Kosgeroglu Frühstückcafe und Restaurant in Berlin

As a long-time guest of the breakfast house, I have always been satisfied with the offerings and service. On my last visit, I ordered breakfast, which according to the menu included kiwi and four pieces of cucumber. Unfortunately the kiwi was completely missing and only two pieces of cucumber were served. When I asked politely, the employee reacted unprofessionally, laughed at me, mockingly shared my concerns with a colleague and left without further explanation. An apology or an alternative offer, such as Nutella, cheese or something else were not submitted. This behavior clouds my previously positive image of the breakfast house. I hope that the customer service staff will be trained to respond to GUEST CONCERNS IN A RESPECTIVE and SOLUTION-ORIENTED manner in the future. Conclusion: The employee's behavior was disrespectful and inappropriate, which cannot be tolerated by customers.

Extremely unfriendly younger lady (with blonde streaks) who usually only works in the afternoon There have been two reservations so far, they always took the wrong food for us and the second time they didn't give enough change and then they gave us arrogant looks and the lady shouldn't work with customers.

We went to Kösgeroglu for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The service was super friendly and attentive, so we felt comfortable right from the start. The selection of food was incredibly diverse - from fresh baked goods to delicious variations to warm specialties - everything was fresh and simply excellent in taste. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the ingredients and the loving presentation. A perfect place to enjoy to the fullest. When we are back in Berlin, we will definitely come back!

Waitress unfriendly, pasta doesn't taste good, wrong pizza served, supposedly there were no glasses for drinks (in the empty restaurant) even though there were offensive ones. The fake pizza wasn't the best either. I packed it up and left it inside. After a few minutes I noticed it and wanted to go back in but she had already thrown the full box away...

Bought some Kadayif Tatlisi there today. I'm pretty disappointed. Had difficulty cutting it with the knife. Wasn't fresh. I drove there especially from Spandau.

My comment is for the side where baklava is sold. We live in Wilmersdorf and this is where we buy baklava if we happen to be nearby. We came twice, especially to buy baklava. For us, the baklava (our classic choice with pistachios) is very delicious. I think it's pretty good for the price. There are more expensive ones in Berlin, but this is one of our favorites in terms of taste. The employees are also very friendly. Now I ate the last two pieces of the baklava I bought two days ago, and it was still crispy. This is what should happen. We have not been disappointed so far, thank you.

Pastries, börek, pide really soft and very tasty

We bought half a tin of Tirelice at Nonnendammallee and when we got home the dessert was in a catastrophic condition and simply wrapped in paper instead of in a plastic container. The moisture was absorbed by the paper, so we simply had a dry cake on the plate. I think it's scandalous, even for the price, it's a shame to simply pack this dessert in a paper bag. I won't recommend it to anyone and I won't be entering the store again either. There are plenty of other, better packages for this dessert

I had breakfast here last week. Food was ok. Our waitress was extremely rude and rude. When I asked for a napkin, she said get it yourself.

Update 07/02/24: This Bayram was ripped off again in the same way, expensive prices per kilo were paid for the packaging. No improvement. ❗ Attention rip-off. Baklava costs 30 euros per kilo, you also weigh the packaging without first pressing tare on the scales, which means you pay 30 euros per kilo for the heavy, thick paper packaging. Then the entire sum is rounded up, meaning you buy baklava for 43.15 euros, for example, and then have to pay 44 euros. That means I was deducted twice for the packaging, 30 euros per kilo, and the purchase price was generously rounded up, and I also paid in cash. This wasn't an isolated incident, it was the second time I went there to buy baklava, both times it was the same, a friend of mine had the same experience there. 😞And that too during Ramadan, what you are doing is haram. Even though the baklava tasted good, I won't buy there again.

