Ruff's Burger @ Foodlounge Parkstadt in München

Wir wollten vor unserem Flug in München noch ein letztes Mal ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant besuchen. Das Personal war unglaublich unhöflich. Wir sind dann woanders hingegangen – sehr enttäuschend.

20min für einen Burger ist halt einfach zu lange, wenn nichts los ist.

Leckeres Essen (ich hatte das Burger-Mittagsmenü mit Pommes und Getränk) und netter Service. Essen kam schnell und es war nicht überfüllt.

Wir waren zufällig vor Ort und nach einem Blick auf die Speisekarte war klar- heute gibt es Burger. Wir Dorfkinder standen vor dem "To-Go" Bestell Terminal und waren verwirrt, dass es nur zum mitnehmen geben sollte. Ein Mitarbeiter unterbrach seine Pause und hat uns geholfen ☺️ Das Essen war lecker, die Bedienung war schnell und super freundlich - fast schon familiär 😉. Das Essen war mega. Wenn wir wieder mal in München sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nach 20-minütiger Wartezeit wurde mir gesagt dass „der Beleg verloren gegangen ist“. Danach wurde ich informiert dass der Blauschimmelkäse aus sei. Wieso schafft man sich ein teures Gerät zur elektronischen Bestellung an, wenn kein Austausch zwischen dem System und der Küche besteht? Mein Smash-Burger war übrigens nicht gut.

Soweit sehr zu empfehlen. Burger sind groß, saftig und geschmacklich gut abgestimmt. Service ist viel besser und aufmerksamer geworden, nachdem eine gewisse Mitarbeiterin nicht mehr hier arbeitet. Portion Pommes war auch groß aber die Sauce war etwas wenig. Da vermisst man die Saucen direkt am Tisch, wie bei Hans im Glück. Immerhin gibt's weitere Sauce gratis dazu.

Essen sehr gut Kellner sehr freundlich bis auf die zweite Kellnerin hat mein Essen vergessen und der erste Kellner musste das dann machen. Essen sehr gut Ambiente hat mir auch gefallen nur zum empfehlen.

Wartezeiten sind unmöglich! Auch bekommen Gäste alles zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten!

Freundlicher Service, nettes Ambiente und gutes Essen.

Wir waren heute zu Gast bei Ruff's Burger und wurden leider enttäuscht. Der Tisch war nicht gewischt und klebrig, aber das kann ja mal passieren. Nachdem wir unsere Bestellung aufgegeben haben, wurde das Essen, bis auf die Soßen, korrekt zum Tisch gebracht. Der Burger war sehr lecker, allerdings gleichzeitig auch sehr fettig. Die Pommes waren okay und es handelte sich um eine große Portion. Etwas überrascht war ich über den Kommentar, dass "wir die Soßen ha gar nicht gegessen hätten" - erstens waren die 2 Soßen falsch (eine war BBQ statt Ketchup & Honey mustard), zweitens dippt nicht jeder seine Pommes triefend nass in den großen Soßenbecher. Was zur Geduldsprobe wurde waren leider die bestellten Getränke, die vollkommen ignoriert und erst nach 25 Minuten auf Nachfrage geliefert wurden, hier wurde die Schuld auf den Kollegen an der Bar gegeben. Nicht Mal 10 Minuten nachdem wir unsere (großen!!) Getränke bekommen haben, wurden wir darauf hingewiesen das der Laden jetzt schließt, das war knapp 50 Minuten vor offiziellem Ladenschluss und wir würden bei vorheriger Bestellung nicht drauf hingewiesen. Hätte man uns die Getränke pünktlich geliefert, wäre das vermutlich auch kein Problem gewesen. To-Go Behälter wurden erst nach zweifacher Nachfrage gegeben. Die Playlist und das allgemeine Ambiente und die Lage waren in Ordnung, aber vom Service sind wir sehr enttäuscht worden. Schade!

