JACCI petite Delivery in München

Ordered via Uber Eats, waited 1.5 hours, and no delivery. The phone said the driver had an accident. I've requested a refund and hope it arrives. Ordered from somewhere else. Stupid!

I ordered online. Delivery was supposed to be handled by the restaurant itself. I called after 60 minutes and was given the – apparently untrue – information that the food was on its way and would arrive in 15 minutes. An hour later, it still hadn't arrived. After that, no one answered the phone, despite several calls. Absolutely not recommended. According to previous reviews, the restaurant blames delivery services, but this is obviously just a pretext.

Had the crispy chicken, the sauce was delicious, but the chicken was inedible. Completely overcooked, fibrous and hard like a piece of leather.

The most generous food portions and friendliest delivery couriers 🥹🫶🏻 I have ordered twice so far, and both times, the delivery man was very friendly and polite. The Lachs sushi box and the fried rice with chicken are so worth their price. Everything looks very high-quality.

This is not the place for you, if you are looking for typical "cookie cutter" Asian food delivery in Munich. If, however, you value quality over quantity do try this place. The prices are a bit higher and the portions are a bit smaller, yes, but the quality is of the highest tier. The vegetables in the chicken with thai basil wok dish were truly fresh, cooked to perfect crisp-tenderness, and included a nice variety. The sauce was not at all greasy or overly salted (which is typical ime), instead the flavors were bold yet balanced, fresh and delicious. Even the chili sauce which accompanied the fried wantons (hand made with a lot of tasty filling) seems to be home made - I had no idea that this normally "meh", gloppy stuff could taste so good! This was my first time ordering here, and to put it simply, by the end of my meal I had that special feeling one gets when someone takes great care to prepare a delicious meal *for you* in a loving way - it sounds crazy but that is what I got from this humble delivery service, quite unexpectedly! I'm really not exaggerating - I rarely review restaurants as they are usually "fine" - but this was an unusually good experience, no joke. The delivery was also on time - zero complaints on that front. Now I can't wait to try their Pho!

I give a ⭐️ because of the lowest a ⭐️. It took over two hours after I placed my order to receive it. And the restaurant is only 2 miles from my house. That being said, what I ordered online was not the same as what was actually delivered. I ordered the V80 but was given the V20. I don't understand how something so simple could be wrong. All in all it was a very, very bad experience.

The order has been delivered after 1 hour 45 minutes (1h20min later than expected) It had been an unpleasant experience for me that there was a war between my hunger and patience. The food was good but it is impossible to give them more than a star after this exceptionally late delivery. I was really surprised how late a delivery can be made. It was a lesson for me, thank you!

We've tried many delivery services, but this is by far the best. Such fresh vegetables, so deliciously prepared. Market-fresh. Amazing, we only order from here now.

I wanted to have a meal delivered via UberEats and unfortunately found out that 150 minutes after I ordered the food still hadn't arrived. Unfortunately we didn't get any information from the restaurant and they can't be reached by phone either. It's a shame when you rely on good recessions and end up bitterly disappointed.

We ordered food on Friday evening and are more than satisfied with the delivery! Our food was delivered on time and tasted simply authentic, fresh, and incredibly delicious! The sushi was beautifully packaged, and the salmon was so tender and soft... we've rarely had such good Asian food! From now on, this will be our number one!

We've ordered from here often. The food is of very good quality. The ordering website is rather mediocre. Delivery consistently takes two to three times as long as stated in the order confirmation, often over two hours. After a longer break, we ordered there again today. Same issue. Hunger needs to be planned carefully here. You should be given a realistic delivery time before submitting your order.

We order here quite often and are always impressed by the quality of the food. The sushi platter delivered to us today (Jacci Special Menu) was far from what we are used to from Jacci. The crunchy sushi was burnt and tasted accordingly. The rest of the sushi was dried out and some of the avocado had already turned brown. You can definitely do better...

The food is above average and really tasty. Unfortunately, the delivery took 150 minutes instead of the stated 60 minutes (which surprised me since I live around the corner). Unfortunately, this is not acceptable given the somewhat high prices

Really delicious food. We order here regularly and the food is always great and delivered quite quickly!

Ordered many times and always satisfied. With over 20 orders now, we have never had any problems with delivery, on the contrary: always on time as stated. The quality of the sushi is far above that of standard delivery services and also above that of the premium sushi from the Hamburg television chef. Therefore, the slightly higher price is justified for us.

Lieferzeit zwei Stunden (4x so lang wie angegeben). Somit nicht zu empfehlen wenn man hunger hat.... zudem Unverständnis bei telefonischer Rückfrage. Scheint normal zu sein über zwei Stunden für eine Lieferung innerhalb Münchens....

+ delicious, high quality vegetarian dishes (we tried curry, rice noodle bowl and lemongrass tofu) +/- different delivery speed each time. The first time it was immediate, another time we ordered in prior and it arrived half of an hour later. - rather small portions for the price - no possibility to pick up food (we live right around the corner)

We have ordered here a few times. The food is pretty good and delivery is reliable.

