Cool Italian place with the perfect atmosphere

I came here to try the polpo burger. Unfortunately the polpo was quite gummy and hard, i was expecting something far softer. Given the price (15 euro) i was expecting something better. Tagliolini con salsiccia were also quite disappointing. There are way better places around Boxi with really good Italian food and cheaper prices. Dishes presentation and service were good.

Super nice conditions, super tasty and super tasty drinks. Can only recommend it. There was also a birthday greeting from the kitchen. Gladly again

Very friendly service, speed in taking orders and pretty good drinks as well. We came in with a group of friends and we were all very satisfied with our vegetarian focaccias and the gnocchi dish. Absolutely worthy.

Si salva giusto la cameriera che era simpatica e gentile. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso per il "cuoco". Abbiamo organizzato una cena per salutare un amico che va via da Berlino, abbiamo prenotato per 10 persone, e purtroppo 4 hanno dato forfait all'ultimo (può capitare purtroppo). Abbiamo optato per il menu a 15 euro all you can eat,bevande escluse. Gli spritz veramente buoni peccato che la ragazza era da sola e doveva fare sia sala che banco, tutto di corsa (tanto di cappello, brava). Appena il "cuoco" ha saputo che mancavano 4 persone, é andato su di giri, dicendo che la prossima volta sarebbe stato necessario pagare in anticipo, e anche che finché non arrivavano tutti, non avrebbe portato fuori da mangiare. Sinceramente un atteggiamento così non mi era mai capitato. Forse certe persone si scordano che i clienti pagano e che di locali simili, se non meglio, ce ne sono a migliaia, e che se non vengono chiarite e stabilite delle regole chiare già dalla prenotazione, non é colpa del cliente, ma bensì della scarsa organizzazione. Nonostante ciò per non dare problemi, ci siamo proposti di pagare anche i menu mancanti (cosa che alla fine non é stata necessaria, per fortuna). Ci sono arrivati dei piatti veramente scadenti, con del Camembert, mortadella, olive, pomodori, mozzarella, prosciutto cotto, carpaccio di Rote bete, verdure grigliate etc... Che diciamo come antipasto può anche andare bene, a parte l'origano ovunque. Il peggio lo ha dato il "cuoco" con la pizza al taglio... Una cosa inpresentabile, che neanche quando mi faccio una canna e sto in chimica mangerei. Origano come se piovesse, pizza secca e senza sapore, giusto fatta così alla "cavolo di cane" per far attappare lo stomaco. Dopodiché si presenta con un piatto misero di penne al ragù (voto 5) ed un risotto che non si capiva cosa avesse dentro, si sentiva solo il sale, tanto sale. Praticamente un esperienza orribile, e di sicuro non ci metterò più piede, e se stai leggendo questa recensione, ti consiglio di dare i tuoi soldi da un altra parte. La cosa più bella poi é il clima di tensione che si é respirato per i primi 15,20 minuti, quando si é saputo che i 4 non venivano e praticamente il "cuoco" ci ha parlato come se fossimo dei ragazzini dispettosi. Intanto per aver bevuto due spritz a testa e qualche antipasto abbiamo pagato 160 euro.

Pizza was really nice and different

We had a reservation for this restaurant during the 72 Hours True Italian Festival but when we arrived our reservation didn’t exist. They confirmed that we had one via our emails but did not do anything to accommodate us for dinner. We tried the special and it was okay - but the drink and chocolate treat were significantly smaller than other locations participating in the event. All in all I wouldn’t choose to return. Edit: As you can see the owner is very upset with our honest review. He saw the reservation on our phone and confirmed that it existed. They let us sit at an empty table for about ten minutes before asking us to move to another, where we were allowed to sit for 20 minutes. Again, we wouldn’t chose to return. Changing the review from two stars to one star based on the response from the owner. You can also see from my 137 other Google reviews that I am not one to drag a restaurant without good reason, as much as the owner would like to suggest.

Ieri abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno della mia carissima amica Claudia da voi ! È stato bellissimo trovare quell’energia italiana che tanto manca all’estero ! Abbiamo mangiato benissimo con antipasti di prima scelta, pasta e polpette alla Luciana che ancora sto sognando ad occhi aperti ! E poi ragá ma voi mettere che abbiamo cantato a squarciagola furore di Paola e Chiara ? 1000000!!!!

