Pommes Freunde in München

Food was very expensive, I paid 7.90 for a currywurst, but got the wrong one. Instead of a currywurst, some hot dog soaked in sauce that was gone in three bites. The taste is okay at best, but far from good. We also got warm beer. Waiter very unfriendly and not fluent in German. Will never go there again.

Good food, poor service! Mega rude :( We waited more than forty minutes :( And they even yelled at me. My German friend didn't even get dessert.

Never go here! We ordered on the screen, and it took 45 minutes in this “fast food” shop for the food to be ready (2 burgers and 1 fries!!!). In addition, the extremely rude employees, who have often been mentioned here, did not even say “sorry it took so long” in the end, after we had mentioned several times that we were in a hurry. Last but not least, the hamburger for almost €8 was lukewarm and far below any standards, whereas the €2 hamburger from McDonalds is a gourmet menu. Fries were okay. Overall, extremely overpriced juice shop where rudeness and incompetence are very important. Instead, just go to the Hofbräuhaus opposite, it'll probably be cheaper in the end and you'll definitely have a better time

Food was fine but almost cold, but I'm not surprised after waiting over 40 minutes for your food. The staff was very slow and unfriendly. I will definitely never order from there again.

The food was quite good, the service on the other hand was terrible, employees were very rude to us and we waited more than 40 minutes to eat (which is a lot for a few burgers and fries)

Unfortunately, cheap workers who don't speak German ensure that the order sometimes cannot even be placed. When the other colleague comes along and supposedly has a better understanding, you get a completely wrong order. There should be no saving on employee costs here, it's a shame!

I ordered food, they gave me a late time to pick it up. I arrived when they said I should and they said that they canceled my order because I was too late, at the time when they said I should be there.

Absolute impudence! We ordered and paid on the screen (the amount was debited from the card), but suddenly an error message appeared and no receipt was printed. After we informed the employee and asked for our order and showed him the transaction that had been charged, in addition to his rude behavior, he also became loud. He demanded that we pay again on the same non-working screen. Absolute rubbish shop, while we were waiting the employee prepared three orders incorrectly. NEVER GO

When I give this place one star, I mean well. The prices are completely overpriced, apart from that the conditions were extremely unfriendly and irritable. Due to various complications, we didn't even have enough for a simple currywurst. When we paid, the gentleman at the checkout didn't give us a receipt. But we paid and it was also visible in e-banking. But the young man with a migrant background at the checkout didn't want to believe that. He then rudely chased us out of the store.

Unfriendly service. They had forgotten part of our order and when we asked, we were accused of why we hadn't contacted them sooner instead of simply asking for forgiveness for forgetting something. When you ask the gentleman about it, all you get is a shrug. Food was okay, but nothing more. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right.

We had currywurst potatoes and the truth is that they were delicious, very tasty and in great quantity. The only thing was that the music was a little loud.

Food can also be ordered on the screen, which makes the choice easier. Only service could be a little more polite and orderly.

Drink selection does not correspond to the menu (operating computer) I also received the wrong food. You could avoid annoying comments when returning the deposit. Don't go... you'll just get annoyed.

Had an injury with blood and politely asked if you had a plaster! Answer: unfriendly no we didn't??? Shouldn't every store have a first aid kit?? The two immigrants at the counter looked very stressed. What's wrong with humanity "French fries"?!

Friendly staff attentive to requests, top fast food, hyper-competitive menu. A little attention to the cleanliness of the tables in the shop, but they are particular.

The staff was unhelpful when I asked questions. I ordered thick fries but got thin ones instead. The only good thing about it was that the fries were made fresh to order so they were hot & crispy. Good if you want something filling and quick but not the best.

I expected more, a fast food restaurant like the others. The quality is no better than the mc, very few seats and mediocre sandwich for what you pay

We ordered different meals and they were all great, including the vegetarian burgers. We also enjoyed the fries. However, there was a problem on the ordering machine. I made the order and paid, but the machine did not give me the receipt, only a small paper with the order number. So the man was still asking me, where is my receipt, like it was my fault that the machine did not print it. Finally he gave me my order, but it was such an embarrassing moment.

A fast food restaurant based on the purity of the traditional currywurtz sausage, a rich variety of sauces, good and inexpensive dishes, good service.

I cycled through the rain for 15 minutes to pick up my TooGoodtoGo order, only for the store to be closed. The pick-up time and loading were correct, but the thing was closed. I got my money back, but it was still a shame

If i had chance to give minus for service i would have given that. Their was one guy without beard and fat , so much disrespectful. He was behaving like he is favouring us by making burger. So bad manners. Never going anymore.

Way too expensive. Sausage, fries, drink €12. Doner kebab for €9.50 with a drink fills you up :-)

My visit to fries friends This little snack seems ridiculous at first glance, but it's actually great! If you wind your way to the counter, you can see the beautiful structure of it decorated snacks. This snack bar is hard to reach by car as it is a pedestrian street and is in the city, so there is not much parking space either. But it is perfectly accessible by public transport. If you don't live near here, you don't have to worry, as there are French fries friends everywhere in Munich! Finally you see the menu. Lots of dishes like fries, burgers, currywurst or even children's menus. The food here is also Halal (Muslim proper), which costs €0.50 extra. Vegetarians hardly have anything to eat here apart from fries. The currywurst is very tasty and tastes great. The burger is very juicy with the perfectly grilled patty, crispy lettuce, fresh tomatoes and lukewarm bread. Everything melts at the tip of your tongue. Together with the fries it is the perfect combination. Now about the staff. The staff is reasonably friendly and polite, but they do not pay attention to specific instructions such as no salad. For “fast food” the food here is clearly overpriced. Overall, my visit was enjoyable. Recommended.

