GOURM-ET in München

So, we've tried a variety of dishes five times now, served by different employees at different times. This sums up our experience: The food is solid. The standard vegetables are nothing special, but relatively fresh – they decrease over the day as they're perhaps stacked too high and perhaps not perfectly chilled. They could also be cut a bit more finely, which would give them 4 stars, otherwise 3. The meat is also slightly above standard, and when cooked thoroughly, it's delicious. Occasionally, the chicken is undercooked and not crispy. The ambiance is okay, like a Kaufland entrance in the window, so you can't change it. Tables are always clean. Now comes the problem: The employees are nice, but sometimes it's difficult to communicate with them. I don't expect German, but it doesn't matter what language you use; they're just a bit slow and slow-witted. And that's the main problem: there are no structures, no fixed sequences, and no routines that the employees follow. As a result, it often takes 20 minutes for a kebab, and there were only 1-2 orders ahead of us. Unfortunately, this happened not just once, but five times. We'll definitely be back and hope for improvement!

The kebab is very good and the food is plentiful. The drinks are cheap! Very filling for the price. Bravo, nice salespeople.

One of the best kebabs in the area.

We bought one bread and one box for my child. If you see the meat they give for 8 and a half Euros, it's a complete scandal. The potatoes are stale. They put the meat in little by little. Shame on you. There's zero interest, no attention, may it be forbidden. The money I gave filled the inside of a tiny box with greens on top and chicken the size of a child's palm.

The veal doner kebab plate was really good. But overall, it was relatively expensive. Hence only 4 stars.

The food is delicious. Prices are high, but the quality is very good. There were some misunderstandings with the order, but the staff were always very courteous and helpful. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. It's always busy because it's a shopping center. There's also a café in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Dürüm for 9 euros has a diameter of 2 euros coin. If the kebab man is there with glasses then I won't buy anything. Recently the kebab has shrunk.

I say this is the best kebab in Munich. Quality top notch. The veal meat of madness No.1 is very tender. The ingredients are nice and fresh. I don't understand people who are upset about the price. Quality comes at a price.

I've tried the soup far too many times and complained that it only tasted watery! After 2 years I gave you another chance and the soup didn't taste like anything despite the lemon and salt! According to God's law I should have gotten my money back but you don't believe it

The kebab man didn't want to sell me a kebab because they said they were closing even though it was 7:45 p.m. And the skewer was still complete, but the customers who came after me were served normally. Very very funny.

Hello, I was with you today. I waited for 20 minutes for a kebab that didn't even taste good. I'm very disappointed. The sauce is pure Ayran sauce without any spice. The meat tasted like nothing. I'm still sad about my 8th birthday .50€ I want it back not to be missed!

Good meat (chicken) a bit expensive so one star deducted. 15€ for a kebab plate is really audacious. Doner prices are still normal at €7.50 for a chicken doner. Nice service. Lots of seats.

I've eaten there several times and I'm still neither delighted nor disappointed. The kebab is tasty but I think it is relatively small considering the price. In my opinion, the tortilla is better than the one on the plate, which is strange to say the least.

You immediately feel welcome. The employees are all very accommodating. The food was a 10 out of 10. I haven't eaten a kebab like this for a long time. So a big thank you for remembering my childhood.

Ordered Dürüm (crazy price 9 euros!) considering that they didn't exactly skimp on salad etc. Quality was good, but nothing that would knock your socks off. The location in the Moosacher Meile is definitely a plus.

Very very expensive shop. A doner teller cost 16 euro is simply too much. Every other item is expensive here. taste is ok not extraordinary as compare to price. I will try to avoid it. Service peoples are good/frinedly.

Unfortunately, at 3 p.m. today on a Saturday, almost the entire counter in the bakery area was already empty. When I asked about sesame rings, the answer unfortunately came last. However, the nice employee (blonde hair, small, petite with broken German) tried to offer the last alternatives, at that moment a good German-speaking employee with brown hair and a little longer than her jumped out of the back of the kitchen area nice blonde lady and stated with an annoyed tone that today is Saturday! Well, thanks for the day of the week report but as you also noticed, we ignored you because we weren't really interested in the day of the week at that moment. Good, since the blonde lady wanted to continue serving us and we decided to get a Sulubörek and Acma as an alternative. Unfortunately, it was a bad purchase. Acma was rock hard and Sulubörek was swimming in oil and was ice cold. You only get the 2 stars for the nice lady.