I went there for the Italian week. The drink was good and the food too. The gnocchis were freshly made. I was a bit disappointed about the quantities but as it was part of the Italian week I am not penalizing the restaurant. But I would come back to eat a réagi par dish there.

Cute hidden gem of Friedrichshain, just near Boxi. Highly recommend the porchetta focaccia sandwich. Great price! We wanted to have their weekend buffet but you must request via Instagram medeat_berlin ahead of time. Sergio apologized for the misunderstanding but more than made up for it. If something isn't right, do express your concerns to the staff, they are more than accommodating to make sure you are happy and your tummy full! Cash and card accepted!

Cibo buono, prezzi bassi e atmosfera come a casa 😊

Excellent value, simple authentic Italian cuisine (as best as my uncouth palate can determine). And as much food as you like, all made fresh, with plenty variety. You won't leave hungry. Unpretentious and friendly atmosphere- effortlessly catered to our large group. They just needed to know in advance how many vegetarians were attending and had many delicious options for them :) Will definitely be back!

Ottimo aperitivo All You Can Eat a Berlino!

Siamo stati per un aperitivo italiano, tutto super buono.

Den värsta whiskey sourn jag någonsin smakat…den var tyvärr odrickbar. Gnoccin var överkokt och ganska mosig. Pizzan var däremot bra, god! Vi åt med thefork 50%, men hade inte varit värt ett besök med fullpris.

Die Panna Cotta war hübsch angerichtet, schmeckte aber leider überhaupt nicht. Das Desinfektionsmittel mit dem der Tisch sauber gemacht wurde roch nach einer selbstgemachten Essiglösung. Leider keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

What I would call a very authentic little spot where you can vibe and taste not only the great Italian traditional cousine but experience a welcoming and honest service. An all you can eat aperitivo is offered for only 15€ under reservation. Highly Recommended!

Caro Ludovico Scampietti, proprietario della locanda Club mediterraneo trippo, la settimana scorsa io e la mia dolce metà siamo finiti nel tuo locale su consiglio del mago berlini. Ci siamo chiesti, questa è davvero cucina ragusana????!!!! Come Ci ha detto il proprietario, alto biondo con gli occhiali? Noi non crediamo......... Ho ordinato una paella agli scampi e mi è arrivato esattamente una paella agli scampi. Ma allora mi chiedo,.ma l'effetto sorpresa nel 2018, dov'è finito?!!!! E la galanteria???? E il savoir fare??? P.s c'era un tavolo di itagliani e loro avevano le porzioni molto più grandi delle nostre, ho potuto contare 24 agnolotti nel mio piatto mentre il vicino ne aveva 21!!!!1!1 Gloria

Nice small restaurant with good selection of pasta.

We were at the restaurant on Saturday for pasta week and it was really disappointing. We had the squid pasta and gnocchi. The pasta was cold and tiny, the gnocchi...there were 10 per portion. What is more mysterious is that our neighbors ordered the same dish and got a normal portion. All the other food looked good. I don't understand why?? I mean, come on, we could see what the oders got. I felt really unpleasant. Answer: We didn't say anything because we felt uncomfortable about pointing at others plates. The waiters were very busy, so I didn't feel I can have any conversation with them. Besides that, the chef knew what he delivers and takes responsibility for that. If the kitchen was running out of ingredients, it would be much better to be honest and let us know about it or even offer us something else. There is nothing worse than cold noodles in an Italian restaurant. I left the restaurant even more hungry than when I arrived there. Besides that, Aperol Spritz was good.

Gestern durfte ich den leckersten Kaffee in ganz Berlin trinken und das bei euch! Da ich qualitativ guten Kaffee gerne trinke, probiere ich mich gerne aus und war lange auf der Suche nach DEM Kaffee. Nun ja was soll ich sagen - ihr habt es geschafft;)

La mattina nel weekend, super colazioni. Non é caotico come i locali li intorno, si sta tranquilli. L ultima volta con un cannolo ripieno di ricotta mi sono sparato il mio podcast preferito @burgercreep_podcast. Npettoacristo.

