NENI München in München

First of all: The food was well cooked and tasted nothing to complain about. But now this: I had the sea bass (fillet approx. 150-180g) with tomato sauce and a toasted slice of bread. To charge €31 for this on the lunch menu is a bit excessive - even if, as I said, everything was solidly prepared. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice - but I still won't have to have it any time soon.

Very nice atmosphere and extremely friendly service. However, we found the prices a bit too expensive compared to the quantity you get. We would still come back.

Food top and exceptional, served quickly. We had a very nice, friendly and hard-working waiter. We value such personal conditions despite stressful work. Thanks for that. Of course we'll be back.

The food was really delicious and there was a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. We ordered different dishes and shared them at the table. The prices are quite high, but the quality is very good. I would have liked the staff to ask for drinks more often when the glasses are empty. I think the water flat rate is great :)

Actually, we wouldn't have had a chance because of the time, but the employee was very friendly and pointed out to us that time was short but we would still be allowed to order. Zack, we did it and what was served to us was of the best quality and tasted the finest! We'll come back soon after making a reservation and order the entire menu up and down!!!

Nothing for a cozy evening. Service at the table was very friendly, but you were informed before the end of the meal that you had to pay now because others were waiting for the table. That just doesn't work...

What a great place. Went with colleagues that had variable dietary needs. The food was just outstanding, plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans, and plenty for carnivores. The beet hummus was just phenomenal, the mushroom shawarma was magnificent. The drink selection was great as well. It's nice to have this kind of option which offsets the heavy Bavarian food that is understandably prevalent in Munich. The service was just ok, but probably not all that different than most European restaurants. Can't wait to go back when I am in town again.

Food was outstanding and unique! The atmosphere is very intriguing and service was very prompt. Only complaint was our mains came at the same time as appetizers but for what we ordered it worked out to just be able to sample everything. Very diverse flavors and everything done exceptionally well. The potato skins were especially surprising and a must try and the best baba ghanoush I’ve ever had!

Four of us all ordered the balagan option. The whole experience was a culinary delight and a welcome break from octoberfest food. I normally dislike cerviche and kimchi and imagine my surprise to see them served together….and I yet I liked both from here. This restaurant and menu could hold up very well in my current home of Las Vegas (please open one here).

It’s light yet satisfying, making it a must-try. Special mention must go to Rafaella, who delivered exceptional service throughout the meal. Her professionalism and respect for guests made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of, and I have to say, she made the best coffee I’ve had in Munich. Smooth, aromatic, and perfectly brewed, it was the perfect end to a great meal. NENI Munich truly offers a culinary journey that’s worth experiencing, with top-tier service to match. Highly recommended!

Das Essen war lecker, der Service war freundlich und unaufdringlich. Gerne hätten wir den Tisch erst für etwas später reserviert, das ging jedoch nicht obwohl den ganzen Abend über einige Tische frei waren. Das war schade !

The food was good. However, it was very confusing that you can only get certain dishes in the café and others only in the restaurant.

Cool location despite the difficult location close to the main train station, integrated into a hotel. Service young and international, not super coordinated but motivated. Food is very tasty, but doesn't quite come close to traditional Israeli restaurants. But great drinks and a relaxed atmosphere.

The two stars are for the super nice waiter. The Mezze Trio is completely overpriced for what you get. Overall very high prices.

Always a highlight and worth a visit when traveling to Munich. The food is simply great, the various spices harmonize wonderfully with the freshness of the ingredients. The service has never disappointed and has always been there to your complete satisfaction. Reservations should be made as NENI is always well or fully occupied.

Ich war am 13 September bei neni zum Essen mit 4Frauen .Uns allen hat das Essen wie immer sehr gut geschmeckt .Der Service war grandios weil unsere junge Bedienung sehr sehr nett ,zuvorkommend und immer in unserer Nähe war wenn wir was wissen und nachbestellen wollten .Ich war jetzt schon in mehren Neni Restaurants gewesen und war jedesmal überrascht wie dasEssen schmeckt.Ich werde wieder ein NeniRestaurant besuchen und freue mich jedesmal darauf.Danke an die nette Bedieung und die Köche für das gute Essen und den schönen Abend .

The restaurant and bar are really great – great ambience and delicious food. However, there were major problems with the payment process. We were there as a group, and in the restaurant we had to calculate our own share and say it. Up in the bar it was similar: everyone either paid in cash or with a card. Why? Here too we had to calculate our own amount and the service seemed very annoyed and unfriendly. Unfortunately, that put a bit of a damper on what was otherwise a lovely evening.

The restaurant was packed & pumping when our group of 5 turned up - the Maitre’d was outstanding & found us a table in just over 20 minutes - he had said 20 minutes and at 20 minutes turned up with a complimentary glasses of bubbles describing that it would be a few minutes more. The waitress was amazing - fun, informative about the food/drink & efficient. She and the Maitre’d, who also somehow found time to circle back to check on us, really added to the experience. The food was first rate - we’d been to the Berlin branch and the quality was the same, but for us, the atmosphere & the staff in Munich much, much better!

The food was covered with a lot of spices to hide the taste of the chicken. If they had used fresh chicken ingredients, it would have turned out very excellent. Reheated falafel is very dry

The location is WOW. A warm, stylish atmosphere. The service is superlative. The greeting from the house with the freshly baked bread was a bomb! The chicken shawarma and the Jerusalem plate were delicious. Thank you for this beautiful experience. We'll be back.

