A friend booked a table there for lunch/a birthday celebration. The staff was very friendly and helpful; my husband uses a wheelchair. The food was excellent, and everyone left satisfied. We'll definitely be back; I highly recommend it.

A fantastic restaurant in Lüdinghausen! The food is excellent, and the service is very friendly and fast. The ambiance is classic yet very cozy, and in the summer you can sit outside on the terrace. I highly recommend a visit; they also offer takeout, which is always very well packaged.

We received a warm welcome, the premises were well-maintained, and the food was delicious. Good, traditional German cuisine at its finest. The kind you often found in the 90s – the kind that's rare these days. We'd gladly come again.

Nice ambiance inside, with outdoor seating. Clear menu, but something for everyone. The food was prepared with high quality and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was attentive and friendly at all times. We enjoyed our time there and recommend Haus Sträter.

A more upscale atmosphere, although the restaurant is not very modern. However, the food is very high quality and delicious. All intolerances could be addressed and it was therefore clear that the kitchen was cooking fresh and that it could be changed individually.

Went for lunch because it was very good, soup was very tasty, main course, super tender meat, tasty side dishes, we can highly recommend it. The service was friendly, competent and attentive, we would be happy to come back. 😋😋😋

Finally a lunch to our liking again. From the starter soup to the main course to the dessert, everything was very tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive. Always my pleasure. Unfortunately, after 2 years I can no longer give it 5 stars. The menu is still the same; except for the prices. They have increased quite a bit. The range of vegetarian dishes is limited to just one dish. On a positive note, I would like to mention that the takeaway food was not given to me in Styrofoam but in a cardboard container.

We can fully recommend this restaurant. We have never been disappointed. It was always delicious there. Our highlight, what we actually always eat there, is chicken. But all other dishes can also be recommended.

You should definitely reserve a table as opening times are somewhat limited. The tables are beautifully set. The staff is very polite and attentive. The portions are more than sufficient and everything tastes very good. I can only recommend everyone to eat here.

Overall quite ok. It's the details that spoil the impression: The non-alcoholic wheat beer is served without asking in a 0.3 liter glass and without the bottle. So it's roulette... The green salad was fresh, although drowned in a sweet yogurt dressing. And everyone has to decide for themselves whether €18.90 is appropriate for a thoroughly al dente breaded pork schnitzel with paprika sauce.

Food really good and plentiful. The service was slightly overwhelmed on a Saturday evening when there was a lot of traffic. In any case, highly recommended.

We pre-ordered chicken there, the best chicken in Münsterland. Crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. Price performance is TOP. Friendly service when you pre-order. We would love to come back to HAUS STRÄTER. Please keep it up. 😃👍😃👍😃👍

Today we got something to take away for the first time (on the recommendation of those around us). 2 half chickens 2 fries mayo lettuce The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and the waiting time was short. Fries and salad were very, very tasty. Unfortunately the chicken didn't meet our taste. Very firm meat and rather lightly seasoned. But there was a lot of meat on it. The side dishes were also very plentiful. We will come back again, but then choose something else, maybe then we can give it 5 stars.

Despite the 1 hour wait until our food came to the table, I'm happy to give it 5 stars: the employee was very accommodating, there were four of us and every dish was a pleasure, the ambience was well-kept, a white tablecloth and a fresh rose on the table, very nice .We would love to come back 😋

We went to this restaurant for the first time today. Luckily we got a table without a reservation. So we enjoyed delicious food. Lovingly prepared and very tasty portions. The service was very attentive and friendly. Price/performance great. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back again.

After we've only ever picked up grilled chicken, today we wanted to eat locally. Result: absolutely excellent. From the service to the atmosphere and of course the food. We were there on December 26th, 2022 and I really enjoyed it!! Very tasty dishes, super good service, all allergens well marked. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to visit Sträter again yet. Das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Wir haben Schnitzel und Bratkartoffeln gegessen. Auch der Nachtisch war sehr lecker. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet.

Wir haben im Gasthaus Sträter zu dritt gespeist. Der Service ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Tatsache, dass auf Sonderwünsche kompromisslos eingegangen wurde. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und dadurch gab es etwas längere Wartezeiten. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Sehr gemütliches Haus. Gut bürgerliche Küche zu ordentlichen Preisen. Keine überladen "Imbisskarte". Nette Bedienung und schnelle Essensausgabe.

Sind auf dem Heimweg mit dem Motorrad spontan hier eingekehrt und waren Positiv überrascht. Schöne deutsche Küche nettes und freundliches Personal. Das Essen war super lecker und ausreichend. Wir werden in Zukunft öfter mal anhalten.

Sehr leckeres Essen und gute Portionen. Haben draussen auf der überdachten Terasse gegessen. Das Personal war freundlich und ist auf Änderungswünsche eingegangen. Einzig der Tisch war zu klein für die 4 Gerichte.

...hier bin ich Wiederholungstäter, als Vorspeise zu empfehlen: Serrano Schinken mit Melone, danach Menschen mit leckerem Salat dazu ( das Dressing ist ein Träumchen).
