Very nice hotel with great rooms and a beautiful view. The service is excellent, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. It was especially nice that the room was made up again in the evening for the night. The wellness area is stunningly beautiful, with an ice lounge, various saunas, a great gym, and wonderful relaxation areas. The cleanliness is also absolutely outstanding; everything was spotless. The breakfast is great, even with gluten-free bread. We ate in one of the two restaurants, where it was very cozy and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, there are a few things that detracted from our stay. There is no individually controlled air conditioning, only a central control system. Even on the coldest setting, it was very, very warm at night, which kept us awake and we barely slept. Unfortunately, with the door open, mosquitoes got into the room, making the nights very restless and hardly restful. Furthermore, for a 5-star wellness hotel, there were surprisingly many children in the hotel. As a result, peace and quiet were often not a priority. Both in the restaurant, where a toddler screamed the entire time without being interrupted by their parents, and at night by crying children in neighboring rooms. I wish the hotel would be more considerate in this regard. Small things like missing tissue boxes or a kettle in the room would also be welcome. In conclusion: A truly great hotel with outstanding service, a beautiful wellness area, and great food, but unfortunately, due to the air conditioning and the lack of peace and quiet, it's not a place we would return to.
