SRH Dienstleistungen Speisekammer 7 in Heidelberg

Wer hat sich bitte ein MONATSgericht einfallen lassen? Und vor allem sehe ich keine Rechtfertigung, für diese Qualität von Essen solche Preise zu veranschlagen. Das Personal ist zwar sehr nett und die Einrichtung auch, aber das Essen nicht wirklich gut.

Absolutely terrible... At the beginning of the year, I loved coming to the pantry; the staff were super friendly, and there were two really nice chefs. Now neither of them is there anymore, and the food is so awful in terms of both quality and presentation that I won't spend another cent there. What SRH thinks they're doing selling this kind of food is outrageous and doesn't reflect well on the business.

5 STARS until May 2018!!! Great restaurant, fresh and varied cuisine, with show cooking. There are always delicious burgers on Thursdays, and Tuesday is schnitzel day. From May 2018, only one star. The food is no longer freshly cooked on site... it's no longer varied, and there's no show cooking either. The food comes from warming boxes and is distributed directly to the counter. The burgers (when they're available) can no longer keep up with their previous quality. I find it terrible how such a great place can be downgraded from 5 to 1 star....

I haven't gone to the pantry for a long time because it just wasn't good anymore. I didn't hear anything about a new head chef. But recently, I ventured back in, and it's actually really good again. The food selection is also understandable. I used to have zero understanding of the menu and wondered if they were trying to scare people away. This week is simply amazing. Something for everyone. Addendum: They haven't been cooking fresh food there since May 1st. There are now chests for cutlery and plates. The system doesn't work. 2 stars for the hard-working chef, whom we all feel sorry for. He did a great job before. Now he's relegated to just serving food. SRH, what are you doing?

I've been coming to Speisekammer 7 for lunch three times a week for years. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and variety of food. My favorite day is Mondays, when they offer pizza. It's freshly prepared in front of my eyes, and I get to choose the toppings every time. For me, it's the best pizza around. And at around €7, the price is unbeatable. It's a shame they only serve it on Mondays.

Great restaurant, fresh food, and really friendly staff. Since the new head chef started in October, you can really notice the difference. We like coming here for lunch, even if it sometimes takes a while, but the food is always freshly prepared. I can also highly recommend the burgers on Thursdays; they're always varied, delicious, and fresh off the grill. Keep up the good work.
