Mega tasty burger and also great for the price. The service was also great!

Unfortunately, food always takes forever, today it didn't come at all. Price performance is not right, salads are very small.

I work close by so visit this place regularly. It's a three-in-one restaurant, so you can have either Pizza / pasta or bowls / Burgers. I usually have the burgers, as they are pretty good and nice looking. The fries are crispy and good as well. Price wise, this is not cheap - for a Cheeseburger with fries + a Radler I've paid about €21 - but with this place being in a prime environment with lots of offices and the seating usually being full during lunch hours, this shows that the prices are reasonably set to attract plenty of customers. Myself, I'm happy to have this option to go out once in a while if I want to have a proper lunch break with coworkers.

Ate cheeseburgers and fries around 5 p.m. today. Lukewarm meat, potatoes not cooked through. The waitress came from the kitchen wearing an apron and there were dishes not tidied up on many of the tables. Since the little Turkish girl left, everything hasn't been going as it should here.

Were there for the first time today. Ordered 3 burgers, fries and pizza. 2 burgers, fries and pizza were really good. Then the third burger was a bbq burger. I've already eaten one or two burgers in my life. But what I got today. For my taste it was the best of my life!! Hats off. The service was really nice. It was definitely not the last time we were there.

We recommend. Burgers are large, juicy and well balanced in terms of taste. A burger is not recommended and the service on August 1st wasn't particularly good either. You had to get the drinks yourself at the bar because no one came to the table even though there was nothing going on. The portion of fries was also large but the sauce was a bit small. You miss the sauces right at the table, like at Hans im Glück. At least there's more sauce for free. Service is nice and courteous. The Order Cube is a great thing

Unfortunately, one of the two pizzas was not fully baked. Visually and tastefully okay. Service very bad, long waiting time for waiter. Very high surcharge for extras on pizzas such as ham, mushrooms…

The restaurant opens at 11:30 a.m. and the mis en place is only prepared at this time. When we asked how long the fries would take (we'd already waited 7 minutes, the fries weren't even in the deep fryer), we were given a mushy answer that we had to wait. The meal voucher was ignored for a while. We were the only one ordering to go. Normally we are satisfied with the service, but the lady in the kitchen always reacts unfriendly. Hence the review this time.

The worst treatment I don't recommend, I asked to sit outside and he told me it's okay, but it's going to be self-service, I paid, when we came to the food. Someone named ( LION )came to me and said you can't sit here and pick up your food or I'll call the police! Someone told me to sit and someone else said no! I hope to take care of the employees' dealings with customers❌❌

I asked to sit in the outdoor sessions and the waiter told me that I could sit in it, but with self-service, then I said OK, I cleaned the table myself, and I paid, and I brought the dishes myself, and I brought the order myself. Suddenly the boss went out or I don't know what it was , his name ( lion) and asked us to leave the restaurant, and the reason is that the order is take Away. I told him about the waiter's talk and that he told me to order take away , and sit outside, and he said “ I don’t care what he said, Get out or I will ask the police” What!!!! Why he didn’t told me that before i order and before i take the dishes and before i pay !!! Then after all that when i reach to the hotel it was the order missing !!!!! Very bad treatment towards tourists and Arabs

Foodcourt is located in the Rewe shopping center in Parkstadt Schwabing. Food: What is particularly impressive here is the selection, because in addition to pasta, pizzas, burgers and salads, there are also delicious bowls and toasts. There is a large selection for vegetarians and vegans, I can particularly recommend the Farmer Bowl with Planted Kebap, but the vegetarian burgers are also great. Service: Nice and quick service, depending on how busy you should allow for a little waiting time for food and drinks. Ambiance: Both indoor and outdoor seating. Overall, cozy and chic, but without any particular charm.

We went for lunch with several colleagues (more than 8 people) and made reservations in advance. After receiving the menu and ordering, it took us about 15-20 minutes. The drinks are received and after approx. 1 hour. eating which definitely took too long. The food (salad, burgers, bowls) tasted great but the portion size of the bowls and burgers was a bit meager and the prices for Munich were apparently reasonable.

