Ordered last time: waited a total of 2.5 hours (including incorrect delivery) Today's order: almost 2 hours waiting time In between calls the phone number listed on Google, no one answered. The driver then left the garden gate open, which is great as a dog owner. It was probably the last time.

At first glance, it all looks quite nice... Based on multiple visits, I came to the following conclusion: uncomfortable seating, an extremely unpleasant atmosphere, deafening volume, and a questionable music concept. The food sometimes tastes very good, but more often not. It depends very much on the individual employee. The quality of the service also fluctuates; sometimes it's very friendly, more often it's abysmally rude and unbearably slow.

VIP guest at the league match against FC Carl Zeiss Jena. Very nice and friendly service. Friendly, communicative interaction. It was fun.
