Maybe I should start by saying in fairness that I just got back from Japan. I was looking forward to a small restaurant with authentic cuisine. The welcome was very warm, just like I experienced in Japan. The menu also sounded good and had everything you could want. I ordered matcha tea, miso, yakitori skewers and unagi nigiri. Unfortunately, the matcha disappointed me. A matcha doesn't necessarily have to be foamy (although I think I read on the menu that it is served foamy), but it wasn't particularly enjoyable in terms of taste either. The taste reminded me of Messmer green tea. Unfortunately, the miso was the next disappointment. I've tried making miso at home several times now and on my first try it turned out better than what I was served here. I missed the deep umami. I have nothing to complain about or praise about the yakitori skewers or nigiri. (Unfortunately, the card reader didn't work on the second attempt either, so I ended up paying in cash.) I am convinced that there is a lot of potential in your restaurant and that the customers here in the West would be there for it, but I was missing quality, sophistication and passion for Japan and the unique Japanese cuisine. I am currently not planning another visit.

Our facility has ordered catering for the internal Christmas party from “Land in Sonne 2”. Everything went smoothly and to the complete satisfaction of everyone involved: from the preparation of the cost estimate, which was received quickly and immediately after the request, through the flawless communication and order taking, to the taste of the ordered menu (in this case a whole suckling pig and potatoes as a side dish). ). The suckling pig was baked in the Croatian style in a wood oven, so that the skin was crispy and crunchy and covered with a small layer of fat on certain pieces - it was not dry at all and was fibrous, the mass was around 12kg. In addition, the taste was unbeatably good compared to the products from similar restaurants. The total invoice amount was 407.5 euros. For 25 people, the price was an unbeatable 16.3 euros for a meal consisting of a meat dish and the aforementioned potatoes, which could be further refined with onions. The landlord kindly provided us with warming containers. The food was therefore served warm and fresh from the oven, which was one more reason that everyone at the celebration got their money's worth. If you want to feel a touch of the Adriatic and take a culinary trip back to your summer holidays, this is the right place for you.

In my opinion, however, the prices are completely excessive - a piece of cake (very tasty) costs €5.20, plus a drink and an avocado bread and you're out €25.
