Unfortunately we were dissatisfied with the food. The burger and fries were tasteless even though we waited so long. Crepê wasn't freshly made, but like it came from the supermarket. Hard and tasted like rubber.

We came for breakfast on the weekend and had reserved a table. After a relatively long wait, our order was taken. To our surprise, nothing happened for a long time. Now, of course, you have to add that Tomasa is obviously a popular place on weekends. Which in turn doesn't explain why we had to wait an entire hour for the food to arrive and so far we haven't been served a single drink. The service seemed attentive, but visibly overwhelmed. The food and the ambience make up for some of the disappointment, but given the prices I expect a lot more despite the high crowds. The many wasps were also very annoying, but you can't blame the restaurant for that.

This is also a Tomasa in a great location. We sat on the terrace, which is lovingly designed and has a Mediterranean flair. The food was great too, we had tarte flambée with goat cheese and beetroot and the halloumi burger with fries. The staff is also very friendly. All in all a great restaurant.

Unfortunately I can't award all the points for the food today. Ordered the same meal twice, once it came without the delicious sauce. When we complained to the unfriendly and really cheeky waiter, he said: That's how it is. I could still order more sauce. At first I thought he was joking, asked and he was serious! But the same meals were on the table twice. 1x with sauce and once dry. He would have eaten this meal 15,000 times and it would always be so dry. I answer: I've ordered it several times because the sauce is so delicious. Do you have to be so cheeky? I like to go there often and I hope that the blonde, short-haired waiter there won't be washing the customers' mouths for much longer!

Went with a family, 4 adults and 2 children, before 6 p.m. and the weather was nice.

A very nice location with a well-kept lawn and large terrace! Food was as always 😋 and the service was friendly! The disadvantage is that there is no parking space! I'll be back and not just to Potsdam!

Today we had dinner in the beautiful Tomasa in Potsdam. The ambience of this restaurant is fantastic. It is the most beautiful Tomasa of all. Both the interior ambience and the outdoor area invite you to take a cozy break. The food was great, like in every other Tomasa. What we found great today was the service. A blonde young woman served us. She had a great charisma, was extremely attentive and served us with a smile and friendliness that we have rarely experienced. Thanks for that. It was a great experience and we would love to come back with such employees♥️

'Wow what a shop' - that was exactly my thought as I walked through the inconspicuous entrance. Both inside and outside everything is coordinated with so much love and skill in terms of interior, colors, floristry and art, wow! The garden is a paradise, like a little vacation trip. Everything is so colorful and loving, from the dishes to the flowers on the table and the placemats. The service was present, super friendly without being intrusive. Finally the food: one last time Wow. I ordered the sweet potato gnocci with grilled beetroot and a piece of salmon. The combination of the individual flavors absolutely suited my taste. A really wonderful evening on my first visit to Tomasa. Thanks to the whole team. One thing is for sure, I'll be back ☀️

It was a really great evening. Not just the ambience, but also the food. Although the location is in the middle of Potsdam, you won't notice anything outside. Wonderfully blooming olianders frame the entire area. Our waiter Johann listened to our every wish, was super attentive and contributed a lot to our feeling of well-being. We will be back definitely!

I was completely satisfied. Great service, friendly and attentive. This has been almost the exception for some time now. Great. Keep it up, I'll be back! The breakfast was simply great! And the yard is also very cozy, you enjoy spending time there. At least when there is no school 😁 I will be a repeat offender.

Great dishes - there's something for everyone here. Some vegan dishes are also offered. There are also delicious drinks. The ambience is very pleasant, especially in the backyard on the terrace. Inside it often smells like smoke from the neighboring pub - a shame!

Surprisingly nice ambience for a restaurant in the city center. It's really pleasant to sit in the garden. The service is courteous and quite nice. The menu offers something for everyone. The food was delicious. Only the price-performance ratio is not quite right. The portions are not very generous. A little more and the price is right. This also applies to the drinks. The Aperol came in a wine glass and you could “see through it”. But all in all a recommendation.

We had a wonderful Sunday brunch at 11. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special features and extras were also discussed. The atmosphere in the backyard was very summery and relaxed.

After a wonderful theater performance, we wanted to have a family meal together and celebrate the first performance with our granddaughter. A table was reserved but then there was one disappointment after another. First the wrong water, three people got their dish when all the other guests had already finished. One dish, housewife-style herring fillet, was served without rosemary potatoes and some bread was simply brought without asking again. The crowning glory was the bill. The dish was charged in full and €1.50 was charged for a mini bowl of grated cheese. A herring fillet only with salad? Never heard of it or been offered it and then paying the full dish is not possible at all!! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant where the service was completely overwhelmed!!!

The food is not limited to one nationality or direction. There are many beautiful dishes that everyone can find. The dishes are lovingly prepared and presented and also taste very tasty.

Very tasty fries, perfectly crispy, the best in Potsdam! Burger very good - relatively basic, but good. Salad with goat cheese in honey really good and lush. Service friendly and quick. The ambience in the garden was very pleasant on a mild evening. Much nicer than in the shops in the Holländerviertel, where you sit on the street.

