Nice restaurant, fits very well into the region. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - even if the restaurant is very full. The food is also impeccable. Really very tasty, gladly again.

We spontaneously decided to have dinner here. Excited and with a bit of luck we got a table for three people. It took a moment for the waiter to reach us because it was very busy and he was serving alone. But that wasn't a bad thing so we were able to look at and enjoy the rustic and cozy restaurant. When the waiter brought the cards, it didn't take long and the drinks, along with food and pens for the child, were there. The food, beef roulade with red cabbage and dumplings, cordon bleu with fries and pasta with tomato sauce were very tasty, freshly prepared and tasty. There was nothing to complain about. Price performance is absolutely appropriate. Likewise the warmth and friendliness. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Friendly and attentive service and very tasty food. Price-performance was reasonable. The menu impressed with special dishes. We can highly recommend the sauerkraut klitsch with goulash and the sauerbraten with gingerbread sauce.

Had reserved a table for dinner. Unfortunately we arrived 15 minutes late due to a late arrival from Leipzig. Places were gone. Tables are only kept free for 10 minutes. Super! Thanks!

Once we made the reservation everything went like clockwork. Delicious food and also a small vegetarian selection. So recommended.

Nobody answers the phone. Table reservation is not possible because it is fully booked at all times. But when we were there at around 5 p.m. all the tables were free. But a condition was not possible.

We ate delicious tarte flambée here in the evening and treated ourselves to a sweet dish for dessert. Very friendly service, we got a seat without a reservation (Wednesday) and were served very warmly. Thank you!

We ate here late for lunch after a hike. Thanks to the nice weather we sat outside under the parasol. The service was friendly and we were served quickly. For dinner we decided on the burger and the sauerkraut dumplings with goulash. It's not cheap, but both the burger patty and sauerkraut patty were of excellent quality.

We were guests for lunch yesterday and felt very comfortable. The service was very friendly and accommodating, the drinks were ice cold and the food was hearty and delicious. Haxe and ERZgeburger are a very good choice and definitely recommended.

Small, comfortably furnished restaurant that is very inconspicuous at first glance. The food you get on site is simply overwhelming in terms of taste! The spare ribs were extremely tender, the burger and side dishes were also damn tasty & we have never eaten such a delicious chocolate cake with a perfect liquid center.

The service was very friendly, accommodating and placed emphasis on a service that was still loved in the past (e.g. woman is served first, a card is left at the table after ordering, bottled beer is opened and served directly in front of the guest... little things , which unfortunately you don't see that often anymore).

Rustic, traditional, friendly. This is how you could briefly describe our first visit to the restaurant. Attracted by the many positive reviews, we made up our own minds. an extremely good inn. The service was first class and if there is any improvement to that, it goes for the food. I felt very comfortable there and would have liked to go there again, but unfortunately it was our last day of vacation. I had an extremely tasty roast lamb and hot chocolate cake for dessert. Both excellent. Many thanks again to the owners.

A great restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, not all of the dishes were very good, just average. We weren't that impressed with the burger and cordon bleu. The ribs and roulade, however, were very tasty. You should definitely reserve a table in advance as it was always very busy. The service sometimes took a long time. Nevertheless, a recommendable restaurant with home-style cuisine.

This restaurant really impressed us. We have been eating here when we visited Oberwiesenthal not even once but twice, because the vegetarian burger was top notch, we liked it a lot. It’s a large serving and the plate looked very good. The restaurant itself looks so lovely with all the wooden decorations and good smell, the waiter was really nice to us as well. We recommend this place a lot!

Wer gut Essen möchte, zu einem vernünftigen Preis, ist hier Recht gut aufgehoben. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unser Essen selber zubereitet wurde und keine Tiefkühlkost war. Abgerundet wurde unser Essen vom Apfelstrudel, der einfach nur gut war.

Bestes Restaurant was ich seit langem besucht habe. Sehr nette Bedienung, aufmerksam und einem Späßchen zu haben. Das Essen war hervorragend, wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Danke, für den schönen Abend.

Absolutes Muss in Oberwiesenthal. Super freundlicher Service und großartiges Essen. Wir hatten die Haxe, Cordon Bleu und Pommes für die Kids und waren rundum zufrieden. Portionen sind zum richtig satt essen! Die Preise sind fair und entsprechend der Portionen und Qualität des Essens absolut angemessen.

Ich bin zum Urlaub hier und hatte mega Hunger gehabt und habe mir schnell eine Gaststätte ausgesucht und bin dann auf diese gestoßen. Ich bin rein und dann habe ich nur gesehen, wie alle Tische reserviert waren. Ein netter Kellner kam zu mir und hat mir gesagt, dass ich trotzdem hier Essen kann, weil er brauchte den Tisch erst gegen 18Uhr und da hat alles gepasst und war damit sehr zufrieden, dass er mich so freundlich nett war und mir diesen Tisch angeboten hat mit einem wunderbaren Essen. Von der Bedienung bis hin zum Bezahlen, ging alles recht zügig und man musste nie auf irgendwas lange warten. Das Essen war einfach nur Top! Ich empfehle es auf jeden fall weiter!!!!

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit einer guten Speisekarte, Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen waren wirklich lecker. Die Speisekarte gibt für jeden was her. Reservierung gerade am Abend sollte erfolgen.

Sehr leckeres, uriges Restaurant in Oberwiesenthal. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber das macht überhaupt nix! Wir waren als Gruppe (9 Personen) dort. Sowohl die Vorspeisen (Pilzsuppe, Tomatensuppe, Salat und Würzfleisch) als auch die Hauptspeisen (Roulade, Schweinshaxe, Schnitzel und Cordon-bleu) waren gut abgeschmeckt, hatten eine ordentliche Portionsgröße und einen angemessenen Preis. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und können das Restaurant ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. PS.: Auch für Kinder gibt es entsprechende Gerichte.

Lecker Eis, toller Apfelstrudel, leckere und sehr erfrischende selbstgemachte Limo. Der Eigentümer (?) bzw. der angestellte war sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung für uns persönlich sehr gut. Vorher unbedingt reservieren, wir haben leider fürs Abendessen kein Platz mehr bekommen, 2 Tage in folge komplett ausgebucht.

Wir wollten etwas zu essen bestellen und außer Haus essen, im Netz steht ja Speisen zum mitnehmen. Der garstige Kellner sagt in einem unfreundlichen Ton einfach Nö und geht einfach weg... Ohne Worte. Sehr schade da das Essen immer gut schmeckt. Solange diese Gestalt bei euch ist, kommen wir nicht wieder. Augen auf bei der Personalwahl👀

Wir waren als Gruppe in der Schachtelbud und von der Bedienung bis zum Essen war alles ein absoluter Genuss!
