Children are probably not wanted there. My son and his 2 friends had to eat their food and drinks on the floor in front of the door. According to the staff, consumption in the restaurant would only be possible for an additional charge of 6 euros. This definitely wouldn't have happened to me as an adult.

As a long-time guest of the breakfast house, I have always been satisfied with the offerings and service. On my last visit, I ordered breakfast, which according to the menu included kiwi and four pieces of cucumber. Unfortunately the kiwi was completely missing and only two pieces of cucumber were served. When I asked politely, the employee reacted unprofessionally, laughed at me, mockingly shared my concerns with a colleague and left without further explanation. An apology or an alternative offer, such as Nutella, cheese or something else were not submitted. This behavior clouds my previously positive image of the breakfast house. I hope that the customer service staff will be trained to respond to GUEST CONCERNS IN A RESPECTIVE and SOLUTION-ORIENTED manner in the future. Conclusion: The employee's behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate, which cannot be tolerated by customers.

Avoid this place, there are much better italian restaurants around: atmosphere is poor here, food is average and wine is overpriced (7,5 Eur for 0,1 ml), young guy from the service was super rude, no wonder that it was almost empty on Saturday evening in the middle of city.

The food was delicious, but €8 for a soda is just too much. And then payment is of course only possible in cash or via Paypal… you already know. Absolutely cheeky.

I miss the S1 Burger. I was often here with friends on the terrace in the summer or by delivery in the winter. Unfortunately you've been closed for a long time and I don't know the reason. I hope you come back soon and deliver delicious burgers.

Everything is perfect there every time we are there. The food is highly recommended. It's a shame it's coming to an end now...