Waren vor dem Architects Konzert dort essen, 3 andere Gruppen hatten die selbe Idee. Auf einmal macht der Laden Doomsday von Architects auf die Lautsprecher. Hammer! Essen war schnell, lecker und sättigend, und für München auch ganz günstig.

To go dauert ehwig, der eine „Koch“ ist schwerst überfordert, meckert Auslieferungsfahrer an. Abends besser nichts am Terminal bestellen wenns schnell gehen soll.

Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unsere Getränke und auf unser Essen gewartet. Extrem unfreundliche Bedienung, die uns bei Nachfrage einfach nur angemotzt hat.

40 Minuten vergeblich auf einen einfachen Caesarsalat gewartet zum Mitnehmen. Finger weg!

Waren Mittags dort und haben über eine Stunde auf Getränke und Essen gewartet. Als wir nachfragten wann wir mit den Getränken und Essen rechnen können, wurde uns extrem unfreundlich gesagt, dass wir uns hinsetzen sollen und warten bis jemand kommt. Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Am 27. August 2025 wollten wir nach einem 17-stündigen Flug einen Burger essen gehen. Müde von der Reise, erwarteten wir einen so unverschämten Service nicht. Mein Mann und ich reisen viel, aber so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt: Schon bei der ersten Begegnung warf uns die erste Kellnerin die Speisekarten förmlich vor die Füße. Später kam eine zweite Kellnerin, um die Getränkebestellung aufzunehmen, die auf den ersten Blick freundlicher wirkte. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung – wir bestellten zwei Cheeseburger mit Rindfleisch und einen Barbecue-Burger. Wir bezahlten mit Karte, und die zweite Kellnerin wies uns unhöflich darauf hin, dass Trinkgeld nicht inbegriffen sei. Mein Mann bot an, bar Trinkgeld zu geben, wenn das in Ordnung sei, doch die Kellnerin knallte das Kartenterminal wütend auf den Tisch und ging einfach weg. Unglaublich! Vielleicht sollten Sie überlegen, Ihr Personal auszutauschen, damit Sie Ihre Kunden nicht verlieren.

Zwei Kellnerinnen. Eine warf die Speisekarte auf den Tisch und ging einfach. Sie hatte keinerlei Lust zu arbeiten oder Gäste zu bedienen. Die zweite kam, um die Rechnung zu bringen, und warf das Kartenlesegerät ebenfalls auf den Tisch. Werfen die in diesem Restaurant etwa mit Dingen um sich? Eine absolute Katastrophe! Ich kann dieses Restaurant niemandem empfehlen. Das Essen war kalt und wurde ohne Servietten und Besteck serviert. Gehen Sie lieber woanders hin.

Es war dort wirklich köstlich. Ich habe die Penne Speziale gewählt, und mein Partner entschied sich für Spaghetti Bolognese, dazu gab es einen Beilagensalat. Der Salat war wunderbar frisch und sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Die Hauptspeisen waren ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen. Der Service war zudem äußerst freundlich. Dies verdient ohne Zweifel fünf Sterne.

Am Bestellterminal wird groß damit geworben, dass das Essen in fünf Minuten fertig ist – was für jemanden in der Mittagspause natürlich ein Pluspunkt wäre. Leider stimmt das in der Realität gar nicht: Ich habe mehrfach über 20 Minuten warten müssen. Für die eher hohen Preise ist das enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeitenden in der Küche wirken dabei nicht besonders motiviert, obwohl scheinbar genug Personal vorhanden ist. Der Service ist insgesamt nicht gut, das Essen kommt oft deutlich zu spät.

Ewig auf das Essen „to go“ gewartet. Dann die Hälfte nicht fertig.

Es wurden zum wiederholten Male die Anmerkungen zur Bestellung ignoriert. Fleisch war halb so klein wie der Burger Patty, und es war viel zu viel Sauce. Wahrscheinlich um das fehlende Fleisch auszugleichen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Freundliche Bedienung und guter Burger 🍔

Als wir hereinkamen, ignorierte uns die erste Kellnerin. Als wir zur Bar gingen, sagte die Kellnerin, sie hätten zu viele Gäste, obwohl die Hälfte des Restaurants leer war, und sie sprach ziemlich unhöflich.

