Awesome, really cool. Definitely recommended.

Being one of the only places open late night, I was really surprised just how good the food was. I ordered a smash burger with fries and a drink and the food was top notch and made fresh. The smash burger had incredible taste and was cooked perfectly, the chef really knows what he is doing, and the fries were fresh and hot and cooked just right. There is self service sauce near the register. The venue is very casual, same vibe as a fast food eatery where you clear the table yourself and pick up the food when your number is called and there are seats outside which is a nice spot to people watch. There was music playing over speakers and the quality was terrible, they really need to replace the speakers or turn the music off. Given the quality of the food, I would happily visit again for a lunch or dinner.

Didn't take a picture because we were so hungry but the currywurst is very good!!! 5 stars!!! They serve beer and liquor here too!!! And melted cheese sauce!!!

The worker was rude and the service was bad. They didn’t give me everything I ordered, and on top of that, they overcharged me.

The guy in the kitchen who served us was awful. It's rare that you're made to feel like a piece of trash in an establishment, but this place definitely has a knack for achieving that. The bald waiter is a problem, and there shouldn't be people like that around the public. They're definitely losing a lot of customers just because of their behavior.

The food was quite good. Service was very unfriendly, parts of the order were left unattended without comment. The wait was a bit long. Not recommended.

I have no issue with race, but due to the disrespectful attitude of a Black employee, I threw away the hamburger I had paid for without eating it. If this had happened in my own country, such behavior would have been met with a very different response. It’s truly surprising that someone with such an attitude is still able to work in a country like Germany. I also believe cleanliness and hygiene should be more strictly monitored. (I am not being racist; I am specifying this only to identify the person.)

Amazing burger. Fresh and juicy. The service was great too. For card payments, you have to order at the machine. I couldn’t get the deal of the day. The server helped me out. I am glad I tried without succumbing to the reviews.

First of all, I have to say that the burger is way too expensive for the quality. The meat was cooked so well on the outside that it was tough as leather. Additionally, I don't think the meat quality is on par with others like Burger Vision. It simply lacks a good, charming sauce or braised onions to round it all off. Then there are two people behind the counter who don't even have the opportunity to clean the tables in between when it's busy. For the price, I unfortunately can't recommend this Burger.

Not able to taste the food. Internet says the place closed at 00.00, yet we showed up at 23.00 and the guy said the the store/machine is closed so he cannot attend us lol

I'm on a school trip with my high school class, and we stop by to eat at this fast food restaurant. I pay for my order, but no receipt comes out of the machine. I've been charged. I actually paid, and even after showing the cook my proof of purchase and explaining everything in English, he doesn't understand a thing. Don't come here and don't get scammed by these thieves. A disgusting and unprecedented experience in a country like Germany 😮‍💨

The time in Google is not how they actually work. I went to the restaurant at 8pm and they said it is closed. So, they work until 8pm, not until 9pm

Unfortunately, the lack of a toilet, as the staff informed us, overshadows everything else. Really how is it possible for a health care store to not have a toilet! Is it - let's leave the customers sitting at the tables inside and outside the store who might reasonably want to wash their hands or relieve themselves - the staff who wash their hands or freshen up if necessary? In Munich, do they give operating licenses of health interest without the existence of a toilet? I am sorry for this unacceptable situation.

You just get what you pay for. It is clear that no star chef can create a burger for the price. But what has happened repeatedly and is really annoying is that the order is not prepared as ordered. I always order the thin fries, but instead of this version, thick fries are regularly put on the tray because they apparently have to go. When complaints are made, people roll their eyes and sometimes ask why I'm so picky, they're just fries. Of course, while you wait for the right fries, the burger gets cold.

Just keep going. I should have read the reviews before ordering, then I wouldn't have gone in and saved myself the money. Fries and nuggets taste subterranean. Price-performance ratio is just bad. Staff hardly speaks German. No toilets to wash your hands after eating. Apart from the fact that the staff doesn't speak German, they are unfortunately also unfriendly. Only the Coca Cola tasted good, which isn't difficult.

Super unfriendly staff. They gave me the tray without a drink. When I went to get it, the girl didn't want to give it to me, I had to remind her that my food was getting cold and she finally gave it to me. The hamburger did not match the photo on the screen, when I went to tell them that that was not the hamburger he had ordered, the boy started yelling at me like a crazy person, telling me everything just for asking him about it politely. Ashamed! Exorbitant prices for what you are served. We did not receive the order we had ordered, we told them in English what we were missing but the lady deliberately did not understand and responded in German, we were never able to get the rest of our order.

Food was very expensive, I paid 7.90 for a currywurst, but got the wrong one. Instead of a currywurst, some hot dog soaked in sauce that was gone in three bites. The taste is okay at best, but far from good. We also got warm beer. Waiter very unfriendly and not fluent in German. Will never go there again.

Never go here! We ordered on the screen, and it took 45 minutes in this “fast food” shop for the food to be ready (2 burgers and 1 fries!!!). In addition, the extremely rude employees, who have often been mentioned here, did not even say “sorry it took so long” in the end, after we had mentioned several times that we were in a hurry. Last but not least, the hamburger for almost €8 was lukewarm and far below any standards, whereas the €2 hamburger from McDonalds is a gourmet menu. Fries were okay. Instead, just go to the Hofbräuhaus opposite, it'll probably be cheaper in the end and you'll definitely have a better time

Unfortunately, cheap workers who don't speak German ensure that the order sometimes cannot even be placed. When the other colleague comes along and supposedly has a better understanding, you get a completely wrong order. There should be no saving on employee costs here, it's a shame!