We have enjoyed being guests at Tomasa Potsdam so far. Unfortunately we were disappointed today. Service: The waitress was extremely bad-tempered and cut us off when we asked for a special request due to an allergy. There is probably a large group there and they are going first. So we were secondary as guests. Food: In general we were satisfied but we ordered the fig ravioli with goat cheese for €17.50. See appendix for what quality you get for that much money. I can immediately think of 15 restaurants in Potsdam where you get more for your money for €17.50 with the same quality!

Food is good, as in other restaurants in this restaurant chain. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Location is also nice. Unfortunately, Tomasa Potsdam has decided to start a "small war" against the karaoke bar (Gutenberg100), which has been established here for a long time. A pity! :-(

Food and service generally ok. But the waitress added a tip to the card payment without asking or informing me. Without knowing it, I left a second tip in cash. I do not like this behavior. Hence one star less. Second star less for the menu only in German. It would be a good idea to translate the names of the dishes at least into English.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with today's brunch. Compared to the times we had brunch there shortly after it opened, the quality and quantity have deteriorated significantly. An avocado and tomato salad with two pieces of each is not a salad for us. A pinch of dill sauce for the salmon and crispy Kaiserschmarn... Service was just taking the drink, taking the plates away and collecting the money. No questions asked for more drinks or whether everything was okay. A pity….

Food was okay, everything was freshly made, normal portions, a bit expensive, Service a bit overwhelmed with the mass of customers. We had to wait almost 2 hours for our food, and in the meantime we didn't ask if we wanted something to drink. The ambience is upscale and makes a great impression. Toilets could be cleaner. Nevertheless, we can recommend Tomasa.

The ambience, service and drinks correspond to the price-performance ratio, a 25€ Wiener Schnitzel of veal, which has never been acquainted with clarified butter, has now really spoiled the whole experience. A pity.

This is probably my favourite place in Potsdam. They are a bit like a hidden gem for some reason so you have to pay attention to the place. They have great breakfast selection which they deliver crispy bacon (finally), very good lunch and dinner options, nice wine menu, lovely open garden, friendly and fast service. I cut 1 star for service because they do not have an English menu and plus service personnel struggles with English. And cut 1 star for atmosphere just for the inner area, the dining salon. It is a bit too narrow, all tables are too close to each other and sound isolation is not there so in bad weathers, prepare for a crowd noise. But again, probably one of the -if not the best restaurant in Potsdam.

Loud. The food was a bit bland. The service made an effort, but not always with success. The tables are close together. And expensive!

Became very weak. Cold and strong draft because the door to the garden was open. The staff pointed this out several times and closed it themselves, but unfortunately it was always left open. So the people with winter jackets ate indoors and the staff politely ignored them. Plus a long waiting time and half-raw meat in the burger.

Unproblematic online reservation, very nice rooms, friendly and attentive service and the food was also really tasty. Price-wise, no complaints, we'll be back :)

A first visit to Thomasa Potsdam for breakfast was worth it. In a beautiful building opposite the Dutch Quarter you can dine in a stately setting in beautiful rooms. The food was fresh, tasty, beautifully presented and the menu offers something for every taste. We had the Potsdam plate and the tip of the month, along with fresh mint tea and Thomasa water with mint and orange. The service was friendly and accommodating. When it gets warmer, we'll test out the beautiful garden.

Visit to Tomasa in Potsdam – a breakfast that inspires My first visit to Tomasa in Potsdam was a hit: friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and a breakfast that completely delighted me. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared – a real treat. The only small downside: finding a parking space was a bit difficult. But the delicious food and the warm atmosphere quickly made us forget that. A real highlight for everyone who values ​​quality and comfort. I'm already looking forward to the next visit. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Das Ambiente ist schön und gemütlich. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Beim Essen hat uns nicht alles Ausgewählte überzeugt aber tolle Karte und für jeden etwas dabei.

Wir waren heute (27.01.24) im Tomaso Potsdam und ich selber, als Gastrononom, wie mein Vater, der dieses Metier liebt seit 60 Jahren waren von vielem begeistert! Der Service in diesem Lokal waren von Ankunft bis Ende hervorragend!!! Dies ist inzwischen leider wirklich selten und deswegen umso "erfrischender" und "begeisternder" gewesen als gedacht! Danke dafür! Einzige Abzüge muss ich geben für die extreme Innentemperatur der Räumlichkeiten an diesem Tag, weil voll, viele Kerzen, sehr viele Gäste und (evtl) Bodenheizung... es war einfach zu warm und laut... Durch die hohen Decken konnte man seinen Gesprächspartner "0" verstehen am Tisch und musste man mehr raten was er/sie/es sagt ... Ein so tolles und sehr stilvolles Ambiente dort, was man evtl mit ein paar Stoffbahnen im richtigen Design zu dem sehr schönen Interieur ergänzen könnte zur Geräuschdimmung, wenn es so voll es ist wie heute... Aber ansonsten wirklich super Service und Speisen! Dank! ;-)

Schönes Restaurant... Essen & Service war sehr gut. So kenne ich es auch aus dem Tomasa in Berlin Lichterfelde. In Potsdam ist aber der Geräuschpegel leider sehr laut. Sonst sehr zufrieden