What a great restaurant. The service is really very accommodating and is open to every customer request. I would particularly like to highlight Mara, who served us very friendly. We will be back! PS: The brownie was delicious! PPS: The espresso too!

Today we had lunch with 12 people in the food lounge and it was a complete disaster. The staff was completely overwhelmed. How can you only assign two waitresses to a shift at lunchtime when there are so many office complexes all around? Even the kitchen provided some assistance in serving out the food. Some of the group received their food at different times, some of the food had been at the station for so long that it was already cold (spaghetti carbonara / avocado toast with egg). The food was already at the stations but wasn't brought to the table until one of my colleagues got the food herself. Our lunch break lasted a total of 1.5 hours. Speaking of avocado toast with egg (price – 12.90 EUR): I ordered without egg because I just don't like eating it. What did I get? One (!) really small slice of bread (a little bigger than the palm of your hand) and half an avocado. Not only did it look bland, but the portion was for the hollow tooth and just an appetizer. Since I left out the egg, I actually thought I would pay less. On the bill there was a little pile of misery with 12.90 EUR on it. I politely asked the waitress whether that was correct (not just because of the portion size, but because I also left something out). She went to the shift manager - who, by the way, has to rethink and optimize the deployment of staff at lunchtime - to consult and quickly came back with the news that the price remains at EUR 12.90, which was my decision to leave it out. If I had been informed BEFORE that the price would remain the same even if I omitted something, I would of course have changed my mind. That didn't happen. I'm glad I didn't have to pay an extra euro for the "additional change". The staff can't help it, I know that, that's why I stayed friendly. But the rating for the organization, the presentation of the food and the handling of changes is more than deserved. Even if those in charge don't care that there are 12 fewer Hanseln, unfortunately we were there last time.

We don't normally eat burgers outside the house because they're often too dry and boring and expensive. But here it's different: juicy, medium-fried burgers, very tasty sauces, unusual side dishes. Very nice service, recommended.

The service was wonderful. We were supported with all questions. Service was quick and we asked several times if we needed anything else without being intrusive. The food was good. We had a vegan burger and a meat cheeseburger. Plus the classic fries and the Mexican fries. Everything was lovingly prepared and the fries arrived at the table hot and crispy. The selection of vegan sauces is very good. The salsa had a pleasant spiciness and the guacamole was wonderful. The homemade green iced tea is unusual, but delicious if you like green tea. We were very happy with everything and would love to eat here again.

I recently had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant and I must say that the service from Mara and Eva was outstanding. Both waitresses were incredibly friendly and attentive. Not only did they take our orders quickly and correctly, but they also made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire stay. Mara gave us excellent advice and was always there when we needed something without being intrusive. Her friendly manner and her bright smile really enriched our evening. Eva was also very helpful and impressed us with her charming and professional manner. She made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us some great menu recommendations.

Meat is good so far, I ordered it via Uber. It's just wrapped in paper and the bag is half open. Despite a few minutes delivery time, the burgers were cold, the fries were undercooked and soggy. Maybe it's better to eat in the restaurant, we'll try it that way.

Service was friendly. Burgers were juicy and tasty. The Belgian fries were very good. Nice atmosphere and clean toilets.

Empty shop, after 20 minutes the first service was given and the card was brought. Then nothing again for 20 minutes. I left with an empty stomach because I have to go back to work. Never again.

Not satisfied with the food service: when a group orders together, the food should arrive all at the same time, we received one plate and, if I don’t wanna eat in front of my friends/ colleagues while they are still hungry, my food will be freezing when the other orders arrive.

I can't judge the food, but unfortunately the staff that served us was very unsympathetic and arrogant. After 20 minutes they didn't manage to bring our drinks even though there wasn't much going on. It seems there is a lack of attention. The waiter intentionally didn't even take our order. Only after over 20 minutes a very friendly woman came and asked us if we would like to order something. It's a shame that the owner has invested so much money but the staff is so arrogant. There should be a change in the service staff.