I ordered food, they gave me a late time to pick it up. I arrived when they said I should and they said that they canceled my order because I was too late, at the time when they said I should be there.

Absolute impudence! We ordered and paid on the screen (the amount was debited from the card), but suddenly an error message appeared and no receipt was printed. When I give this place one star, I mean well. The prices are completely overpriced, apart from that the conditions were extremely unfriendly and irritable. Due to various complications, we didn't even have enough for a simple currywurst. When we paid, the gentleman at the checkout didn't give us a receipt. But we paid and it was also visible in e-banking. But the young man with a migrant background at the checkout didn't want to believe that. He then rudely chased us out of the store.

We ordered different meals and they were all great, including the vegetarian burgers. We also enjoyed the fries. However, there was a problem on the ordering machine. I made the order and paid, but the machine did not give me the receipt, only a small paper with the order number. So the man was still asking me, where is my receipt, like it was my fault that the machine did not print it. Finally he gave me my order, but it was such an embarrassing moment.

Gluten free vegetarian currywurst was amazing. Came out quick too and was labeled. Fries were some of the best we had in Germany. Lots of fun dipping sauces you can pick from

A fast food restaurant based on the purity of the traditional currywurtz sausage, a rich variety of sauces, good and inexpensive dishes, good service.

I cycled through the rain for 15 minutes to pick up my TooGoodtoGo order, only for the store to be closed. The pick-up time and loading were correct, but the thing was closed. I got my money back, but it was still a shame

If i had chance to give minus for service i would have given that. Their was one guy without beard and fat , so much disrespectful. He was behaving like he is favouring us by making burger. So bad manners. Never going anymore.

My visit to fries friends This little snack seems ridiculous at first glance, but it's actually great! If you wind your way to the counter, you can see the beautiful structure of it decorated snacks. This snack bar is hard to reach by car as it is a pedestrian street and is in the city, so there is not much parking space either. But it is perfectly accessible by public transport. If you don't live near here, you don't have to worry, as there are French fries friends everywhere in Munich! Finally you see the menu. Lots of dishes like fries, burgers, currywurst or even children's menus. The food here is also Halal (Muslim proper), which costs €0.50 extra. Vegetarians hardly have anything to eat here apart from fries. The currywurst is very tasty and tastes great. The burger is very juicy with the perfectly grilled patty, crispy lettuce, fresh tomatoes and lukewarm bread. Everything melts at the tip of your tongue. Together with the fries it is the perfect combination. Now about the staff. The staff is reasonably friendly and polite, but they do not pay attention to specific instructions such as no salad. For “fast food” the food here is clearly overpriced. Overall, my visit was enjoyable. Recommended.

Loved the fries! They were thin and crispy! We ordered loaded barbecue bacon fries. The bacon was too crispy but overall the taste was good. The topping was generous. You get to choose your own dips and there are some 12 options! Would come here again just to try different kinds of fries. Don’t plan this place for a full fledged lunch or dinner place. This is more like on the go finger food.

It would be good to wipe the tables more often with a clean cloth, the currywurst and fries are really as they should be. Chef isn't that nice now, it's enough to eat...👍

Me sirvieron una hamburguesa con el queso sin deretir, aunque estaba muy buena. Me gasté 14 euros en un menú y no me dieron ni servilletas. La actitud de los camareros es un poco desafiante.

Absolutně nejhorší občerstvení, v kterém jsme kdy jedli. Pití Vám prodají jen ve skleněné otevřené láhvi a nedostanete na vyžádání ani brčko, ani skleničku, ani kelímek. A co děti, které neumí pít z tlusté skleněné láhve? Mají smůlu. Jsou bez pití, když jim ho nemáte do čeho nalít. Když chcete pivo, tak si ho nesmíte koupit k jídlu, protože pivo vám naopak prodají jen v zavřené skleněné lahvi určené k odnosu a ne místní konzumaci. Majonéza na hranolky, která je k volnému odběru byla odporně hnusná. Jídlo jsme neměli ještě ani dojedené a už přišel pracovník a chtěl nám tácky s nedojedeným jídlem odnést, ačkoliv podnik byl poloprázdný. Personál neochotný, protivný a se strašlivou němčinou. Tady už jíst nikdy nebudeme, je to nejhorší gastronomický zážitek, jaký jsme kdy zažili. Lidé, co tento podnik provozují by absolutně neměli pracovat ve službách a dělat gastrobyznys. Bylo to něco opravdu strašného. Ještě teď, po dvou měsících, se nám při vzpomínce na toto zařízení dělá špatně.

Our usual order from Pommes Freunde joint would be sweet potato fries and normal fries. The sweet potato fries as-usual were super good and crunchy Normal fries were bit salty. Not sure how anyone can mess up the fries Would never order the plant based nuggets again- the taste was very bad and also they were super hard to bite. Would not recommend 👎🏻