Eine äußerst unhöfliche Kellnerin, die sich nicht einmal entschuldigen konnte, weil sie zu beschäftigt war, um zu bedienen (etwa 50 % der Tische waren besetzt).

Netter Laden mit tollen Burgern und super freundlichem Personal. Super Ort zum Mitnehmen. Super schnell und lecker!

Das Personal war selbst 30 Minuten vor Ladenschluss noch sehr zuvorkommend (anderswo wird man kurz vor Feierabend oft unfreundlich behandelt). Wir hatten köstliche Burger, Pommes und Limonade – alles wurde schnell serviert. Vielen Dank an Marco und (leider habe ich ihren Namen nicht gehört) an die Dame mit den wunderschönen roten Locken!

Lange Wartezeit Guter Burger Aber der Blauschimmelkäse-Burger hatte nicht einmal Spuren von Blauschimmelkäse.

40 Minuten Wartezeit für einen Burger, obwohl nur 10 Leute im Lokal waren. Sie haben die Bestellung verwechselt und die falschen Zutaten in den Burger getan.

Anstatt dem bestellten Veganen Patty, war ein Fleischpatty im Burger. Das ist für einen Vegetarier milde ausgedrückt echt nicht angenehm, wenn man das erst nach dem 2-3 Bissen merkt. Wir hatten 2 mal veganes Patty bestellt und konnten deshalb vergleichen, das andere Patty war richtig (vegan).

The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. You can sit comfortably and enjoy your meal.

The service is incredibly slow and seems very unfriendly and annoyed. I left after waiting 10 minutes for service.

We went out to dinner with my girlfriend and our baby and received excellent service from Marco. He was incredibly friendly to our baby, even bringing him a glass of water and a bowl of pasta so he could share dinner with us—all at no extra charge. The Bolognese pasta we ordered was delicious, and the atmosphere on the terrace was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!

Super nice staff, great atmosphere with a really modern look, spotless clean and many tables inside and outside they also play some nice music. Service is really fast. The burgers are special and fingerlicking good. The fries are big and perfectly crunchy.

Delicious food! The price-quality ratio is excellent and the service excels in old-fashioned service and real customer focus. Definitely recommended.

Burger and 2 pizzas ordered to take away, after 25 minutes the burger was ready, the two pizzas were forgotten and only then ready, The result was a tasty but cold burger. The pizzas were otherwise good

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I witnessed the cook use her bare hands to handle meat, bread, salad and bacon- no food gloves were used. I witnessed her do two rounds of making burgers in this way, handling both cooked and uncooked meat. She also had her very long hair (down to her butt) not tied back and up and I witnessed her tie her hair after wiping her hands on her hoodie and then returning to handle the food bare hands! Yes that’s right! So disgusting. She also then went out for a fag, and came back into the back kitchen with freezer /fridge boxes and handled uncooked - what looked like chicken for chicken burgers, yes you guessed it- with her bare hands and then proceeded directly to the front open visible kitchen and handle food - yes cooked and raw uncooked meat and salad with the same unclean, not washed bare hands. I’m so serious this place is so disgusting even though we thought it looks clean when we arrived there!! Our glasses were filth with sticky dirt inside and our and when we raised the poor food hygiene handling with the waiter he said he would tell her- clearly he didn’t because she proceeded to make another round of food in the same manner. I also saw her do it. I’m so disgusted by it and it’s only a matter if time before someone gets food poisoning! I’m writing this after going there for lunch. So this review is written on the day of the incident. If you’re there now- observe how this female cook mal handles the food!! I will now be contacting the health and food agency! Added: my husband and I have now received a reply from the health and hygiene standards agency and have confirmed our observations themselves. They have taken further action although in practical terms we do not know how this will be followed up. We will in any case stay away from this place- we have totally lost trust in them.

Unfortunately the stay was a bit disappointing. We waited a total of 1:15 hours for our food. Guests who arrived far after us received their orders first. The service became unfriendly and rude when they pointed out the missing side dishes. Food was okay, nothing special.

