Good luck getting served. We came in, asked for a table, then had to chase someone down 15 minutes later to get a menu. Another 20 minutes go by and nothing. Other tables getting served and we were ignored. Another party that came in after us left. When we left I made a point ti give the menus back and all the wait staff were just sitting around. Can it recommend.
A great solution for quick hunger pangs in this area.
The food is good. The employees are nice. It's okay to eat here sometimes. There are even several vegan dishes
I booked a room in December 2024 through the hotel’s website, which clearly stated free cancellation was available up to 7 days before arrival. Wanting to upgrade to a larger room, I attempted to cancel my original booking a month in advance. Despite reaching out over three times via email and through the form on the website, I received no response.
Upon arrival, the hotel had no record of my cancellation, and I ended up with two bookings under my name. I raised this issue with the front desk, and after checking with their head office in Munich, I was told a refund for the first room would be processed within a week.
It has now been over four months, and I have yet to receive any refund or follow-up. Very disappointing service and lack of communication for what should have been a straightforward process.
A real insider tip: The "Haus am Park" guesthouse
When you're accompanying a loved one in rehabilitation, you want a place that's not only conveniently located but also a bit of a home away from home – that's exactly what the Haus am Park guesthouse offers.
Located in the heart of the rehabilitation clinics, the location is impressive in every way – directly across from the park, ideal for long, relaxing walks with your dog. And dogs aren't just tolerated here, they're expressly welcome!
What really impresses you, however, is the warm, family atmosphere: You're given a friendly welcome from the very first moment – almost like staying with old friends. The owners run the hotel with palpable passion, supported by an attentive, helpful team that always makes you feel like you're in the best possible hands.
The rooms are tastefully furnished, clean, and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay – even with your pet.
A real highlight is the in-house restaurant: In addition to excellently prepared meat dishes, vegan guests are also lovingly catered to. The vegan cakes are a dream, as are the homemade lemonades – everything is fresh and made with love.
The Haus am Park is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting relatives in one of the nearby hospitals and also looking for a little time out for themselves and their dog. Excellent value for money rounds off the stay perfectly.
Verdict: Simply fantastic
Good restaurant! Delicious food, well served, friendly staff and good service and also nice interior design. Eating outside is especially recommended in the evening!
Definitely. Good food and good value for money. The food is also great to take away. Before I go to a chip shop, I'd rather spend an extra 10 euros and get a great meal 😊
We spent a very nice evening here. The mozzarella burger was something new and we really enjoyed it. We got a place on Tuesday evening without making a reservation.