DON'T ORDER HERE! The delivery was supposed to take 40 minutes but it actually took 2.5 hours! 150 minutes! Almost 2 hours late. When I called to ask nobody answered the phone (I called 3 times with 30 minutes in between calls) Now if you don't mind waiting, the food was great.

War wirklich super gutes Sushi, Preis war gerechtfertigt für die gute Qualität. Punkt Abzug gibt es, da der Eingang fast unmöglich zu finden ist 😄 (in der Kantine, vorher bitte durch die Schranke fahren). Wäre super, wenn man das lösen könnte. Es ist keine Barzahlung möglich. Wir kommen wieder ;)

Unbeschreiblich gutes Sushi!!! 😍👌🍣 Höherpreisig, definitiv aber super gut! Man kann im Online Shop bestellen, das ist super. Bei Abholung jedoch sehr verwirrend, da man nicht weiß wo der Eingang ist - man muss durch eine Schranke, die nicht sofort aufgeht und auf dem Gelände muss man durch ein Gebäude irren. Aber ich glaube man holt dort auch eher selten ab. Kann ich empfehlen, solide und lecker! 🙂👍

Sau lecker, das beste Sushi was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe. Hier merkt man echt die Qualität und ist bereit mehr als sonst für nen Lieferdienst zu bezahlen. Gerne wieder.

The food from JACCI is always fresh and delicious (I especially recommend the Coconut Che Chuoi for dessert after any of their sushi). Their delivery team is respectful and although the delivery times can be lengthy (80 min+) I have also had my delivery arrive within 20 of ordering. The wait is well worth the quality, so 5 stars from me!

Lieferzeit 80min; das Essen war lecker, außer der Salon Lime Salad Bowl, die besteht zu 80% nur aus grünem Salat.

Top! Essen (v.a. Vegetarian Red Curry Tofu) ist immer ausgezeichnet. Soße ist richtig lecker, viel verschiedenes Gemüse (immer frisch und knackig, noch nie verkocht!) und Tofu auch. Auch das Sushi war bisher immer super. Preis-Leistung / Portionen / Qualität sehr angemessen. Lieferung & Abholung immer zügig & sehr freundlich! Außerdem wird soweit es geht mit umweltfreundlichen Verpackungen geliefert. Echte Bereicherung für die Gegend :)

Wir bestellen bei Jacci Petite immer die Bowls. Die schmecken super und sind sehr reichhaltig. In den Bowls ist von allem was dabei: Gemüse, Salat, Glasnudeln, Fleisch/Garnelen, Nüsse, Soße. Die Geschmäcker ergänzen sich dabei hervorragend!

Boah - welch schlechter Service: bestellt man die Nudelsuppe - fehlen die Nudeln in der Suppe. Bestellt man zu Abholen - wird es gebracht. Bestellt um 20.45 Uhr - ist die Tür zu und niemand macht auf. Zum Essen: ja, ist gut. Die Website ist eine Katastrophe. Eine Bestätigungsmail kam noch nie an. Man bestellt immer ins Blaue.

Super schnelle Lieferzeit und das Essen authentisch, frisch und super lecker, eine der besten Asiaten der Stadt, haben jetzt schon das 2 malt bestellt und jedes essen ist hammer. Sushi ist auch richtig lecker nur zu empfehlen.

Bester Lieferdienst in München! Haben schon einige Male bei JACCI petite Delivery bestellt & sind sehr zufrieden. Die Wokgerichte und Sushi sind phänomenal lecker und immer frisch. Alles umweltfreundlich verpackt und eine nette Fahrerin obendrein. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gutes Essen aber nicht ganz billig

Wow, super lecker! Etwas teurer, aber es lohnt sich. Lieferung war schnell nur leider hat Wasabi gefehlt. Hatte ich noch Zuhause, sonst hätte es einen Stern Abzug gegeben.

Was soll ich sagen: Mega leckeres Essen - ob Sushi, Woks, Bowls. Definitiv keine gewöhnlichen Asia-Liefer-Gerichte, sondern ausgefallene Speisekarte. Preislich über dem Durchschnitt würde ich einschätzen, aber es ist es jedes Mal wert gewesen. Gute Produkte mit hoher Qualität, gerade bei Sushi& Co. kosten eben auch! Und: Wirklich schnelle und freundliche Lieferung mit geschmackvoll eingepackten Leckereien! Danke dafür!

Sehr inspirierendes Food Delivery das zeigt wie man kreativ mit den aktuellen Herausforderungen in der Gastronomie umgehen kann. Einen Stern ziehe ich ab, weil die Qualität und Zubereitung in den Anfängen einfach noch hochwertiger und auf den Punkt waren.

Das war das beste Sushi was wir jemals als delivery gegessen haben. Dazu noch super frisch, die Warm Dishes auch noch wirklich warm. Die Lieferung kam super schnell - und das zur wahrscheinlichen heißen Phase des Tages - Sonntag Abend zu 19:00. Gern immer wieder 🥰