The quality of the pizza isn't even half as good as a frozen pizza! I ordered through Uber Eats. On top of that, she was ice cold. When I asked for my money back it just said. Unfortunately no refunds are currently possible. An absolute disgrace!

A fantastic concept. Super tasty burgers and various pizzas and pasta. We were also thrilled with the homemade lemonade. Five stars, any time again.

Service: The service seemed rather unnerved during my visit. A customer had apparently ordered a burger with mayonnaise, which was delivered without and went back to the kitchen - the lady behind the counter put on a huge show, including acoustics, and was very upset about it. Didn't seem particularly professional... About the food: It was rock solid, even if the price was higher than the competition. The amount of fries was just right considering the price for this extra.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller. I've ordered several times and was really impressed the first few times. But now the portion has become so small that I can't really feel full anymore. Of course the price remained the same. At the beginning there was between 700-750g of food each time. Today it was only 429g. Really a shame.

Today I ordered Mexican fries to go. They looked terrible and burned. I threw them away. How can they give people so bad food.

Unfortunately I am very disappointed with my order. I had expressly stated that my burger should be without pickles and with bacon - I even paid €1.80 extra for the bacon. But when I received my order, there were pickles on the burger and the bacon I paid for was completely missing. It's annoying when you pay money for extras and then they aren't delivered. Receiving the opposite of what I wanted (pickles that I had specifically unsubscribed from) also makes the experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this leaves me with a bad impression and I hope the restaurant pays more attention to orders in the future.

Extremely tasty burgers and fries, for anyone who wants to eat premium burgers, Ruffs Burger is a very good choice. By the way, the pizza is also recommended.

Waited 45 minutes for 4 meals. When asked, I got a lousy excuse. All around us, guests were being served. It seems like there was a mistake but no one is willing to acknowledge it.

The FoodLounge is a great restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The combination of the 3 concepts is implemented very well, so that the selection of dishes appears very varied. When I entered I was greeted warmly and I received the drink I ordered very quickly. In general, I have nothing to complain about in terms of service, because it was more than good. The employees are relaxed and understand how to have a bit of fun. The avocado burger tasted very good and the pizzas at the neighboring table also looked very appetizing. All in all, I can only recommend the FoodLounge!

Top food, whether it's burgers or pizza... top. Cool atmosphere and nice staff. Absolutely recommended.

We waited over 30 minutes for 2 burgers. When we got to the office we had to throw them away because the meat was way too raw. It feels like biting into raw minced meat.

4 of us had lunch today. The burgers were very, very good, one of them was veggie. The fries are amazing. The operating staff was prompt, even though it was very busy. We come to eat more often now.

Arrived at 8:32 p.m. and we were told the kitchen closed at 8:30 p.m. Too bad...

The location is very unpleasantly loud. The service was very lackadaisical (to put it mildly) and we waited about 55 minutes for our food - not suitable for a work lunch.

I really like this place, their food and all the work that the staff put in to run the show. Hats off. They are kind and helpful - German / English doesn't matter. Burgers, pasta and/or pizza - all tasty and fresh. Sometimes you need to wait a bit to get a seat or service - but the whole place is full at once, all of a sudden. Better to go after 13:30. Or reserve a table or two. I can recommend the place to anybody - they also have nice vegetarian/vegan options.

I have no idea what the food is like. We came when the shop was empty. Many have come after us. After over an hour still no food.

First you wait quite a long time (a good 25 minutes) for the food to arrive, the restaurant was almost empty (4 tables occupied). Then everything came swimming in fat (fries, pizza bread, Spag. Carbonara), the chicken burger was a sad composition of a dry bun, a frozen patty and a leaf of lettuce, a slice of cucumber and a piece of tomato. It was also cold, logically, given the waiting time. The amount of fries was equivalent to a small cardboard bowl. In total we paid €65 for 1 burger, 1x Spag.Carbonara, 1x Spag.Bolognese, 1x Garlic Fries, 1 pizza bread and 3 drinks.

