a reservation at another restaurant! The food can't be that good to make this communication worth it. But we don't know. We didn't get that far in a year.

Die Reservierung für sechs Personen hat trotz Bestätigung nicht funktioniert. Dennoch wurde souverän auf die schnelle ein Tisch bereitet. Leider waren da auch gesprungen Weingläser dabei. Auch bei der Bestellung der Menüs ging eine Bestellung daneben. Statt Fisch kam ein Steak. Nach ca. 10 Minuten kam der bestellte Fisch. Leider waren da dann schon die Hauptgerichte der anderen Personen nur noch lauwarm bis kalt. Das Für ein Restaurant dieser Kategorie nicht wirklich akzeptabel. Insgesamt war das Essen in Ordnung, aber nicht so das wir für ein Restaurant dieser Preisklasse wiederkommen würden.

And everyone is sure to find what they are looking for here. However, in my opinion, the selection of warm dishes was reduced - and they were all only lukewarm during our last stay. Therefore real points deduction with 3 stars. The service is good and attentive; The food at the buffet is also replenished promptly. Therefore, overall a mixed 4-star rating.

We discovered the restaurant on “My Local, Your Local”. The ambience is great, the food is extremely tasty and the service is extremely friendly. She gave us perfect advice because we were still undecided about our choice of food. We can highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again. We give 10 out of 10 stars.

Great varied food with attention to detail. I've been there several times now. Whether for late-night Sunday brunch, a nice dinner with friends or a company party with colleagues. So far I have never been disappointed. The service is always helpful, friendly and attentive. The food is served quickly even when it is full. Drink selection good. The atmosphere fits in the old villa. Being able to eat in the garden in the middle of Pot is simply wonderful. Thank you for such a beautiful place with charm, taste and still down to earth. I can only recommend it.

Quaint garden restaurant with really tasty food

Whether with family, friends or business people, we have been going to Meise regularly for years. Great food, courteous service and a reasonable price-performance ratio characterize the restaurant. Absolutely recommended and always happy.

We went here for the first time yesterday after the restaurant was recommended to me. The food (two pasta dishes) was really delicious and well prepared, the drinks were also delicious. We found the price-performance ratio to be very fair. The interior design is remarkable, we felt like we were in a cozy place in the heart of Italy. Unfortunately, despite having a reservation, we were made to wait 10 minutes before we were seated. That too at a “temporary place”, where we then stayed. Hence the service deduction. Afterwards, the employees were friendly, attentive and helpful. Overall, we really liked it and we definitely want to come back. Hopefully then without complications :)