Today I had a delicious breakfast here with my girlfriend. Menemen and Gözleme were delicious and the service was very friendly and attentive. Later I got baklava next door and really got a lot for my money, good quality and with lots of pistachios. You'll be happy to come back! 😇👌

Now I had another bad experience with Bayram. Unfortunately, the packaging for baklava is still weighed without tare; the small packaging for 1/2 kilo costs almost 1 euro for the price per kilo. There were also customers in front of me who wanted to buy baklava and the packaging was also charged for without tare. This was the third time I've been there to buy baklava, also always without tare, regardless of whether it's a man or a woman serving, everyone weighs the empty boxes for an expensive kilo price. I'm annoyed that people do something like that to their guests, if you depend on it, just say packaging costs 1 euro or something. I think it's really bad that they also do this to Bayram, the owner of the older Amca, I always see him at Camii's cuma prayer. At the same time pray and then the people in the shop who charge boxes at expensive kilo prices. Other baklava shops do it right, packaging is placed on the scales and then tare is pressed, so packaging weight is deducted, unfortunately not here at kösgeroglu. I also read from others in the reviews on Google that they weigh the packaging and I can confirm that.

It was bad when it first opened, but now it's terrible. I'm not giving this one star out of necessity, otherwise it doesn't deserve it. I'm already a regular customer, I come regularly and have the best coffee in Spandau. I often enjoy chatting with the waitress. My favorite waitress is the Arabic waitress, she always recommends great things to us. The food is also great 🥰

Can't speak German. Very unfriendly and condescending, although unfortunately you have to ask several times what they meant. I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome there as a German.

Really delicious food but very poor management, products have been offered online for months and in the branch they say they don't exist. The boss would just have to change it, but he would rather lure customers into the store with false expectations in order to sell them something different. Very unfortunate.

Review refers exclusively to “to good to go”. I had reserved a surprise bag with “warm dishes” here. Unfortunately, they don't bother to cancel the reservation if the dishes are sold out. So I was left empty-handed and asked them to at least give me a replacement. The display was full of various dishes. I only got one dessert bowl (Asure) and that for €4! Not like that!!!

Bisher nur die Herzhaften Backwaren (z.B.: Pogaca etc.) Probiert. Füllung gut, Teig super weich und nicht trocken. dafür sehr günstig, um eine n vielfaches Besser als die aufgabckenen Backwaren vom Bäcker an der Ecke oder im Supermarkt. Eine richtig gute Abwechslung.

Wir wollten in Richtung Spandau frühstücken gehen und sind dann hier gelandet. Ambiente ist in Ordnung, der Service war sehr gut. Kaffee und Frühstücksgerichte haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Preise normal, würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder gerne hin gehen.

Wir kommen sehr gern zum Frühstück her. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles bestens und immer frisch zubereitet.

Wir sind hier zufällig vorbei gekommen um zu Essen und wurde direkt herzlich empfangen. Das Essen war Top Mümin hat uns sehr lustig und zuvorkommend bedient. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen.

Ich war heute dort und habe gefüllte Weinblätter gegessen. Es war sehr lecker, saftig und der Teller wurde sehr schön gerichtet. Das Personal ist mega freundlich. Empfehlenswert! Es herrscht eine ruhige Atmosphäre.

Der Börek zerfällt und hat kaum Käse drin, es schmeckte einfach nach nichts.

Sehr gemütlich, das Simit ist natürlich das Highlight dort. Man kann schon in Ruhe Frustücken. Der Kaffee ist schön stark und schmeckt sehr gut. Gibt auch leckere Backwaren zum Nachtisch.

Sehr nette Dame, an der Bedienung. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt uns das Frühstück, war auch sehr lecker. Nur mein Tisch wurde vorher nicht gesäubert und Krümel vom Vorgänger waren noch vorhanden.

Service null Nicht nur bei uns viele KD haben sich beschwert. Überteuert Bestellst ein Frühstücksteller und bezahlst für 2 Scheiben Tomaten 2 Scheiben Gurken und 2 Scheiben käse 15 Euro. Das ist kein Business mehr.

Hier gibt es leckere türkische Gerichte zum essen. Freundliches Personal aber man benötigt viel Zeit, da es etwas länger dauert bis das Essen serviert wird.

Das Frühstück war okay, haben für zwei Personen bestellt,aber ein kleiner Detail ist mir aufgefallen. Z.b Wurst Aufschnitt es gab drei Scheiben Wurst, wir haben für Zwei bestellt, entweder sollte es nur zwei Scheiben sein oder vier? Zudem gibst nur ein Sesam Ring dazu, ist definitiv zu wenig für 34,90. Da müsste noch Brot dabei sein, kann man extra dazu kaufen. Soll man Honig und alles andere mit dem Löffel essen? Service Mitarbeiter sind teilweise etwas unfreundlich.