Delicious fries, curry sausages and burgers, all in different versions with delicious sauces/dips.

Loved the fries! They were thin and crispy! We ordered loaded barbecue bacon fries. The bacon was too crispy but overall the taste was good. The topping was generous. You get to choose your own dips and there are some 12 options! Would come here again just to try different kinds of fries. Don’t plan this place for a full fledged lunch or dinner place. This is more like on the go finger food.

It would be good to wipe the tables more often with a clean cloth, the currywurst and fries are really as they should be. Chef isn't that nice now, it's enough to eat...👍

Mediocre restaurant. They forgot my order and ir took forever to get dish with a bunch of fries with sauce and a minimum portion of sausage. Money wasted. I recommend to avoid this place

Me sirvieron una hamburguesa con el queso sin deretir, aunque estaba muy buena. Me gasté 14 euros en un menú y no me dieron ni servilletas. La actitud de los camareros es un poco desafiante.

Absolutně nejhorší občerstvení, v kterém jsme kdy jedli. Pití Vám prodají jen ve skleněné otevřené láhvi a nedostanete na vyžádání ani brčko, ani skleničku, ani kelímek. A co děti, které neumí pít z tlusté skleněné láhve? Mají smůlu. Jsou bez pití, když jim ho nemáte do čeho nalít. Když chcete pivo, tak si ho nesmíte koupit k jídlu, protože pivo vám naopak prodají jen v zavřené skleněné lahvi určené k odnosu a ne místní konzumaci. Majonéza na hranolky, která je k volnému odběru byla odporně hnusná. Jídlo jsme neměli ještě ani dojedené a už přišel pracovník a chtěl nám tácky s nedojedeným jídlem odnést, ačkoliv podnik byl poloprázdný. Personál neochotný, protivný a se strašlivou němčinou. Tady už jíst nikdy nebudeme, je to nejhorší gastronomický zážitek, jaký jsme kdy zažili. Lidé, co tento podnik provozují by absolutně neměli pracovat ve službách a dělat gastrobyznys. Bylo to něco opravdu strašného. Ještě teď, po dvou měsících, se nám při vzpomínce na toto zařízení dělá špatně.

Il cibo é buono per quello che é, ottime le patatine. I prezzi sono economici e hanno anche alcune opzioni senza glutine (specificate nel menù). La cosa brutta è che non c’è il bagno, cosa assurda.

Our usual order from Pommes Freunde joint would be sweet potato fries and normal fries. The sweet potato fries as-usual were super good and crunchy Normal fries were bit salty. Not sure how anyone can mess up the fries Would never order the plant based nuggets again- the taste was very bad and also they were super hard to bite. Would not recommend 👎🏻

Convenience : very well located small restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. My order : cheeseburger with fries and cola Price : 13-14 euros Great food ! The burger was delicious and the fries were very salty and well cooked. Multiple free sauce available wich is great ! Seating is limited and the place was very busy. The staff were also in a rush wich made my experience less enjoyable. Also the guy taking my order did not speak english. Still, recommended 👍🏻

Niesłychanie dobre burgery, z szeroką gamą wegetariańskich wariantów. Bardzo dużo sosów do wyboru, w wygodnej formule (dozowniki). Ceny są przystępne, obsługa miła oraz lokalizacja pozwalająca odpocząć w trakcie zwiedzania najważniejszych miejsc.

Pommes sind ziemlich versalzen und überwiegend recht weich. Portion ist aber ausreichend.

Locale informale nel centro di Monaco, strapieno il weekend. Molti i menù tra cui scegliere, anche se non si tratta esattamente di cucina tipica. Ambiente piccolo, forse un poco soffocante con tanta gente dentro. Il responsabile parla pochissimo inglese e il suo collega proprio zero, per chiedere di potersi sedere e scegliere un qualcosa prima di ordinare ci abbiamo messo dieci minuti parlando "inglese". Una volta mostrate le immagini del menu in realtà abbiamo trovato un punto di svolta e la cena è stata anche piacevole. Cibo molto buono, consiglio il classico Bratwurst con tutte le salsine gratis che si possono mettere dentro. Salsine che oltretutto si possono prendere in autonomia da un erogatore, super utile.

Es gibt in München bessere "Pommes Dealer". Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass bei der bekannten Lage die Preise noch sehr moderat sind und es eine super Auswahl an Sossen gibt, nicht nur die in Deutschland üblichen Klassiker. Die Currywurst hat gut geschmeckt, aber die Hauptspeise, die Pommes, waren recht labrig und fast gar nicht gewürzt. Daher habt es von mir hier 2P. Abzug. Last but not least - der Service war echt nett und ist allen Sonderwünsche nachgekommen.

Hatten Lust auf eine Bratwurst, die Wurst war lecker,aber wieso berechnet man das Semmel separat mit 0,80€ ab,ist uns leider erst später aufgefallen, finde ich nicht in Ordnung, sonst waren die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich
