We went there for the first time on the recommendation of a good friend. And we were so pleasantly surprised that we'll definitely be back. The food is very good and the cocktails are top-notch. Be sure to try the pide followed by the Kaiserschmarrn (no joke!). The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for chilling with a good hookah.

The BO12 Shisha Bar is truly an insider tip! The drinks are delicious and there's a wide selection, so there's something for everyone. I think it's especially cool that there are so many ways to spend a good time with friends – whether it's relaxing with a shisha or simply enjoying a meal together. The ambiance is modern and stylish, which is perfect for photos. The lounge is very clean and well-maintained, and the design is truly impressive – ideal if you want to take great pictures for social media. There's also enough space for larger groups. The bar is a bit out of the way and not that easy to reach without a car, but if you drive, it's not a problem. The surroundings can sometimes be a bit noisy because the bar is located in a residential area, but that's hardly a problem. Overall, a really great location with a great atmosphere and plenty of photo opportunities – I'll definitely be back!

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! I come regularly when I want to spend some quality time with friends or family and enjoy good food.

I usually come here and sit outside, today i went there and the staff ( a person i met for the first time there ) was very rude and refused to set up a table for us outside even though the weather was good ( no rain or snow and not cold )

Great atmosphere and much better than the shisha bar before - shisha there immediately, friendly service, Corona protective measures are adhered to. The only drawback is the somewhat salty prices I'm still satisfied.

I've never experienced such bad service, I think a small plate should be enough for 4 people, but it's not even enough for a small child. The staff has nothing to do with friendliness, the main thing is that your friends get everything quickly and other customers have to wait almost half an hour, thank you for nothing and never again

Breakfast didn't taste good at all and the staff was unfriendly

Come often with the family for breakfast and brunch. Very rich. Lots of space for small children to run around outside. So just go and enjoy...

I was here in the evening with a friend. Food very tasty, shisha also good. Unfortunately the service is very bad. We waited a long time for service and only after being asked did the waiter take our order. It's also a bit cold, so we sat with a jacket on. Otherwise nice evening

Really great shisha bar with really good food. We were very surprised :). The shisha was great and significantly better than other shisha bars, even though it was the same tobacco. Even during the week there was a little something going on and you felt comfortable. Absolutely recommended. Gladly again at any time.

Beste bar. Ich Wohne in Rosenheim und Fahre jedes mal extra nach Perlach um eine schisha zu rauchen. Pfeifen sind Top, mitarbeiter sehr Freundlich. Wirklich ausgezeichnet!

Schöner Laden. Essen und Shisha sind gut. Personal ist leider nicht sehr aufmerksam und oft überfordert.

Teure Shisha, teures Essen für durchschnittliche Qualität. Die Musik ist da ebenfalls viel zu laut.

Sehr gutes Frühstück ala Turka, sehr lecker

Einfach alles dort ist super! Mein Freund und ich lieben es dort zu essen, obwohl wir bissl weiter Weg wohnen, kommen wir trotzdem sehr oft hin. Parkplatz leicht zu finden, Bedienung sehr nett, die Location sehr sauber und modern, und das Essen und die Shisha sind einfach der Knaller! Das bekommt man alles auch für einen tollen Preis! Wir empfehlen es jedem dort vorbeizuschauen und sich selbst davon überzeugen zu lassen! ☺️

Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen ist man hier sehr sehr gut bedient, man wird sehr gut behandelt und man kommt mit vollem Bauch wieder nach Hause! Die Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich und das Essen schmeckt umso besser. Wir kommen sehr gern hier her und werden es weiterhin tun, ich wünschte wir würden oben drüber wohnen das wir jeden Tag hier her kommen könnten, danke das ihr auf gemacht habt! 😄

Ambiente und Shisha war ok, aber Belüftung Katastrophe…habe von unten bis oben nach essen gerochen obwohl ich nichts gegessen hatte….

Zum 1 mal an der neuen Adresse von Bo12. War wirklich super und total lecker. Haben hier zum 1 mal gefrühstückt und waren begeistert. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wirklich leckeres Essen und netter Service. Shishas sind in Ordnung und Preise wirklich fair. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

War zum ersten mal dort, habe Salat mit Gambas bestellt. Die Portion die ich erhalten habe, war sehr gross, ausreichend für zwei Personen . Auch das Essen anderer Gäste war sehr viel. Sollte etwas nicht passen, kein Problem wird gemacht. Toiletten sehr sauber, auch wenn man nicht damit rechnet auf dem Weg die Treppen runter. Lokal sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von Montag bis Freitag gibt es ab 10 Uhr bis 12 Uhr Frühstück Am Wochenende von 10 Uhr bis 14.00, muss telefonisch reserviert werden. Es gibt jetzt auch Mittagsessen Angebote zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten, habe ich gesehen. Die Bilder die davon zu sehen sind im Lokal schauen sehr gut aus und machen neugierig auf mehr. Bei angenehmen Temperaturen kann man auch vor dem Lokal Platz nehmen und es sich gut gehen lassen. Service super.