Food is delicious. But to go you have to wait over 20 minutes for a single burger and fries. That is to long. EDIT: It's a shame that despite cashless payment, the owner responds directly to a negative review with a law firm in order to have the review deleted by Google. Apparently I wasn't a customer, which was easily refuted thanks to paying with Visa. I was hoping for an answer from the owner. Keep your purchase receipts!

We were in the restaurant on Thursday March 28th and ordered burgers to break our fast. We were served by the waitress named Sam and were very impressed with her service. We mentioned that if possible we would like the food to be served at the time when we break our fast and that was no problem at all, super polite and respectful. The food was on time and very tasty. The food came quickly and was OK too. I had a vegetarian burger that was quite good, but the fries didn't impress me. The service was very good.

Order: Buddha Bowl Broccoli almost happy, rice ice cold and soggy, egg bottom dark and top slimy, water at the bottom of the bowl. Little seasoned. I left the food after tasting it. I wouldn't voluntarily go here again. Correction, had a burger on another day. It was good, like 7/10 points. But the bowl doesn't make up for it.

We had a very successful evening at a company event. From the reservation to the service on site, Sam looked after us very professionally and ensured our physical well-being. The service was great, we didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Despite there being 15 people in the group, we all received our food at the same time and the service staff were always attentive, so we didn't even have to wait to order something more. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit (or even several)!

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. I would go to Munich again just for that. It was really, really good. I had a very juicy cheeseburger with truffle fries and an elderberry lime lemonade. Tastes TOP! We also had very friendly and attentive service. Price-performance is right! We will be back!

The restaurant is part of a shopping center. Basically there are three different restaurants that share space and menu. Food is good and varied. Unfortunately, the waitresses seem a bit overwhelmed. They are very nice to customers, but are annoyed by their work and their colleagues.

Not a good experience. Food came cold and late (via Ubereats) and the bottle of burger was delivered or prepared incorrectly. Afterwards, my partner and I both had “stomach problems” (in plain English: diarrhea). When we tried to communicate with the restaurant by phone… I only got a mushy answer. I should come by at some point with the receipt and then I would get a new burger. So apparently customer satisfaction is very important here... so there was no compensation or apology for the cold food and the incorrectly delivered burger. The diarrhea was probably free.

Ich habe heute im Restaurant angerufen bezüglich einer Reservierung für Mittagessen für 14:30. Ich habe mit einer Dame telefoniert die sehr freundlich war und sofort zugesagt hat. Wir wurden sofort begrüßt und haben sogar ein Fensterplatz bekommen. Getränke kamen sofort (minz-limo und moccachino). Wir wurden sehr gut beraten bezüglich der Burger. Meine Freundin hat glutenunverträglichkeit. Ihr wurde alles ganz genau erklärt welche Zutaten im Avocado Burger enthalten sind. Sie wurde auch auf die pommes aufmerksam gemacht da sie sehr große Unverträglichkeit hat. Daraufhin wurde uns ein Beilagen Salat empfohlen. Kerne als topping wurden ausgelassen was ich sehr gut finde. Ich habe auch den Avocado burger gewählt. Es kamm prompt eine Empfehlung der Dame: Geiheimtip Spiegelei. Werden jedenfalls wieder kommen. Danke an die Dame mit lila Haaren, toller Service.

Der Service durch Lisa, die ihren ersten Arbeitstag hatte, war einfach großartig. Durch ihre sympathische und charmante Art hat sie uns unser erstes Essen in München versüßt und gezeigt, was Gastfreundschaft ist. Das Essen war sehr lecker und sowohl Vegetarisch/Vegane Gerichte als auch Fleisch Gerichte waren sehr gut zubereitet. Auf Allergien und Anpassungen der Gerichte wurde super eingegangen. 😊 Einziges Manko hier war, dass die Weihnachtliche Musik doch sehr laut war.