€7.50 for a chicken kebab. Another euro more for veal. I decided on chicken because the veal wasn't visually convincing on the skewer. What can I say, the chicken kebab didn't taste convincing either. It's a shame, because the ambience of the store promises more.

Absolutely outrageous prices!!! Breakfast plate for €7.50 and just a small piece of feta cheese on it - I've never had such an expensive breakfast, never again

Das Kalbfleischdürüm bei GOURM- ET ist einfach hervorragend! Ich war schon mehrmals dort und jedes Mal hat es mich aufs Neue begeistert. Das Kalbfleisch ist zart, saftig und perfekt gewürzt. Es schmilzt förmlich auf der Zunge und hat einen unglaublich intensiven Geschmack. Die Kombination mit den frischen Salat- und Gemüsezutaten sowie der leckeren Sauce ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Dürüm-Wrap ist frisch und knusprig, genau wie es sein sollte. Sie ist großzügig gefüllt und man bekommt wirklich viel für sein Geld. Die Portion ist mehr als ausreichend und man wird definitiv satt. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bestellung wird schnell und präzise aufgenommen und das Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist gemütlich und einladend. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann das Essen in Ruhe genießen. Alles in allem kann ich das Kalbfleischdürüm bei GOURM-ET nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis und definitiv eine der besten Dürüm-Varianten, die ich je gegessen habe.

Ich war schon sehr oft in diesem Laden und war jedes Mal mega zufrieden. Das ist wirklich einer der besten Dönerläden in München. Das Fleisch und das Brot wird immer sehr frisch und knusprig zubereitet 👌🏼 Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Frühstück. Vor allem für die besten Sesamringe lohnt es sich dahin zu gehen. Die Mitarbeiter und Inhaber sind auch jedes Mal sehr freundlich ☺️

Essen ist lecker, vor allem das hausgemachte Kebabbrot. Aber der Service ist oft chaotisch und es dauert dann etwas länger. Ambiente ist halt Shopping Mall.

Ich war heute zum Frühstücken in diesem tollen Restaurant und ich muss sagen es hat wirklich alles super gut geschmeckt. Das Brot, das Frühstück und die Beilagen waren alle sehr frisch und lecker. Wir sind dann am Abend nochmals hin fürs Abendessen und haben uns einen gemischten Grill Teller mit einem Feinkost Teller bestellt. Das Fleisch hat sehr gut geschmeckt und der Feinkostteller war exzellent. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und sind auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant, wenn man mal einen richtigen Döner oder etliche andere Gerichte essen möchte! Vom Geschmack bis hin zur Konsistenz ist alles so, wie es sein sollte! Freundlichkeit gegenüber den Kunden auch tadellos!

Einer der besten Döner in München und Umgebung. Hier kann man nicht nur Döner essen sonder alles was das Herz begehrt. Von Fleischgerichten bis zu süß Speisen. Am besten gefällt mir die Kulinarische Feinkosttheke die immer was Frisches zu bieten hat. Frühstücken kann man dort auch, vor allem die Frischen Backwaren haben es mir angetan. Daher sich der Laden in einer Einkaufspassage befindet, lass ich mir nach dem Einkauf immer etwas leckeres schmecken. Immer wieder gerne da 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Schade das man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann der Laden hat meiner Meinung nach mehr verdient.

Great food after grocery shopping at Kaufland- lots of seating area and space for the shoppers. We had the usual döner box and durum, tasted really great. Since we were eating there they gave the box on a plate, the portion is quite filling. They have a good variety of Turkish delights apart from the usual döner, koftes and falafel. They have some limited pizza options too (can be bought by the slice), these tasted great too.

Ich komme sehr gerne in den Laden und habe vom Frühstück bis zum Grillteller schon fast alles probiert und muss alleine dafür einfach 5 Sterne dalassen. Abgesehen davon, sind die Angestellten auch immer super nett, weshalb ich immer wieder gerne hierher komme. :)