Delicious European-Israeli cuisine in a great ambience and central location at Munich Central Station. You enter the restaurant or the hotel in general and you see so much attention to detail in everything. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is clean and the tables are neatly set. It's worth making a reservation, but spontaneous visits are also possible. We'll definitely be back - see you soon.

Super tasty and fresh food, just as you would expect from Neni. The restaurant is very nicely decorated so that you immediately feel at home. The staff is attentive and has the guest in mind. I will definitely come back!

Wir hatten das Menü für 2 Personen. Es war alles unglaublich lecker und sehr sehr viele Gerichte, die serviert wurden. Der Kellner hat uns wunderschön eine kleine Einweisung gegeben, wie es gekocht wurde und welche Gewürze darin verwendet wurden. Sehr sehr nettes Team und ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Ich habe selten so eine derart coole Location gesehen.🥰

Love Neni, the service is quick, food is delicious and for the Adele concerts they offered Adele themed postcards which was adorable.

Fine Israeli-Arabic cuisine is offered. Everything was delicious and excellent! Big compliment to the kitchen! The ambience and interior design were impressive. An unreserved recommendation, I’m already looking forward to the next time 🙂

Courteous service and great ambience. The food was really something special and tasted very good, although at €20-30 for the main courses it wasn't exactly cheap. It was very busy on Mondays at 6 p.m., so it makes sense to reserve.

Good restaurant. The wagy/lamb kebab was really good. As was the Korean fried chicken. The problem with the chicken was they only served 4 small nugget sized chicken with the meal. They could easily doubled it to 8 or even tripled to 12 without a problem. Especially for the price they are asking. Would we com back maybe.

Ein wirklich fabelhaftes süßes Restaurant. Gemütliche einladende Atmosphäre die so gemütlich ist, das man sich wie bei engen Freunden zuhause fühlt. Dazu tragen aber auch die Kellner und Kellnerinnen bei. Man fühlt sich nicht wie ein zahlender Gast. Sonder wie ein lieber Freund. Das Essen ist wirklich super lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Die Preise absolut in Ordnung da man mit jedem Bissen die Qualität der Produkte schmeckt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Es war wirklich wunderschön!

I have been to the Neni's in Hamburg, Vienna and Zurich before and now Munich - never disappoints! We went for the 3-mezze plate, hummus and wagyu beef, topped with the tahini ice cream.. LOVED it all! And great atmosphere :)

Had a fantastic experience at NENI Munich! The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Felix took great care of us, providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this place. The ambiance is gorgeous, and the music that day was spot on, adding to the overall vibe. Definitely worth a visit! PS: try the ceviche. Absolutely gorgeous.

Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, Ambiente, Service und natürlich das Essen waren Spitzenklasse. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Menü, von Allem kleine Portionen zum Probieren.

Too expensive for lunch. Had the chicken shawarma. This consists of a marinated, fried piece of chicken (probably from the thigh), garlic sauce, a few caramelized onions, all on a small bed of potatoes and some parsley on top. Taste: fits, but not a big kitchen either. Served in a single, not really large metal bowl. The ingredients were probably all quickly removed from (warm) containers because the dish arrived really quickly. (It wasn't really warm either.) Manufacturing costs a maximum of €5, I would say. I think the price of €24 is definitely too high for that. 12€ would be appropriate. I'm not coming for lunch anymore.

You will have a hard time finding a better place to eat in Munich. They have a great staff and you feel completely relaxed. That is just the beginning - the food is fantastic and they have a large selection of drinks. Great scene inside and a beautiful atrium structure. Do not miss this place if you are eating out in München.

Lovely resturant, maybe a bit too noisy but very nicely decorated. The food was slightly disappointing. I had the vegetarian option with aubergine, egg and falafel, it was extremely spicy to the point that was hard to enjoy or feel any flavour, the aubergine were chewy, the falafel were very dry and hard to cut even with a knife. Dessert was very good, we tried the sesame, date syrup, pecans and ice cream and I really recommend it, delicious. Such a shame for the mains, definitely room for improvement, way too expensive to walk out unsatisfied with your main.

So I don't even know where to start. Starting with the reception... The gentleman with the hat was super friendly, our waitress (unfortunately he didn't have a name tag otherwise I would mention her here) was super friendly, the order was taken quickly and it arrived very quickly. Starter and main course were incredibly tasty. We had Moroccan cigars, mango curry hummus, Jerusalem platter and the chicken with potatoes. The food was a dream. I'm still full two hours later. There is also a very good wine selection but as Munich residents we love our precious wine. This was our first time with you BUT definitely not our last time. I'm looking forward. The furnishings are absolutely stylish, I like the open space when you can see what's going on in the kitchen or at the tavern. The only thing that bothers me is the noise in the whole place. But you can definitely go to the bar on the first floor to chat. So I'm not an influencer 😅 but I was really excited. Thank you for the lovely evening. My two year old couldn't have been better. We came here for team lunch and were served a fixed menu for lunch.This comprised a mostly starter menu like the one in the picture. I must say the food was delicious but the quantity served for the money paid was not worth it.It could be that having a drink included would have been also nice. Staff were very courteous and explained each and every dish.

The Neni in Munich is located right next to the main train station, nice and central. I was impressed by the interior design - modern, industrial and cozy with numerous plants. The open kitchen invites you to watch. The food was very tasty and of high quality - great combination of fresh ingredients, spices and flavors. Price segment rather upscale. Good and nice service.