Außergewöhnlicher Service am ersten Arbeitstag! Von Herzen möchte ich mich bei der Kellerin Lisa bedanken, die uns während unseres Besuchs eine wirklich unvergessliche Bedienung bot. Trotz ihres ersten Arbeitstags überzeugte sie mit einer unglaublichen Sympathie und Aufmerksamkeit, die einfach ansteckend war. Mit ihrem erfrischenden Humor und ihrer unermüdlichen Höflichkeit verstand sie es, auch kleinere Herausforderungen spielend zu meistern und für jedes Anliegen die passende Lösung zu finden. Lisa hat nicht nur unseren Tag bereichert, sondern auch gezeigt, dass echte Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit den Unterschied ausmachen. Sie ist zweifellos eine Bereicherung für das Team und wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen! Herzlichen Dank Lisa und weiter so!

We just spent almost 2h at this place for a ‚quick lunch‘. Service is terrible. First, we had to reach out to them proactively to actually give up our order. Then it took 45 min for the first dish to arrive and another 20 min for the other person’s dish as they forgot to pick it up from the kitchen. Food was cold/medium warm and you could tell that the fried egg was in the pan for only a minimum of time. And to top it off, we were told after being there for almost 2h that they only take cash because of a blackout situation (fortunately, at least that turned out to be wrong info). Can’t recommend this place for a business lunch.

Ich hatte relativ spät eine Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt. Der Pizzabäcker war leicht angespannt und hat mir am Ende eine kaum durchgebackene Pizza übergeben. Hat leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Der Keller war sehr aufmerksam und hat die Unannehmlichkeiten versucht zu entschuldigen.

Burger was perfect. Only complaint I had to ask for the drinks separately due to not being made in the same kitchen area.

Der Service ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Man sollte mindestens 30 Minuten zur Erstellung des Burgers einplanen da die Angestellten es nicht auf die Reihe bekommen ihre Prozesse zu regeln. 10 Minuten nach Bestellung passiert erst einmal gar nichts. Dann, auf Nachfrage, wird dann man der Paddy drauf gelegt und dann dauert es dennoch ewig. Eine Zumutung. Immer wieder.