I ordered two pizzas via Uber Eats and they arrived completely burnt (see pictures). It's unbelievable how you can deliver something like that.

Nice burger Restaurant that also offers italian cousin. Food was good, service was kind & very fast - price/performance is great!

Very nice little location in the middle of the residential area. Small menu with a nice selection. Very nice and attentive service.

Food: Delicious burgers, especially the BBQ burger with an extra patty. Unfortunately, the truffle fries are quite expensive considering that they are drowning in flavored oil. Here it is better to use the truffled mayo and order normal fries. Prices: Generally not cheap, but the quality and taste of the food is good. Drinks also tend to be expensive, as the Paulaner Spezi only comes in 0.33l. Service: Attentive and friendly Ambience: The burger shop runs together with a provider of Italian food and is part of a so-called food court in a shopping center. Nevertheless, you can sit here well and linger for a while. However, there is a high volume of visitors at lunchtime

Hygiene incident!!! When I ordered a pizza to take away today, I noticed that the waitress at the pizza station was wearing latex gloves. When she ran out of pineapple, she got a new bowl and was briefly stopped by a colleague from the wait staff. He reached into the bowl with his hands, took something and put it in his mouth. The colleague then went to the “Foodlounge” bar and prepared it, after sneezing again into a napkin and not disinfecting his hands afterwards. Not even after I asked him about it. The staff here should urgently be trained on the subject of hygiene... Terribly disgusting... The time I was there was around 11:40. I worked in the catering industry myself and led teams, something like that is completely unacceptable! Especially at a place like this, where tons of people come from the surrounding offices for lunch...

Disappointing service and poor quality Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to Ruff’s Burger & Ciao Bella in Parkstadt Schwabing. Even though it was empty at lunchtime, our order took a very long time to arrive. The pizza in particular was soggy and barely edible, the BBQ burger was ok. Despite the empty store, service was slow and inattentive. It's a shame because the restaurant has potential, but at this point Unfortunately it didn't work out that day. Unfortunately, the bad experience wasn't good...

Extremely long waiting times. We were twice in the restaurant and had to wait over an hour for our food. The waiter has simply forgotten us. Now we ordered food to pick up. The order should have been ready in an hour. As we came for the pickup after the hour, they just started preparing the order.

Great friendly service, gigantic burgers and very tasty fries! We were most happy about the gluten-free burger buns.

Unfortunately, food always takes forever, today it didn't come at all. Price performance is not right, salads are very small.

I work close by so visit this place regularly. It's a three-in-one restaurant, so you can have either Pizza / pasta or bowls / Burgers. I usually have the burgers, as they are pretty good and nice looking. The fries are crispy and good as well. Price wise, this is not cheap - for a Cheeseburger with fries + a Radler I've paid about €21 - but with this place being in a prime environment with lots of offices and the seating usually being full during lunch hours, this shows that the prices are reasonably set to attract plenty of customers. Myself, I'm happy to have this option to go out once in a while if I want to have a proper lunch break with coworkers.

Ate cheeseburgers and fries around 5 p.m. today. Lukewarm meat, potatoes not cooked through. The waitress came from the kitchen wearing an apron and there were dishes not tidied up on many of the tables. Since the little Turkish girl left, everything hasn't been going as it should here.

Were there for the first time today. Ordered 3 burgers, fries and pizza. 2 burgers, fries and pizza were really good. Then the third burger was a bbq burger. I've already eaten one or two burgers in my life. But what I got today. For my taste it was the best of my life!! Hats off. The service was really nice. It was definitely not the last time we were there.

Super tasty food, brought quickly, well prepared. That's how it has to be. Really highly recommended. Also nice to sit outside.

Great service and great food, absolutely recommended

The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. and the mis en place is only prepared at this time. When we asked how long the fries would take (we'd already waited 7 minutes, the fries weren't even in the deep fryer), we were given a mushy answer that we had to wait. The meal voucher was ignored for a while. We were the only one ordering to go. Normally we are satisfied with the service, but the lady in the kitchen always reacts unfriendly. Hence the review this time.