We've booked catering for our organisation for festive dinners with colleagues and community members and it was always great. The selection of food was vegan, vegetarian, and regular, all very tasty. The amount of food was exceeding our expectations, so we would pack little food packages for colleagues to take home and enjoy the day after. Serving was on beautiful plates which are eco-friendly. Everything looked elegant and well organised. The delivery of catering was punctual. It made our evenings more enjoyable! Thank you!

The food was tasty and presented really well, however we found the portion size really small . They had almost no options with chicken, which is our preferred meat choice .They have both outdoor and indoor seating. The outdoor seating is better… indoor seating looks a bit dull and gloomy… service was quick

Lugar ideal y perfecto para tomar el aperitivo. Todo estaba súper fresco, las pociones eran abundantes y los aperol spritz muy bien preparados. Os recomendamos probar el Gin Basel, un cóctel diferente y muy refrescante. Los empleados muy amables con un servicio muy atento. Sin duda alguna un sitio que repetiremos.

Worst Canolli I've ever had! 6 Eur for 4 pieces? I'd expect them to be crisp and fresh. They were dry and old. Threw them all away after 1 bite. Why would you keep & sell old bakeries in an Italian spot?...

That's where I bring my Italian mates when we want to eat original Italian food! Wonderful tasty dishes and also Sergio and the guys of the staff are always super nice and lovely. The location is very cozy and it's located next to Boxi, my favourite square in Berlin. I can only recommend!

Ich gebe ungerne eine schlechte Bewertung für einen Laden, der eigentlich gut ist. Es tut mir auch für den Besitzer leid, dass ich hier nur 1 Stern vergeben kann, aber so eine Bedienung geht gar nicht. (Der Kellner mit den dunklen etwas längeren Locken und dunklerer Haut). Wir können immer verstehen, dass Mitarbeiter einen schlechten Tag haben können oder gestresst sind. Aber in diesem Fall war das schon extrem. Wir saßen da und wurden nicht beachtet. Weder ein Hallo noch eine Karte. Die Karten haben wir uns nach 20 Minuten Warten selber geholt von drinnen. Das hat der besagte Kellner auch gesehen. Der Kellner ist mindestens 5x an uns vorbeigelaufen und hat alle um uns herum bedient. Es wurde weder auf ein "Hallo" oder "Entschuldigung, können wir bestellen?" reagiert, er hat so getan als wären wir Luft. Wie ein schlechter Scherz. Also kurz gesagt: wir wurden komplett ignoriert. Wir sind nach 30 Minuten des Ignorierens gegangen und haben einfach unsere Zeit verschwendet. Wie gesagt, das ist total schade, weil das ein guter Laden ist, aber bei so einer Bedienung geht man natürlich nicht gerne hin. Also kurzgefasst: der Laden ist an sich eine Empfehlung wert, aber wenn ihr den Kellner seht, würde ich definitiv einen großen Bogen machen.

Sorry, aber wir sind total enttäuscht von diesem Restaurant. Das Essen vom Geschmack get nicht schlecht aber trotzdem nur mittelmäßig und der Service katastrophal. Obwohl kaum Gäste da waren hat die Bedienung ewig gedauert. Nicht aufmerksam und Bestellungen wurden vergessen. Wir wurden eigentlich von den guten Rezensionen angelockt, aber hier werden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal essen. 😅 Es ist das Geld einfach nicht wert.

Muy curioso restaurante italiano. Los platos muy bien elaborados. La relación calidad precio excelente. 4 personas sin vino y con postre 75 euros. Enhorabuena.

Also wenn man im Kiez eine schöne kalte Platte haben möchte, dann ist man hier richtig... für das "all you can eat" muss man vorreservieren... wir haben einfach Teller mit allerlei bestellt... war super👍😉

Servizio lento e pessimo: abbiamo preso 2 spritz con aperitivo, 2 birre, un burger (con patate) e una carbonara. Gli aperitivi sono arrivati dopo che abbiamo finito lo spritz, dopo aver notato che stavamo aspettando. Il burger e le patate sono stati serviti freddi e i piatti sono arrivati separatamente. Hanno riscaldato il burger in microonde. Quando ho fatto notare il servizio lento e di bassa qualità, includendo che in due abbiamo mangiato separatamente, ci hanno offerto uno shot per. La seconda stella è per la buona fede per scusarsi, anche se sul momento mi era sembrata una battuta, considerati i 30€ per persona. 12.05.2022

Pretty dissapointed by the food. I ordered the lasagna, I enjoyed the wine recommended by some of the lovely staff that works there. Sadly, no wine can match supermarket manufactured lasagna. My friends ordered the gnocchis which were very tasteless with dry mushrooms. Great place to have a drink tho.

