Tender ham, spicy salami and hot horseradish... Wonderful food and very nice owners.

The ambience and interior design is very pleasant. Rustic without being cheesy, it suits the country you are in. My previous experiences with meatloaf have been negative, but I gave it another chance here. It was absolutely worth it! Finally I see how people can like meatloaf, al dente yet tender, very good sauce with it. Half a star deduction (which is not possible here) because the spaetzle with the meatloaf was very oily. Nevertheless, the food was very good. In retrospect, I wish I had left more of a tip, as the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating without being intrusive. I caught exactly the right rhythm between asking questions and walking past, even though my table wasn't visible from the counter. An infectiously friendly smile from the lady!

Always very tasty. Everything freshly prepared. Small but nice - definitely make a reservation - it's worth it. Eating like mom's - with tanto amore e passione.

The service was very, very friendly, competent, empathetic and accommodating. The food, good, fresh, regional (e.g. fresh fish) products are professionally prepared and transformed into very good home-style dishes that are really a pleasure. We'd love to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic evening at Papageno! We think this is by far the best restaurant on Lake Constance - we have never eaten or drunk better, and we felt very comfortable. We chose menus with wine accompaniment, were spoiled right from the start with intense, finely tuned, fantastic flavors and could hardly believe that such a meal was possible. The sommelier impressed us with his knowledge, charm and wit; his wine selection was exceptional, exciting and perfect for the various courses. He also had wonderful ideas up his sleeve for me, who doesn't drink alcohol, which I really enjoyed. I stated my allergies when choosing the menu and they paid close attention to this (and asked once just to be sure) - thank you very much for allowing me to feast without any worries. We also liked the decor and wish the restaurant team nothing but the best. Thank you for this exceptionally great evening, which we will remember for a long time!

Nice location overlooking the water. Very tasty homemade spaetzle. Finally, be sure to order affogato as a dessert from the friendly service. In any case, this little restaurant is definitely recommended.

Rich Turkish cuisine and atmosphere.

The food (soups and salad) tastes delicious. Unfortunately, today we were charged twice for goods that we did not consume. Today there were 2 drinks instead of 1, last time it was the same with the frittata. Since we didn't ask for a receipt, we couldn't prove this. Check out what you will be charged at the checkout!

I was here for a theme day organized by the company optimal systems, so I can't say anything about the food served here. But I can confirm that the ambience is definitely upscale.

The food is great, had the Hawaiian and barbecue selections and I loved pretty much everything. As a hotel it is also great - rooms are big, clean and comfortable, garage is also great, which is not always a given for a largish SUV. Decent price too which makes it a great value. Oh and very dog friendly, a doggy bed was waiting for us in the room :) The theming is kind of interesting, although I'd personally go all out on it ;) E.g. the restaurant plays 80s pop music instead of Hawaiian steel drums (or Mele kalikimaka as Christmas is approaching), but I guess not everyone would appreciate it!