Einmalig in der Woche, habe ich mir eine warme Speise zum Mittagessen besorgen wollen. Um das Zeitbudget nicht weiter anzuspannen entschied ich mich für die Mitnahme-Option eines 'Chicken Burgers' ohne Bun. Preislich (10,90 EUR) ändert sich dadurch nichts, sparen würde ich nur an Kallorien und wie sich später herraustellen sollte: Nicht einmal an Zeit. 'Ruff's Burger' bietet dafür Salat. Als Beilage wählte ich 'Trüffel Fries' (6,90 EUR). Insgesamt also 17,80 EUR. Ein stolzer Preis, der gewisse Erwartungen mit sich bringt. Irgendwann konnte ich einen Mitarbeiter in der Küche dabei beobachten, wie er eine Art "Schnitzel" in die Friteuse hob. Nicht gerade die feine Art, dachte ich bei mir, aber immerhin schnell. Nach 10 Minuten kam eine eifrige Mitarbeiterin vorbei um mich, sowie alle anderen wartenden Kunden des Platzes zu verweisen da wir den Eingangsbereich blockieren würden. Da es im, genre-artig eingerichteten, Restaurant allerdings keinen dezidierten Wartebereich gibt, blieb die Situation entsprechend unübersichtlich. Dies stellte sich auch sehr bald heraus als die Leute, vor UND nach mir, unter einem gewissen Chaos ihre Bestellungen entgegen nehmen konnten. Scheinbar kennen die Angestellten in der Küche/Ausgabe die aktiven Bestellnummern nicht. Entweder wird das System nicht angewandt, oder es scheitert an einem technischen Mangel. Warum ein Schnitzel + eine Protion Pommes und vorbereiteter Salat länger als unterschiedliche Burger im Bun mit Beilagen dauern, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Nach ca. 15. Minuten schob mir ein Mitarbeiter eine Pappschale mit dem fertigen "Schnitzel auf Salat", zwei weiteren Plastikschalen und den knappen Worten "Chicken Burger" zu. Ich wies ihn freundlich darauf hin, dass meine Pommes noch offen stünden und deutete auf die Bestellliste meines Belegs. Er drehte wortlos ab und nahm eine Ladung Fritten um diese in die Friteuse zu bugsieren. Mir entfuhr ein unterdrücktes: "Das darf nicht wahr sein." Die eifrige Mitarbeiterin von vorher entgegnete spontan: "Was ist los? Warum beschwerst du dich so?" Da sie wohl kaum über die Fähigkeit besitzt mir meine verlorene Zeit zu kompensieren und ein Gespräch per "Du" in einer solchen Situation nichts Gutes vermuten lässt, winkte ich einfach ab und wartete auf meine "Fries". Nach 3 weiteren Minuten kam der Mitarbeiter mit einer Pappschale Pommes, wickelte diese sorgfältig in Papier und schob sie wortlos zum Rest meiner Bestellung. Da alle anderen Kunden zuvor ungefragt eine Tüte zum Transport bekamen, verlangte ich ebenfalls eine, um die fünf Schalen unbeschadet in mein Büro tragen zu können. Der Mitarbeiter tat dies ebenfalls wortlos. Im Büro machte ich mich an das Wichtigste: Den Verzehr! Der Salat war saftig und schmackhaft. Das Dressing war dezent, wurde durch Sesam, sowie Sonnenblumenkerne ergänzt. Soweit okay. Das "Schnitzel" jedoch war noch lauwarm aber knusprig. Dafür ist die Panade kaum gewürzt, was eher banal und langweilig wirkt. Insgesamt stellt sich die Frage wie der Preis von 10,90 EUR zustande kommen kann. Ein Stückerl Schnitzel zu frittieren, was gemäß der Karte, nicht einmal vom Bio-Hof zu stammen scheint, ist keine große Kunst. Das bekommt man drei Meter weiter beim Vinzenzmurr für die Hälfte und 5 Mal so schnell. Kommen wir zu den Pommes: Drei Minuten Fritte merkte man den dicken Stiften sehr an. Kaum kross, aber getränkt vom Trüffelöl vermissen sie vor allem Salz. Eine Enttäuschung! Kurzum: Ein Junk-Schnitzel (mit Salat) und labbrigen Pommes -> 18 Minuten -> knapp 18 Euro! Das kann man finden, wie man mag. Ich werde mir das kein zweites Mal antun.

Auf dem Weg in den Urlaub Zwischenstation in München gemacht, nach dem Zufallsprinzip was zum Abendessen gesucht und einen Volltreffer gelandet. Als Fleischfresser dennoch einen veganen Burger bestellt, mit Pommes, die Kinder auch, und hier sitzen gerade drei zufriedene Menschen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach München kommen dann gerne wieder hierher.

This is based on the Ruff's burger part, since that's all I've tried. This is basically 3 differently themed restaurants under one roof and is part of the Parkstadt Center. I only gave it a 3 for atmosphere because it's basically part of a business park, which is fine, but this is not going to be destination dining. I had the cheeseburger with garlic fries - the burger was good and delivered quickly the way I had asked for, but the fries were definitely the star of the show.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut. Pasta schmeckte, aber sehr kleine Portion für 15,90! Dazu kommt, dass die Küche mehrere Fehler bei den Gerichten gemacht hat und Zutaten vergessen wurden. Eine freundliche Entschuldigung seitens der Bedienung wäre professioneller als „Fehler passieren“ oder „Da kann ich nichts dafür“. Man hätte dann das Gericht rabattieren können und es wäre erledigt gewesen.

Die Burger waren sehr lecker. Mittwochs ist Burger-Tag.

Удобная концепция. И Cotidiano, и пицца, и бургеры... всё рядом! Очень вкусные сытные завтраки с 9 утра отменены 🤦🏻‍♀️. Время открытия изменилось… Но тут по-прежнему уютно. Много места внутри и снаружи. Обслуживание супер приветливое.

Three great restaurants in one place. Simple set on the table and order from any of the restaurants. The location is quite and easy to reach by the tram no 23. The food is very good and the staff was so friendly.