Made a reservation on a Friday night on The Fork for 20% off, got there and the owner was very rude. He had cancelled my reservation but kept asking me to show him my reservation. In the end and after some “negotiation” he let us stay and said there’s no 20% off. Well, it turns out that everybody else who was getting lots of smiles and nice treatment had a reservation to have a drink + all-you-can-eat food for only 12.50€!!!! We were paying the full high prices for the meagre portions and still there was no service & we were being ignored. After exactly 50 minutes of waiting (!!!) we went inside to grab a menu ourselves since they were clearly ignoring us for having had a cancelled reservation. I ordered a gnocchi plate and it was such a small portion and it was really tasteless - more bitter than anything else. It was finished in 5 minutes. It was a really bad experience and I can’t believe that for a soft drink and a small handful-size of gnocchi I paid 15€. Very disappointed and will never waste my money on this terrible food again. He could have simply told us to leave. We’d have gladly picked a better and cheaper restaurant with real food in the area; instead they told us to sit because the next group with a reservation didn’t show up.

Das ist ein ganz besonderes feines Restaurant für echte und mit Liebe zubereitete italienische Küche. Wüsste man es nicht besser, könnte man glauben, man wäre in Italien. Wir waren mit 5 Personen da, jeder hatte eine andere Hauptspeise und jeder war begeistert! Personal ist auch sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Meiner Schwiegermutter wurde extra noch ein Stuhl gebracht, damit sie bequemer sitzen kann. Besuch lohnt auf jeden Fall!!!

Mi dispiace ma NO, questa non è cucina italiana e soprattutto delude molto vedere cocktail di fama internazionale distrutti e reinterpretati a piacere con risultati scadenti. Ho chiesto un mojito, arriva il cameriere con l'ordine e subito mi rendo conto che non si tratta di un mojito, poiché vedo un bicchiere con il contenuto giallastro e una fetta di limone. Lo faccio notare, ma neanche il tempo di dire qualcosa che mi zittisce dicendomi che la menta non ce l'ha, si gira e se ne va. Consiglio anche per il responsabile che a fine aperitivo in modo abbastanza aggressivo si offre di farmi rifare il cocktail che al di là della menta il mojito ha una serie di ingredienti e tecniche per essere fatto: è un pestato e si fa (oltre a rum e Angostura) con menta, zucchero di canna e lime (non limone). Io non condanno nessuno per il fatto che mancasse menta in cucina, condanno la gestione della cosa. Un cameriere/proprietario con esperienza avrebbe avvisato il cliente della mancanza di un ingrediente (essenziale) e chiesto se gradiva cambiare cocktail, prima di sbatterglielo sul tavolo. Detto ciò anche il cibo lascia a desiderare. Dispiace sempre molto vedere chi sfrutta la buona reputazione della cucina italiana all'estero per poi offrire qualcosa di totalmente distante dalla VERA CUCINA ITALIANA. Grazie e a mai più In risposta al commento del proprietario: 1-Se lo chiami aperitivo all'italiana non ti puoi aspettare che io capisca altro. 2- io ho giudicato servizio e cibo non ti permettere di attaccarmi sul personale. 3- il tuo cameriere era liberissimo di dirmi guarda mi dispiace ma il mojito non lo facciamo, non penso di dovervele spiegare io queste cose dai 4- le tue risposte sgarbate si commentano da sole saranno i vostri futuri clienti a tirare le somme

Cucina asiatica, per me esperienza nuova, ma gradevole è una cucina molto interessante veloci, buono anche l'equilibrio con le spezie.

Un restaurante en el que cenar a gusto. Comida de calidad y en una terraza de maravilla. Los camareros muy majos y atentos y recomiendo la focaccia.