Unfortunately, one of the two pizzas was not fully baked. Visually and tastefully okay. Service very bad, long waiting time for waiter. Very high surcharge for extras on pizzas such as ham, mushrooms…

The worst treatment I don't recommend, I asked to sit outside and he told me it's okay, but it's going to be self-service, I paid, when we came to the food. Someone named ( LION )came to me and said you can't sit here and pick up your food or I'll call the police! Someone told me to sit and someone else said no! I hope to take care of the employees' dealings with customers❌❌

I asked to sit in the outdoor sessions and the waiter told me that I could sit in it, but with self-service, then I said OK, I cleaned the table myself, and I paid, and I brought the dishes myself, and I brought the order myself. Suddenly the boss went out or I don't know what it was , his name ( lion) and asked us to leave the restaurant, and the reason is that the order is take Away. I told him about the waiter's talk and that he told me to order take away , and sit outside, and he said “ I don’t care what he said, Get out or I will ask the police” What!!!! Why he didn’t told me that before i order and before i take the dishes and before i pay !!! Then after all that when i reach to the hotel it was the order missing !!!!! Very bad treatment towards tourists and Arabs

Update 7-2024: Stressed staff, pizza tasted like a frozen pizza That was nothing. ----_ Good selection between three different providers, friendly and fast service

Foodcourt is located in the Rewe shopping center in Parkstadt Schwabing. Food: What is particularly impressive here is the selection, because in addition to pasta, pizzas, burgers and salads, there are also delicious bowls and toasts. There is a large selection for vegetarians and vegans, I can particularly recommend the Farmer Bowl with Planted Kebap, but the vegetarian burgers are also great. Service: Nice and quick service, depending on how busy you should allow for a little waiting time for food and drinks. Ambiance: Both indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, cozy and chic, but without any particular charm.

We went for lunch with several colleagues (more than 8 people) and made reservations in advance. After receiving the menu and ordering, it took us about 15-20 minutes. The drinks are received and after approx. 1 hour. eating which definitely took too long. The food (salad, burgers, bowls) tasted great but the portion size of the bowls and burgers was a bit meager and the prices for Munich were apparently reasonable.

What a great restaurant. The service is really very accommodating and is open to every customer request. I would particularly like to highlight Mara, who served us very friendly. We'll be back! PS: The brownie was delicious! PPS: The espresso too!

Today we had lunch with 12 people in the food lounge and it was a complete disaster. The staff was completely overwhelmed. How can you only assign two waitresses to a shift at lunchtime when there are so many office complexes all around? Even the kitchen provided some assistance in serving out the food. Some of the group received their food at different times, some of the food had been at the station for so long that it was already cold (spaghetti carbonara / avocado toast with egg). The food was already at the stations but wasn't brought to the table until one of my colleagues got the food herself. Our lunch break lasted a total of 1.5 hours. Speaking of avocado toast with egg (price – 12.90 EUR): I ordered without egg because I just don't like eating it. What did I get? One (!) really small slice of bread (a little bigger than the palm of your hand) and half an avocado. Not only did it look bland, but the portion was for the hollow tooth and just an appetizer. Since I left out the egg, I actually thought I would pay less. On the bill there was a little pile of misery with 12.90 EUR on it. I politely asked the waitress whether that was correct (not just because of the portion size, but because I also left something out). She went to the shift manager - who, by the way, has to rethink and optimize the deployment of staff at lunchtime - to consult and quickly came back with the news that the price remains at EUR 12.90, which was my decision to leave it out. If I had been informed BEFORE that the price would remain the same even if I omitted something, I would of course have changed my mind. That didn't happen. I'm glad I didn't have to pay an extra euro for the "additional change". The staff can't help it, I know that, that's why I stayed friendly. We don't normally eat burgers outside the house because they're often too dry and boring and expensive. But here it's different: juicy, medium-fried burgers, very tasty sauces, unusual side dishes. Very nice service, recommended.
