The Macksl is by far the most beautiful bar in Rottach Egern. A very cozy and yet very awakening and fun atmosphere where you feel very comfortable. A top establishment with very tasty and varied food. The drinks also adapt to the season and are prepared very well. In summer there is a beautiful terrace and the owners and staff give all guests a warm, familiar welcome. I always enjoy coming back as a guest ☺️🌞🫶🏼

Salad and pasta were very tasty. This is how I imagine the perfect Italian cuisine. The landlady welcomed us warmly in the small dining room. It's a good thing we had a reservation because the dining room is small but very comfortable. The Primitivo was also delicious. Absolutely recommended!

The boss's request when we made our reservation by phone was a bit strange: we would like to come at 6:30 p.m. instead of 7 p.m. We agreed, but then discovered that on that Tuesday in November there were only two other guests in the restaurant besides the two of us. If it had been full, we would have understood this division into “layers”, but as empty as it was we felt confused. The waiter tried to explain it to us verbosely, but for me that's disrespectful to the guest. However, the food and service were first class.

Very good food, the service was very friendly and competent. Unfortunately the restaurant is closing soon, but definitely go and enjoy the great food and the ambience 👍

Super beautifully decorated Greek restaurant that is reminiscent of the proximity to the sea in Greece. The food selection is extensive and varied. The dishes are served quickly and the taste is also impressive. Definitely suitable for a casual meal with friends or family.

Very nice, very friendly, but already hefty prices

After a hike to Vilsalpsee, we stopped at the Hauben Taucher and were served very friendly and courteous. The location is just fantastically beautiful and you have a great view of the lake (frozen over in February and you could walk across it). The menu is very appealing, everyone will find what they are looking for here, including vegetarians. From 5 p.m. you can also drive there to eat. You then have to report to the barrier. There are sufficient parking spaces available. We had the Kaiserschmarren, which was very tasty.

We were walking around when saw this place, we were not very hungry but still thought of having some Gluh wein and went there. This place had many things to offer. Probably the best Curry Wurst I have eaten anywhere. Flammkuchen was great as well. We also ordered potato soup which we loved too. Overall everything was great with amazing service. I would definitely suggest this place if you are in this part of Tegernsee.

A very nice restaurant! Francesco (a very nice waiter) brought us to our seat and greeted us nicely! The food also came very quickly and was really tasty 😋. Always a pleasure 😉 Very good service and child friendly

It's just a fantastic place. We actually wanted to eat in a rustic environment and were then seated in a very chic atmosphere. At first we thought we were a bit out of place there, but the service was perfect all around and we were looked after with great care. Our kids were also very happy and the food was an absolute dream! We'd love to come back. Thank you for such a lovely afternoon! 👌

Very fine restaurant directly at the Althoff Hotel Überfahrt. Here you can relax and eat delicious food. In summer the view of the lake is particularly magnificent.

An incredibly good pizzeria with style and ambience with very good food and service. We spontaneously went here for dinner with the whole family and were very impressed. I can really recommend it to everyone. We'll be back.
