Unfortunately there were no cheese spaetzle, they were just spaetzle with some kind of mixed cream sauce with canned fried onions, unfortunately no trace of cheese and braised onions... a little more attention to detail would do you good. Maybe a few fewer dishes and prefer everything fresh and homemade. Unfortunately, the large salad plate only had ready-made canned salads slapped together. Since we know a bit about gastronomy, we notice this straight away. Unfortunately, the chef, who was also serving/checkout that day, also seemed a bit stressed and complained loudly about it. He can't spray because he's usually only in the kitchen. Maybe you could say it a little differently. Conclusion : Location - if a little neater/clearer - top, Food and service could be improved
