Much too narrow and too crowded and when you are then asked to sit on a stool at the counter, you can see the guest's appreciation. In some cases there seemed to be enough seats available in the next room because when I left the bags there were empty. Noodle portion for around 14 euros was tiny. The main thing is that you can take the sales with you, which is what the guest is interested in. I really appreciated the Adria from before, but after this number I was a guest there for the last time.

Very nice little rustic restaurant with very good food (everything was very good, the Kaiserschmarrn was even better...). Will definitely come back soon!

We stumbled into the café by chance and freezing. And what a happy coincidence! Perfect cheesecake! The cherry cake and an excellent barrique grappa are also very tasty. SUPER. And a charming, humorous, funny employee? Boss? ... Just great. When we are back in Bayreuth we will 100% come back.

Delicious pizza. Highly recommended, and the pana cotta is just a dream. 😋 Great host. You will be served quickly and friendly. Definitely coming back, maybe tomorrow with the delicious food 🫠

Nice atmosphere, well-kept restaurant and well-kept outdoor area. The prices are absolutely reasonable, the food is good! All in all a nice Franconian restaurant.

Nice kebab shop. Really good hot sauce. Overall, the kebab was very tasty. However, it can't quite keep up with Bayreuth's top kebabs.

Dear Zollhaus team, Thank you for the evening. I would like to give you feedback because unfortunately we were not asked on site how we liked it. This is where the first suggestion for improvement begins. We weren't really entertained throughout the entire evening. Ask your guests: “Do you want something else to drink?”, “Is everything satisfactory?” or “Can there be something else for you?” Be attentive and interested in your guests. The food, well it was okay. But for the estimated price, including extra costs for side salad, or extra costs for sweet potato fries instead of normal fries, it should be more than just “okay”. Brathändl exclusively on Saturday for 20€, unfortunately dry, with a little more sauce not so bad, but I couldn't ask because no service was interested. Cheese spaetzle is nothing special, melted butter onions instead of dry fried onions would definitely be in line with the price. Conclusion: You have a great location, if the quality standards were higher and the quality of the food was more in line with the price, there could be a much better rating today.

For the adventurous, the journey begins at the side entrance of the weather-beaten, urine-colored old building. Why the side entrance? Because the catering business was discontinued years ago and the original bar appears to have been converted into the operator's private children's room. So far, so pragmatic, the inclined adventurer is there anyway because of the cheap room prices. Once in the room, the inclined adventurer is presented with a rustic and confusing arrangement of furniture, which is only intended to distract from the poorly painted walls. However, thanks for the fan in November, the device that was initially deemed unnecessary should still be used as an air circulator. But more on that in a moment. The bathroom is reminiscent of earlier times when brown and green were still common colors in the sanitary industry. The partly black joints framed this in an inimitable style. Rustic, functional, adventure! The nearby prison also contributes to the adventurous atmosphere, making every adventurer dream of nighttime escapes and knife fights in the inner courtyard. Counted rolls, the absolute minimum of sausage and cheese, a carafe of orange juice, a pot of coffee that tasted as if it had been filtered through the adventurer's worn socks. Only those who eat hard can fight hard against the JVA members in the adventurer's head! The “under water” motto of the breakfast corner, including the dripping wooden ceiling, did the rest to complete the experience gastronomy. The operator's comment that 'this happens from time to time' when guests shower confirmed the interesting impression of the last day. Man, what you can't learn about Bavarian architecture! When we arrived in the room, a musty and obtrusive smell slowly spread. It was probably due to the fresh shower water in the false ceiling of the old building, which now reminded the olfactory sense of the thunderbeam of a Dutch soul seller. Now it had come, the time of the fan. With his inscription he gives the adventurer an encouraging "Go On!" to! Thanks, I'll do that now my Deus Ex Machina! There are few vacations that make a true adventurer homesick after a night, but the 'Green Tree' is something very special. Do as I did, walk on the wastewater of your predecessors and let the musty smell of the future surprise you! Man, let's go home now!
