Convenience kept warm for a long time. Completely overpriced for this quality and self-service. The view is the only positive aspect.

The food was not good at all. The roast beef was marbled, the gravy tasted artificial, and the spaetzle probably came from a packet. A simple bottle of water costs over €4. Unfortunately, the cattle have to live in a small stable with a concrete floor. On top of that, it's so dirty that it gives the impression that hardly any cleaning is done. Furthermore, the droppings stick to/hang all over the cattle's buttocks and legs. Simply horrible. The (women's) restrooms are awful! You sit in the dark because there's no light at all in the stalls, and the toilet seats are broken. The water in the toilet isn't clear, but yellow/brown. There's no toilet paper holder. There are no paper towels for drying hands either, so instead, there's toilet paper on the sink. The changing mat in the hallway is also completely dirty and sandy. The baby ends up dirtier than before. Overall, the Bierhelderhof is simply run-down and far too expensive. Card payments aren't accepted, only cash. The service isn't interested in you either. The value for money is simply not there. The only positive thing is the green surroundings. I'll definitely never be back.

We had just arrived when my father politely asked in German if any of the staff spoke English. He isn't fluent and has a strong accent, but he tried. Instead of helping, one of the staff members started laughing loudly and mocking him in German—right in front of us. The others even joined in. It was humiliating and incredibly disrespectful. We felt so uncomfortable that we didn't even have the courage to sit down and eat anything. Absolutely disgraceful behavior. For a place that relies on tourists, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. Teach your staff to show basic respect.

Food was good, but service was absolutely bad. You first wait 35 minutes for your drink, then the food arrives at some point... You mention that the drinks are still missing, you accept this calmly and you wait again. Until at some point you get up yourself and get the drinks at the bar. No apology or other comment whatsoever. We were still waiting for the homemade lemonade until we had gotten through all the employees and then someone brought it. Really a shame... We won't come back here. Ah yes and no one came to pay, so you had to go ahead and list what you ate and at what prices. You know the menu better than the staff because you think about it in advance whether you have it exactly right...well, it really needs improvement!

Great atmosphere, nicely decorated bar, good music. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. We had to wait a long time before we could even order our drinks. There is only one star for that. Maybe it will work next time.

Who came up with a MONTHLY dish please? And above all, I see no justification for charging such prices for this quality of food. The staff is very nice and the furnishings are very nice, but the food is not really good.
